Cons: "With flying there is nothing perfect all the time. I was able to sleep on the flight and had a place for my carry-on luggage. I wish unboarding was mad less complicated."

Pros: "Nice Airbus plane. Due to thunderstorm in Dallas, pilot not able to leave DAL to come to fly the plane in LAX on time. We delayed around 45 minutes. Otherwise, crews were professional and efficient. Excellent movies choices."
Cons: "Boarding announcement in SFO was bad. No one can hear what the agent announced. Random sequence of boarding with confusion. In LAX, we supposed to go to a different terminal by a bus. There is no guidance out of gate to assist passengers that transfer to get on the right gate on the right bus. In AUS, there is not any announcement for luggage belt. An announcement would be helpful to new arrivals to this airport."
8 hour delay and cancellation. Lost baggage no food vouchers no refund no help. Never flying AA again.
Pros: "The incoming flight was late, but we still made it to Durango on time."
Cons: "Someone stole flight attendants wallet, the plane was fairly empty but they still crammed us in the back. Had to wait for police to board plane to find out who stole wallet."
Cons: "Entertainment didn't work neither did the flight attendants. They sat in the back and quite literally did nothing, no juice and water. Worst service ever. I'll fly Delta from now on. American what happened to you?"

Cons: "The flight was full. We waited for wheelchair assistance that never arrived until we got to the gate for boarding, after already doing a 20 minute walk to the gate. The crew was snippy and unfriendly. Two lavatories were out of order from the get-go which should have been detected before leaving."
Cons: "There was literally no entertainment for over three hour flight and our flight was delayed an hour while we were on the plane."
Cons: "Food was payable so should not even be a criteria here We had to collect our luggage coming from portugal to check them in Again in Miami. Really a burden. After 20 hours flying this was really annoying. Again Iberia saving money at the cost of clients"

Cons: "My flight was missed due to being in TSA and the flight leaving 7 minutes early without my knowledge. Had to reschedule to a later flight and totally messed up my plans"

Cons: "The flight was cheap... Meaning you even have to pay for a drink. They didn't even offer water and in the winter it is incredibly dry. I also almost paid 50 dollars for a carry-on that I was entitled to. Luckily I called to confirm that I've personal item is included."

Cons: "Everything was bad, even the price. The chairs are uncomfortable, there’s no entertainment, no free food/snack. People may say you get what you pay for but actually you pay more and you get less. It’s just the worst airplane ever."
Cons: "I was running late and the proper at ticketing wouldn't even let me check in because they said it was too late. Said it would be at least the next day before next flight. Wouldn't help get me on another airline and wouldn't refund any money. Very poor service. I know I was late, but still 45 min till departure and know one even raised a finger to help. Then I had to pay full price at another airline to get a ticket."

Cons: "Completely MISLEADING advertized price. You are FORCED to pay another 30-40 dollars EACH way PLUS $50 EACH way for a single carry on if iit needs to go overhead. Checked lugguage also costs. My “200 dollar” ticket ended up costing practically $400! This is what NYers call a “old-school-42nd-Street-hustle.” Then the flight attendants seem dismayed when no one wants to sign up for frequent flier miles. Work on marketing to masochists. They are the only people who would tolerate this abuse."

Pros: "On return flight to Denver Spirit switched gates from A19 to A18 as I recall but there were no texts or emails sent to my phone and the large TV set behind the gate person was off- why couldn’t they hang up a sign I stood in line for an hour with over 300 people in wrong line"

Flights over 4 hours would be completely insane and tortuous The whole point in booking a discount airliner is to save money but when they hit you with $90 in carryon fees you might as well fly with a better airline."

Cons: "Horribly blindsided by paying for a carryon. You pay more for a carryon than checked baggage. Absolutely no comforts. The seats are terrible- no cushioning, no space between seats, and none of the seats recline. You have to pay for everything including water."
