Only when I approached the gate to board did I notice on the info screen that I had been "upgraded" to Comfort + and granted boarding with the Sky Priority group. I wish this had been clearer so I could have avoided waiting to board and gate-checking my bag. Minor inconvenience but room for improvement on Delta's part."

Cons: "On this Delta flight operated by Virgin Atlantic one of us was unable to check in or change our seats. You think you are getting Delta but everything must be done through VA. VA bag weights are less than Delta and the seat was incredibly cramped. We both had to sit with our legs bowed to the side as the seat ahead was so close. For nine hours we were cramped and could not sleep due to only be able to squeeze into one position. To get into the seat I put on leg in and then sat on the armrest and then brought my other leg up and then lowered my but into the seat. I am not even 6 feet tall and had this issue. So due to the difficult online check-in and seat selection and to the cramped seats we will never fly Virgin Atlantic again."

This was a stressful element as there was no other flight that could make me arrive on time. Plus, threatening to deny boarding to paying customers for airline related overbooking does not seem like a fair or good business practice. Then there were mechanical issue with the plane. After waiting over an hour for repairs they realized they needed a new air craft. This further delayed the flight. Not only was the flight extremely delayed at this pint but throughout the waiting time we were given very little information and were constantly told they couldn't give us an approximate time of departure. This was extremely rude and makes the experience of dealing with a delay even worse. I would suggest giving us more information about what is happening. Saying we don't know when the flight will leave is just unacceptable. To make matters even worse after we were finally boarded we had to wait an additional 40 minutes sitting inside the plane while they boarded refreshments! I know there are delays in flights but this same thing happened to my flight on my way to Paris and it caused me to miss my international connection and had to be re-routed."

Then the boarding staff were so rude, they act like they own the plane and they are god. They would not answer anyone questions and just pointed at the screen. The airplane staff hello at least. But the food very so bad, even easyjet has better food. Also their understanding for the english was so poor but the air stewardess told me " we speak American" !!!!"

An older man actually found me a spot It was on this leg ( not the La Guardia to Chatlotte ) that the food tray kept opening after trying to close them ( old latches ) US airlines flight attendants don't understand how to talk to travellers . Asian airlines have excellent flight attendants"

Cons: "When I booked my flight, I used Kayac like I always have in the past. To begin with, I selected several flights that were listed, only to have it tell me that this flight is no longer offered, which I assume is engineered to get me to select a more expensive flight. Once I finally found a flight that was still available, I selected it and began the process of providing information and selecting seat assignments. On 2 of the 4 legs of the round trip, there were no more seats available except for upgrade seats, which resulted in an extra $100.00+ in charges. Then when I finished the transaction, I noticed an extra $200.00 charge added. End result was that I ended up paying over double what I would normally pay for this same round trip that I have made many many times. I feel, no I know, that some customer relations person will look at this comment and reply with a pre-generated response apologizing and hoping I have a better experience in the future and thank me for using Kayac. Big companies like yours look at one customer as no big deal. I'm a Physician and have the ability to reach out to multitudes. I'm going to make it my mission in life to reach out to as many people as I can through word of mouth, signs in my office, Internet and social media to let them know about the deplorable practices of your company."

Cons: "The American Airlines staff assured us that if we got stuck in DC we would receive hotel vouchers. Not only did we not receive hotel vouchers but we were denied access to our rescheduled flight the next day and forced to rent a car to get us from DC to Massachusetts in time for our event. This "misunderstanding" cost us 2 days of our trip and an additional $500 all together. I have never been more disappointed by an airline in all my years of travel! If we'd been told the truth from the beginning we would of rescheduled the flight for the following day from our original destination and saved ourselves 2 headaches and a ton of money."

Though they knew for hours that the flight would be delayed, they did not have enough people working at the check in counters. There were not that many people in line, but I had to wait more than 20 minutes before being able to speak to someone. The representative informed me that I would have to be rebooked onto a later connection because the delay would cause my to miss my original connecting flight, and when I told her that I needed an earlier time to avoid missing a meeting, she just said "I have nothing earlier." She was barely even apologetic. Then she was unable to print my boarding pass for my connection. I had a 2 hour and 45 minute layover in Houston whereas in my original flight it was 1 hour."

She either didn't know how to or was unwilling to verify our infant in arms' ticket, check our baggage, or receive a cash payment for our checked bags after she sent us to the kiosk for a third time. She never greeted us and only addressed us when absolutely necessary but had plenty of time to talk with her coworkers. It took nearly an hour for her to process our check in. She actually made another customer cry."

Complete shambles with later boarders running up and down the aisle trying to fit their carry-ons into overhead lockers. Solution: Enforce one item only; Apply free checked items at the gate early. Apply a fee for items that don't fit and were not offered up for checking."

UA staff also, at the outset of the flight, attempted to confiscate all food and drink items from passengers, so that UA could immediately sell food and drink items to passengers."

Cons: "i would not fly again if possible. My trip consisted of 3 flights, starting in Fort. Lauderdalento to Orlando, Orlando to Denver, and Dever to Aspen. However, The first flight operated by Silver (a partner of United) was delayed due to "maintenance". Due to this delay, we missed our connecting flights and had to get new flights, causing us to have an over night layover in Chicago and then arriving in Aspen Sunday, the next day of our original arrival day. I just want to add that I saw on the departure board that Silver had maybe 16 flights that morning/ afternoon and maybe 7-8 of those flights, including mine, were delay or canceled. Not to mention they never updated their board to reflect our flight was delayed. The only good comment I have was that the Silver attendent who helped us get a new flight was very helpful."

Pros: "No bad weather anywhere in flight vicinity, no airplane on ground to fly, none to very little information given on why no flight, gate agent saying not to worry, they will try to have a flight tomorrow"

Cons: "The flight was delayed so I missed my connection. A united member was supposed to come get me and didn't make it to the gate. No one even appologized."

Cons: "Booked United flight, tried to check in on the app. Said i couldn't check in because it was a Silver Flight. Tried to check in through Silver, also got denied. Then the flight was delayed because they had to kick 5 people off. When we boarded said we were still too heavy so started kicking off unaccompanied minors. Tried to kick me off, told them I'm 27 and got accused of looking way younger. Thought I was gonna get kicked off. Finally took off- my seat was in the last row and seat back was broken so I was sinking into the back of the plane getting poked by metal so had to sit straight up whole flight. Plane was so small and old I was terrified the whole way. Finally land and pilot says they are understaffed so had another delay. Then the shuttle trains at airport were broken so had even more delay. I was so late I almost didn't graduate. Did I mention TSA machine incorrectly identified an object in my anal cavity? Hindsight would have rented a car and driven 6 hours than take this 1 hour flight. Worst flight ever."

Cons: "Flight was canceled. They sent me to a hotel that was fully booked. I went back to get into a hotel had room and no one was there to help. I ended up paying for my own hotel room. I went to get on my 8am flight and they pushed it back until noon. I eventually had to buy a flight with Delta to get to Orlando in time for my football game."

Pros: "Convenient non-stop flight to Orlando."
Cons: "Customer service in Pensacola was the worst. Took 30 minutes to check in and there were only two people ahead of me! The stewardess was noticeably unfriendly and borderline rude to many of the passengers. The experience in Orlando was 180 degrees different....they did a great job."

Cons: "The supervisor, Jeanette, at the Silva airways terminal threatened me while boarding the plane. I have never been treated so horribly. I am considering contacting my attorney."

How is it that customer service won't answer the phone except for the 2 hours there is an agent at the gate? I arrived at 9:30pm on 7/21 and received my luggage at 11:30pm on 7/22 even though it arrived on the 11:20 AM flight."

Cons: "If you have a problem or bad experience you can't call customer service - you have to email them and wait "up to 30 days" for a reply. Flight was delayed To save time when the planes finally did arrive they must not have cleaned them - there were greasy forehead prints and hairs on my window. The plane seemed very run down. A couple of the staff were nice (professional only) but one woman at check in was very rude when I approached her to ask a question. Not worth saving a few bucks to be mistreated and so stressed."

Pros: "There were only 6 passengers and we had 5 of them. Silver Airways first delayed the flight for 4 hours then cancelled due to "unknown" reasons. It was because its easier to get hotel rooms for 6 people than reroute in different airlines. We requested a refund and drove to Orlando. Very long drive and didn't get to Orlando until 1 AM, but better treatment than we got from Silver Airways..."

Pros: "I paid 200 dollars to fly with this airline from ft lauderdale to Orlando. I fry a lot so I understand delays. What I don't understand is why they keep saying that the flight was on time then at the time of departure tell us the crew would be there any minute. For one hour they kept announcing that the crew would be there any minute. The staff at the desk was you typical airline staff with a poor attitude."

Several people including 6 people in wheelchairs were deeply effected by this event not to mention. 100 of passagers without a answers. There was no staff at the 3 gates ! Even before the planes were scheduled to take off."

One of Frontier's main selling points is that they spend less time on the ground, allowing for them to charge less for airfare. Just not my best experience flying."

Cons: "I hate all the fees. It is a wonder Frontier airlines is not charging to breathe their air, I hate that! The seats are too tight, and the airplanes are old."

Pros: "The flight crew was very friendly. I feel like they put a lot of focus on ensuring they're friendly, responsive and have a nice sense of humor to make up for their airlines terrible timing and equipment."
Cons: "This was my return flight on Frontier and although not as bad as my first still pretty horrible. Upon arriving at the COS airport we were greeted by...no one at check in. We were told they were on "lunch" and we couldn't drop our bags until they finished. There was at least 15 people waiting on Frontier reps to show up and check us in. After that time suck flight was delayed again. Plane was filthy. After looking over the total for the flight it really doesn't save you any money after all the extra fees and poor service. I'll pay more to fly on an airline that shows up."

Cons: "My seat did not recline and the person in front of me did get to recline which made my space even smaller...."

Cons: "The boarding process was hectic and not organized. Seats extremely uncomfortable. Flight was freezing the entire time. Having to pay additional for every single additional bag brought on board."

Cons: "Frontier is a bait and switch operation. They offer discount fares and when you get to ticketing you discover that they charge $40 for checked bags and $45 for carry on bags!!! I can understand the checked baggage fee only if it was made known prior to purchase but charging more for carry on bags. Also, the staff at the ticketing counter are rude and obviously selected and trained to make sure that they get every penny of their ruthless money. I have flown my first and only flight with Frontier and will never do so again."

Pros: "Crew were arguing with passengers over seating arrangements and when it came time to throw out garbage at the end they completely ignored half of the rows. Even after the lady next to me yelling to get their attention."

Cons: "Seats were awful no room my husband is 6'6 and seats don't recline at all.. We took a red eye and had to try and sleep sitting straight up.. No entertainment not even music"

Cons: "Plane was very uncomfortable and cramped; Charged extra for everything (I thought they would ask for more money for carrying my wallet and a pocket comb.). Traveled as a couple; had to pay extra to insure that we could sit together. Are you kidding???"

Cons: "No reclining seats even after paying an extra $50 for the good seats (and to ensure sitting by spouse). Cannot even get a glass of water without an extra charge."

Pros: "I was impressed with the patient attitudes of the crew and the quick thinking to find a solution when we were stuck on the ground for two hours during the blizzard because of power outages that made us unable to finish fueling the plane. The quick turnaround of finding another solution to fuel (flying to an operational airport with the fuel we had), and getting the alternate flight plan to Kansas written and approved was very impressive, and saved my trip."

Pros: "Boarding was fast. The only slightly negative I noticed was the window was very dirty on the inside and the seat back in front of me was too."

Cons: "Plane was delayed by 5 and a half hours due to a storm. Something Frontier had no control over. What they did have control over, however, was their communication, which was non-existent. People at the gate wouldn't tell passengers anything, and responded to questions with "I don't know." When one woman complained about the lack of communication, a Frontier worker told her dismissively that she could call the manager. We kept learning about the flight delays by watching the status board. The front gate workers wouldn't say anything, and most people were too worried about missing the flight to run and get something to eat."

Cons: "The flight attendant complaining about it being a 9 hour day . Slouching Over seats seemed to be dreading the day."

Cons: "Staff was a bit rude. Tray table was comically small though with absolutely no complimentary food or drink I suppose it doesn't matter. Extremely thin padding on seats making them quite uncomfortable. While the base fee is low, once you factor in all of the fees for check bags, carry on bags, snacks or a drink while on-board, and paying to guarantee you have seats together, you might as well just fly Southwest because Frontier will likely be no cheaper or just barely."

Pros: "The fare was reasonable. The flight was on time. Boarding was quick. The seats were ridiculously uncomfortable and would not recline. So small. Baggage policy is impossible. For passengers who did not check the website before the flight it was a surprise to be hit with a carry on baggage fee. The airline is only good for extremely short trips when you don't have to bring anything but a change of underwear."

Cons: "Took forever to get luggage off plane, then, my luggage wasn't there. They told me it didn't make it and they'd deliver. 20 min later, after I already waited an hour and a half since getting off the plane and had left she calls me and says its here and she'd be waiting on curb with my bag. She wasn't and when I got there she looked at me she had never seen me before. They've got complete morons working for them. Also in the luggage office they leave people's bags unattended so someone could easily steal. Wouldn't trust them with my stuff ever again."

Pros: "Had a great fight all around. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lines moved efficiently."

Cons: "I've used Frontier twice. Once for Thanksgiving week and once for Christmas week. Both times I had to wait 40-45 minutes to get my bag. The first time, the belt stopped working after already sitting and waiting 20 minutes for the the luggage to come to baggage claim. So myself and a large number of people had to wait an extra 20 minutes before someone decided to switch the our bags to a different belt. The second time there was no malfunction. Literally the entire plane and myself, who checked a bag, waited a total of 45 minutes before the first luggage appeared. Because I'm a considerate person, I prefer that my ride doesn't get a ticket or their vehicle towed for waiting outside for an extra 20-30 minutes or they waste their gas by circling around the airport until I finally say, "I have my bag." Mind you, this only seems to happen when I'm arriving to Orlando. I probably will be avoiding Frontier Airlines when picking my next flight."

Pros: "I liked that it was cheap, mainly because I was only there for a day and didn't have to pay for luggage. The staff seemed ok and everything else was normal."
Cons: "I didn't like how they basically charge for every single thing. They charge for checked bags, carry ons, the seat selection, and any kid of food or drink that's not water."

Pros: "Well everything was going well for my family until we arrived at our gate and learned that our plane had been given away to another delayed late turning our 6:10pm departure into a 1am departure. Don't get me wrong I do feel bad for those poor people who were delayed on the other flight, but does it make sense to make an additional 200 or so people late to their destination? You don't have any other plane or pilots in your fleet in case this problem occurs. We were expecting to get into our hotel at 9:30pm. It's 4:15am and we're still not there. Terrible."

Cons: "I had to book a secondary flight, my bother DIED unexpectedly, and there was business... not compassion thrown at me. I completely understand business, but geez???????"

Pros: "Can't beat their price even if I had to pay for carry on. It was on time, crew was nice and plane not too bad. If you are on a budget and the journey is what counts it's excellent."

Pros: "The cost, the ease of booking, everyone was extremely nice. The 'Pilot' or who ever keeps us updated on flying & weather conditions had a great sense of humor and kept us entertained. The plane was clean & looked brand new. It was cheaper and easier to check a bag than mess with a carry on, if you set it up when you purchase your tickets. I had purchased a soda before boarding but the gave me a glass of ice at no charge (some places charge for the cup). No extra cost for seating unless you want a specific seat. We definitely plan on flying more & recommending it to family & friends. Plus it's cheaper than driving"

When other customers had larger bag and they were not charged. The bag was small enough to fit under the seat. I should be re-enburse the $35.00 I was charged. Thank you"
