Pros: "Seats are comfortable, main reason I like this airline. Crew was nice."
Cons: "The screens on the back of the seats are showing their age and the controls on the armrests are causing your neighbor to change your channel or the brightness of the screen. Letting everyone stream content to their own devices would probably be a better option, with safe charging available."

Cons: "So first thing before takeoff one flight attendant told someone to turn there music down because it could be heard outside of the headphones, but then proceeded to talk extremely loud throughout the entire flight to the other attendants. It was a 6am flight and mostly everyone was trying to sleep, but she was so loud that I gave up after trying to. If you tell someone else to be quiet because of sleeping passengers, I recommend you follow your own advice."

Crew made sure we had space since it was not a full flight. I slept the entire ride.
Flight was delayed by one hour, then another 1/2 hour then cancelled and changed till the next day. We were not allowed to get our luggage & put up in a dirty hotel. I had cockroaches in the bathroom. When I finally arrived home…i noticed the airline had damaged the zipper on my suitcase. An awful awful trip thanks to American Airlines.
I left my phone in seat 6C or B where I sat with my husband. The lady with the oxygen tank needed help coming back from the bathroom as we were ready to land. We stopped the movie we were watching on my phone to help her and I guess I forgot it. Please, please return my phone. Samsung note galaxy 20 ultra. It is on airplane mode. Thanks so much
It was quick, plane was loaded and the service on board was ok
Pros: "The seat was comfortable for a change must be a different plane"
Cons: "Terrible logistics. Stuck on tarmac because they couldn’t clear the previous plane out of the gate. Fellow passengers missed their connecting flights."

For each flight from Key West to Fort Lauderdale to Newark to Buffalo there were at least three delays at each leg of our trip. We were due to arrive home @11:37 but finally arrived @2:25 AM costing us an extra day at the car park. Seats are uncomfortable resulting in need to seek chiropractic care for backache. Upon deplaning my husband discovered someone had taken his clearly identified carryon from the overhead bin. I will not plan on flying again soon and not on United.

Spirit does the same but you know that during checkout. Had no idea frontier did this with your interface"
