Boston is one of the most difficult airports to navigate when returning from overseas. A long walk thru the overseas terminal E to customs, then after waiting in the line to clear customs, you have to retrieve your checked bag and take another long walk to the domestic checked bag location. Then you have another loooong walk to the domestic terminal (A or C) for your connecting flight. A bus is provided, but they are infrequent and often too crowded to board. All in all, you need about 90 minutes between flight (minimum!)

Check your bags if traveling to the US if included / possible. It was a long walk for the flight connection and we did US customs and immigration in Dublin, not Boston, which was a first for us.

Know that gates are posted just about an hour before takeoff and it takes a bit of time to actually get to the gate. If you make a mistake there is no train back- you have to walk to the correct area and that are at least 10 minutes apart. Make sure to have ALL liquids ready to place in the tray at TSA

Check in online if you must fly this airline. Avoid excess weight (up to $250 per bag!). Better yet - fly another carrier. Single worst flying experience of my life. And I easily fly 150,000 miles every year with all types of carriers.

If you’re changing planes in Munich leave more than 1.5 hours between flights. Our first flight was late so we had to rush to next and it was quite a distance plus you have to go through passport security again.

Not really a “Delta” problem but worth mentioning: Boarding was a difficult process. TSA seemed understaffed and Pre-Check took longer than regular TSA. The supervisor was frazzled and yelled at travelers. Once through TSA, we had to put our carry-ons through another x-ray machine. Then queue up to board with both boarding pass and ID. Then, when we got to the stairs on the tarmac, we had to show our boarding pass again. Maybe this is just normal for Kona since the terminal is outdoors (but still a “secured” area).

flight was delayed 4+ hours. there was really no understanding of why? weather? the last hour of delay was post boarding. pilot seat was broken. was that the real reason? nonetheless, long day of inconveniences.

Love me some Delta. One of the few airlines to recognize and support veterans. Easy boarding, flight was on time and arrived early and the flight attendants were excellent on this flight.

The flights are constantly late anymore, and they won't even give you a glass of water on the plane. For years, they were able to do a service on this flight from Atlanta to Knoxville and Knoxville Atlanta now they say it's too short of a flight. You can't even get a quick drink of water.

Flight got canceled 4 times, missed my connecting flight due to delays, have to wait to go home tomorrow

Third flight in two months where the crew was not there. Comfort seating does not guarantee overhead bin space. Passengers with children are allowed on the plane first - if you are flying to and from Orlando, this means half the plane has boarded before you get on. And somehow all the bin space is taken up. 3 out of 5 flights have had issues with equipment or procedure. Some of these instances caused the flight to be delayed because of a "nuisance" light. One time it was a bag that had been brought on board but did not belong to anyone so we had to return to the gate. Last night we were told the "AC" on the plane doesn't work well and we're 10th for take off- because the crew was late - and that it will get cool when we're in the air. Not sure if this is usual, but I didn't think flight crew could jump seat in first class. Movie and TV selection has not been refreshed for several months- flying one to two round trips each month easily exhausts the list of content.

Older plane with finicky seats. Crew often seem to focus on "pet" clients and over extend services to some over others. I get less attention since I'm not a regular business class client. Regardless, I've paid the money and would expect equal attention.

Our flight attendant was stellar with great anticipation and attention to details. Food was very good, and overall flight, though very long, was really good.

Be honest of what you sell: This was sold as Business Class on all three legs, while the JetBlue plane didn't even have business class seats, and wanted $164 for extra legroom seats.

Great food, and lots of it. They made us come to the gate two hours before the flight and you were stuck in the enclosure until you boarded with no bathroom or food or drink. My seat in business class was very claustrophobic, I could barely get into it and a large board blocked the window and made it even more claustrophobic

Turkish Business Class is a wonderful experience, and the best inflight dining experience I’ve had to date.

The crew was amazing and the food was really good too

Some of the best service I’ve ever seen on an international flight! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent with lots of choices and attention to detail. The seats are kind of old and narrow, but I have wide shoulders. The only area for improvement was making the cabin a little cooler.

It was fantastic. I really enjoyed it. It’s comfortable the flight attendant. Respect you anything you ask for they gave you except the water.

No free Wi-Fi. I have SkyMiles but not a high status, having an account has been enough for Wi-Fi on other flights, but this one was going to charge me to use it. Also turbulence was really bad toward the end, but I didn't count this in my ratings since I know Delta cannot control the weather - it's 2026 and lack of WiFi alone is enough for a poor rating.

Curious and efficient service ! First time flying with SAS and very pleased!

I wish they have given us explanations for the delays. And the rebooking process in Copenhagen was too long. I had to wait about 4 hours before they assign me a hotel. From there the handling process (accommodation, transportation and meal) was excellent.

Our trip plan from Kayak stated we were flying SAS. That was not true. The first leg was a Delta flight. We wasted 25 minutes before finding out to check in with the correct airline. Then our SAS flight for the second leg arrived 25 minutes late, and our third leg flight with SAS closed the gate knowing the flight delay was SAS’s fault, and that this flight would only be backed up 5 minutes. The final kicker was that between Delta and SAS, they lost all our checked luggage.

Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.

Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!

Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal

The food on this flight was better than what we had getting to Rome. The flight was comfortable and the staff was great. One of the staff members was a stickler about the blankets in the aisle, which I get, but still. Overall, great flight and will fly with them again!

Our screen kept turning off ...3 times...had to get crew attention to turn it on again

The flight attendants were wonderful - one man put my carry on in the bin for me. Very attentive service. Loved the blanket and pillow waiting for me in economy. Food was excellent which is a surprise given the reputation of any airline food. Wine was fine with the meals. Delighted with the new movies - flight went by very quickly. Generally very good. I think their service is better than some other big names I used to travel with. Their food variety is second to none - and you can place order beforehand. Their seating design is a bit awkward for service, I'd say. Flight attendants must be tall enough - long legs and arms - to reach the window seat passenger while crossing over the isle passenger. Thanks to a delay of an hour of my flight to Philadelphia on American Airlines I missed my connecting flight to Amsterdam. On arrival at Philadelphia he crew on the delayed flight did not ask the passengers to let connecting passengers get off first and I arrived a few minutes after boarding was closed at the original time for the flight to AMS, this despite the fact that I had received a message from American Airlines that departure was delayed by 25 minutes. Overall very poor service, no effort from the part of American Airlines to accommodate the passenger, just rebook the flight for the next day.

Seats not as comfortable as I had hoped. Food was very nice, service was fine. Entertainment options very nice. Had thought the premium economy was a more plus 2-3-2 layout but it was a 2-4-2 with seats not as wide as I had expected.

I liked my seats on the return trip. Didn't like having to pay for luggage on an international flight. Also didn't like that it was on American airlines and not British Airways. I specifically selected a BA flight to experience that airline.

I flew four flights on British Airways within two weeks. I was unable to download the boarding pass to my phone for any of the four flights. I could check-in for my flight but the system would not give me boarding pass. I tried multiple ways and multiple times. I discovered many other passengers also had the same issue with their boarding passes. No explanation or acknowledgement by BA.

Because our ABZ-LHR flight was cancelled by BA for reasons they refuse to tell us--not weather--we did not make this flight and were booked on the following day. BA offered no assistance to us on the phone or in the airport, and we had to find a hotel at Heathrow on our own.

Horrible - flight was delayed by 6 hours - we boarded, were made to de-board due some technical fault; aircraft changed; special meals request on new flight - all went awry. Landed in Dulles airport; breezed thru immigration; as Business Class passengers or baggage was delivered almost 90 minutes after landing; air tags indicated the bags were just near the carousel but the unhelpful BA staff - Maria and Ghina refused to give any update - palming it off on some imaginary invisible “manager” despite air tags evidence showing it right there. So about 50-60 passengers waiting and getting infuriatingly impatient for their bags coz one container was not delivered. Finally after much argument by some other passengers Maria condescended to go to the “ramp” and within 5 minutes the baggage was delivered miraculously. Question is why couldn’t she have done it one hour earlier ? Poor poor experience once again on Business Class BA.

Cheap Flight Fares would not provide booking info. I canceled the reservation and we arbitrated with American Express. They provided erroneous info to Amex and it was determined that C.F.F. deserved the price of the ticket. Worse experience I've ever had.

Seating space is appalling. Seats and all surrounding area in "Economy" is built for individuals shorter than 4' 10" and below 120 lbs. Ridiculous. While I'm not expecting fine dining, the food was the worst airplane food that I can recall.
