Great experience in Saga Premium. Food was tasty and felt fresh. Seat was comfortable (enough) - would have wanted a layflat seat.

The flight itself was excellent, but getting to the plane was literally an exercise in pain. My wife needs a wheelchair and can only stand/walk for short periods before having extreme pain. We had to take a bus to a loading platform and use a terrible elevator to get up to the plane. Meanwhile the rest of the bus were using the stairs. This meant the people who needed to sit down were stuck standing at the end of the line while everyone else boarded. My wife was in agony.

The ticket was reserved in my name but not paid for by underpricer. Alaska airlines was unable to issue my ticket (could not connect the ticket with the PNR) due to an error with underpricer and I spent the better part of 2 hours at the ticket counter trying to rectify.

The Icelandair crew was so kind!!! Thank you for making my first trip to Paris a great one!

I am not going to fillo this out for each leg of my trip. My first review holds for the experience

They wouldn’t check in my luggage even though I had one checked bag prepaid. So I took my bag to the gate and tried to check it in there and two employees scolded me for bringing a large bag to the gate. I told them I was trying to check it in and that it was prepaid, and they said they couldn’t guarantee that it would arrive at my destination but they finally let me drop it off when boarding the plane and pick it up right after exiting the plane. There was no food, and there was no entertainment.

The boarding process seem to take longer than necessary, resulting in a 20+ minute delay

One of the worst airlines I ever flew. Boarding is a disaster, they are always late, the planes are overly crowded. Everyone on my flight lost their connection because they were 2h late. Reykjavik is also not the best airport out there.

Flight was delayed. They did a terrible job rebooking me. Agent on the ground was useless. The partner airline who ran the plane was able to help me but Iceland air was useless
