Plane was in good condition, seats were ok. Flight was fairly empty.
Charges for everything. Check in staff trying to charge me twice for pre-purchased baggage - (had to pull up my credit card statement on my phone before they believed me). Ridiculous limits for free carry on. No personal item. No boarding system, just a free for all. Zero entertainment - hard on a long flight. With the extra charges it was around the same as a more established airline with all the bells and whistles included. I'll only fly BA or Virgin from now on.
incredibly uncomfortable, old plane. was squirming in my seat for 5 hours. our bags got left behind in iceland because the transfer happened too quickly due to a delay in amsterdam and the airline's baggage subcontractor in boston mishandled our bags and another fiasco ensued. then i met another passenger from the same flight (different day) who had the SAME problem i was having.
Delayed again. Flight crew seemed to have all their boyfriends with them. The lights were kept on all flight even though it was a middle of the night flight. The plane was hot and cramped and it was a very bumpy rode. I would not fly WOW air again unless it was free! Also we were offered no compensation even though our flight was delayed almost 7 hours.
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us, please send us an
and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
