Cons: The plane was cramped and uncomfortable. I also don’t like all the additional baggage fees tacked on to the original ticket price. I didn’t expect that when i first bought the tickets.
Pros: The plane was timely and clean.
Cons: It’s suggested to arrive 2hours before your flight, however the check in desk wouldn’t allow anyone to check in and take luggage until 1 hour before the flight began boarding. Keep in mind we still needed to get through security. Was a little annoying but not to awful. The worst part was the seating

Pros: I was in row 2 and it had reclining seats.
Cons: They did not have enough people to push wheelchairs at Mac Arthur airport. My husband had to push me & since we don’t know the airport we had to ask every step we went, they had no signs leading the way.

Pros: I find airline seats to be getting smaller, even though I have lost 5% of my mass. Perhaps it is my age. My chair at home is a prototype airline seat, designed by a Scandinavian.
Cons: Entertainment on airlines is "meh" at best, but I prefer old movies. So I bring a book. Then the airline comes up with novel locations for the light switch. Airlines should remember that travelers have just had the "TSA experience."

Cons: Seats are not very comfortable. The standard has decreased: leg room is reduced, and options to gain 1 or 2” of legroom, is so pricey that it feels like ‘highway robbery ‘.

Cons: I had a very large man in the middle seat next to me. I was in the window seat. He leaked over into my seat which made it very uncomfortable especially when he fell asleep. I know the airlines can't do anything about this but he should pay for a larger seat.
Pros: The crew was extremely rude. They did not come to collect trash and so all passengers were left holding their coffee/ tea: beverages during bumpy landing.
Cons: Attendants were rude. I didnt understand why. Also, I purchased a window seat but there was no window in my row. I spent the majority of the flight feeling ill.

Cons: Customer service by Frontier at Trenton was horrendous. I never got a text or call or email about the delay. Wasted 5 hours of my day and took aaay one of the two nights my fiancé and I had to see it.

Pros: The crew was amazing and the communication was great. The flight was not bad and was handled well
Cons: The seats were less padded than expected but were surprisingly bigger. They don’t recline. I brought my own “padding” and slept through the flight

Cons: The armrests are loose as can be. Millennial parents let their stupid kids lift and slam them non stop. For an airline that is catering to parents with small children, I would rectify this or loose every other customer.
