Pros: "Free on board WiFi and a very clean plan... JetBlue you are the best"
Cons: "The seats were awful and uncomfortable. Payed 100 dollars extra for even more leg room and barely had any. Such an old plane for such a long flight. The seats in the first row barely fit a female with hips. The in-flight entertainment was staticky and you could barely see the TVs. Overall, one of the worst flights I have taken on JetBlue."

Then when at JFK had to get a ticket at desk after an hour walking and being in line and after strong protest for they were not going to give me a"

Pros: "There was an incredibly large passenger next to me and I was essentially afforded only a quarter of my seat. It is not really fair for anyone to have to sit next to someone taking up twice their seat."
Cons: "When we booked this trip via Kayak, we thought that we were booking on Westjet. Westjet knew nothing about the flight when we tried to check in."

Pros: "My flight from STX was delayed some 30 minutes. That made a dent in the 57 minutes I had to catch my Delta flight. Naturally we landed at gate A2 and Delta was boarding at Terminal 2 gate B9. Me with my knee replacement can’t run and my wheelchair was not in sight. Thank goodness I had a carryon with wheels. I was out of breath when I got to Delta and the last passengers were boarding. I started panicking and interrupted the ground steward who asked me to wait with a smile. I waited . So when I told them I was standby they waved me on after showing my passport. I couldn’t find my boarding pass. I was pleasantly surprised to get a seat in first class. I was so thankful. My first time. Good things come to those who wait! Thank you Delta."
Cons: "Crew was rude and made everything seem like a chore."
Pros: "The crew was fantastic and very carrying when I wasn’t feeling well. They checked on me multiple times! The food was also really good for airline food!"
Cons: "The security process in the Prague airport is so ridiculous. There are security agents who screen you in the baggage drop off line that makes the line take a very long time. Once you finally get your sticker from them it’s a quick trip through customs. Then the pain really begins with a security scan st each individual gate to enter a boarding area for the plane. Then I was pulled for extra security where a male agent touched my but with some sort of swab with no warning. He then claimed to not speak English (with zero accent when I asked him a question). It was a humiliating and very long process all run by delta!"

Pros: "Poor entertainment - food not very good. Didn’t look as though there was concern regarding recycling plastics and metal. We should all be aware of the importance, especially in the airline industry who handle so much recyclable materials."
Cons: "Check in was a disaster with the computer system down. The gentleman that helped us was lovely but system issues kept us at check in a very long time and unfortunately that together with the crazy insanely long distance to our gate- then only to take a bus- we did not have time to pick up any food or make any stops which we counted on and had arrived 2.5 hours ahead of time to check in to allow for."
Pros: "The flight wasn't full and so there was more space to spread out than is normal on long-haul flights."
Cons: "For the second time on a Madrid/JFK flight in two weeks, overhead lights were broken for some seats, which is absurd for a 7.5 hour flight. Luckily, my flight attendant was kind enough to allow me to change seats to one in which the overhead light was actually working. Unfortunately, the plane was so busted that even though my overhead light was working, the headphone jacks in both of the seats that I had access to went off in the midst of food service, and as far as I could tell was never reset. Finally, and most appallingly, one of the flight attendants was completely out of control, and during the boarding process repeatedly and loudly scolded passengers. During service, she rammed the food cart into multiple seats so hard that food flew out of it onto the floor. Rather than apologizing to the customers whose seats she had rammed, she laughed loudly"
Pros: "NOTHING !! I lost my flight because in the email I received you all put the wrong airline on it and nobody took responsability for it . I ended up paying $311.00 to get the next flight back to Austin ."
Cons: "In the email it was stated that my first flight was with British Airways, so i wasted time making the wrong line . Only to get to the counter and waste more tome trying to find me in the system to then tell me my flight is with American Airline . I double check my email where it clearly shows: 1st flight-British Airway and 2nd flight-American Airline . This is not acceptable, nobody wants to take responsability for sending me the wrong information in the email. Had I know both of my flights were with American Airline I wouldn’t lost my plane because I would make the right line to begin with ."

Cons: "It was FREEZING. Uncomfortably so that we were unable to sleep."
Cons: "Other travelers sat in the exit row without paying the premium price. The attendant didn’t check the tickets, where as we paid the extra fee. Would have liked them to pay it as well."
Cons: "Sat on the runway for an hour before take off and then sat again when we landed. A one hour flight ended up taking almost 3 hours total on the plane."
Cons: "Spirit is supposed to be a cheaper option but once you pay for your carry-on or checked bags round trip, the price is the same or more than other airlines. Except other airlines have more comfortable planes and better customer service. You can’t even get free water on a Spirit flight! The rows are so close to eachother. The planes are dirty. You leave with such a bad taste in your mouth about the airline. This will be the last time I fly Spirit. The 2-hour delay was supposedly weather-related but it’s been dry and sunny on both ends."

Cons: "$20 to pick a seat. $65 for any carry on bigger than a handbag. No complimentary drinks (not even water!?). Seats were supremely uncomfortable. Will never fly spirit again even if it's 100 cheaper"

Cons: "There was no TVs, charging ports, WiFi. You have to pay for EVERYTHING from your carry on to the water you drink. Seats were uncomfortable. This was my first time flying spirit and would never fly spirit again. Both flights were delayed by maintenance. Staff wasn’t overly exciting for example on the way out the staff was thanked by one guy and he went for a high five and your staff was a stiff and didn’t even high five him back he just looked right passed they guy thanking him. What a loser!"

Cons: "Cancelled the flight. Too few employees to get us booked on new flights for a couple hours. Missed my friends' wedding. I'll never fly on Spirit again. They actually put me on a flight with American Airlines, so they did me the service of never having to fly Spirit again."
Cons: "I cannot believe I had to take this flight. Spirit prides itself as the cheapest flight, well that's because they charge you for everything else! $14 for a seat, $47 for a checked bag, $42 for a carry-on bag. After I refused to pay those fees, they told me I wasn't able to get a refund on my flight. I will never take Spirit again. My flight with Jetblue was a breeze and they even gave free snacks and drinks. DON'T TAKE SPIRIT!"
Pros: "They were efficient at loading and unloading. The business model of minimal inclusions was fine."
Cons: "I booked through Kayak but was not told about all the extra costs that could be incurred. I was unaware of the extra costs for checked bags. The cost was far more than other airlines. The flight attendants talked non stop to the point I was wishing I had ear plugs. The discounts for printing your own tickets and checking your bags ahead of time was not communicated prior to check in. It is on the website but not through the booking service. The self check in kiosk at check in would not work so we were upcharged for not using it but we couldn't."
Pros: "Crew did what they could to entertain the passengers."
Cons: "Sat on the plane on the runway for over and hour after we landed."
