The new seat assignment thing is wierd. If you don’t pay for a seat they always assign you a middle seat regardless of how many people are on the flight. Idk… the new company that bought Southwest is trying to make it more profitable, but I’m just not seeing it. The flight attendants aren’t having as much fun anymore. It just feels like the airline is slowly dying. IMO. We shall see if Southwest is the next Toy’s R Us.
Terrible. Even though there’s assigned seating now, they are still the slowest boarding airline of anyone.
The Air hostess were very rude on my flight from Houston to Austin . Their regular communication itself felt a they are shouting at people.
Communication about the delayed flight was poor. We were told to move gates three times but that was bad information. We went from gate 128 to gate 126 and then to gate 123 and back to gate 126. Communication about the delay was bad. Ended up being 1 1/2 hour late getting home.
Plane was late. Zero service for 2+ hour flight and it was not that bumpy.
It was good from LAX to Phoenix, But the connection in Phoenix to Tulsa was not that great. The staff on both flights were great. The choice of free entertainment was ok nothing to brag about. The 45 min delay because of some electrical issue wasn't great from Phoenix to Tulsa. We sat there with hardly any air, The seat I had was between windows so the side of the plane pushed in on you. My being a bigger man it then made the seating area uncomfortable. The seats on the plane had no power to connect to recharge your phone or anything. I would recommend that they should look into a slot or clamp to hold your phone to enjoy while watching the entertainment choices hands-free. Also make it possible to raise the inner seat by the window be able to raise the arm rest up to make more room for larger people to set more comfortably. I would also say other then that stop price gouging the airfare or nickel and diming everything. Not fair for people having to fly for emergencies and be paying for higher prices due to the season or holidays. Your making your money either way and the cost of flying is still going to be the same regardless if there's 100 people or 200 people.
Had a great flight. Delayed takeoff, but comfortable. Snacks were good.
Love them will get a Southwest card to track my points and keep flying with them. My family and I were pleased with the services.
I have roller bag with food and medication told me I couldn't bring on my 2nd flight today. 15 years flying with SW never an issue with that bag.
Southwest continues to do less for more money. Flight attendants used to be fun and friendly. But now it’s like they don’t even see you. Such a shame.
Flight was delayed. No urgency by American Airlines team to assist those with connecting flights. It was basically you are on your own to run through the terminals to try and make your connection. Thanks, Mary

One of our group members was struggling to walk. In Charlotte we asked for a wheelchair and she was accompanied by Desmond. I was impressed by his patience and attention. In Boston she received the same service. I didn’t get the name of the helper but she went above and beyond in assisting us. A great AA service

I booked 1st class, my flights were changed and I was sitting in the middle at the back of the plane. A far cry from the 1st class I purchased for my flights. I am grateful I arrived on time.
There was no beverage service and the only time I saw a crew member walk through the cabin is when we were preparing to land.

My flight was delayed. We left at midnight. I got to Greensboro (GSO) at 1am. All of AA's flights in/out of Charlotte always seem to be delayed or canceled. It took me all day on Sunday to get to my destination of Cincinnati from Greensboro. I had to be rerouted through Chicago because my original flight was canceled as the door to plane was closing in GSO. The saddest part is I could have driven and arrived sooner. . . I recognize there is a lot going on that impacts travel. This week it was weather. Yesterday in Cincinnati it was President Trump. But as a frequent flyer, the flight from South Bend to Charlotte always runs late. The subsequent flight to Greensboro is always midnight to 2am. . . I do want to give props the Charlotte boarding crew. They had four flights going out of the same area at the same time. They turned it quickly and mitigated the grumbling from the crowd.
Never had such a lazy first class attendant. Literally spent 60%+ of the flight playing games on her personal phone making up excuses of why she was unavailable.
Landing was technically perfect. What I didn't like is the pricey internet. Both flights with excellent crews. I'm 6 feet 210 pounds and could easily fit in the chair.
Long long delay, no AC while delayed, gate changes, just for the most uncomfortable flight of your life.

My first time experience with Spirit Air was not good at all.The reason i did not know to cancel 24Hrs before flight depature you do charge cancellation fee. I truly admired that the last minute flight attendants were willing to come to serve flight # 1465 and think they should be extra compensated. Doesn't have to beonetary a star a permanent position with Spirit as long as she flies etc. They were o so pleasant and accommodating. 😊😊. Please also serve water. Plain unadulterated water 💧! Invest in a filter of your own the cost of bottles are a penny on the dollar and you could have a plug on advertising with labeling. This could be hilarious "WATER TO REFREST THE SPIRIT FROM SPIRIT ITSELF!" - Free idea!😄😄😄. Anyway overall, though a tad late the flight met expectations. Thanks you Spirit, for everything.
We were delayed and the bag charge fees are very expensive.
The worst. My flight was canceled :-- by email! -- at 10pm, just 8 hours prior to departure. Normally, given the early departure time, I would've been asleep. I was lucky to be awake and to be able to take action. Even worse, it turns out that the flight wasn't canceled (confirmed because I was at the airport and saw it loading), Spirit just canceled my reservation, probably because I got such a good rate! Utterly appalling. Notably, Spirit did not inform you (Kayak) of the change, so I kept getting alerts from you.

Horrible airline .. my flight was cancel , the only offer to flight next day was no good for me , representative from spirit advise everybody to buy the new ticket from southwest airline and spirit will pay back the money we spend on new ticket but after we did this they don’t want to pay us back , .. customer service is not help anybody Chat text messages it is horrible also , robots can’t answer and help u with anything … I send the complains to head quarter in Miami and department of transportation
The ticket price are reasonable, however, they can do better with the price on the luggage. Overall, I will continue using spirit.
Zero issues with this flight. Crew was outstanding and flight was super. Plane was clean and fine. The seats need more padding and water should be provided without cost. I recognize it's Frontier but there are some things that should still be part of the flight. But still very satisfied with the experience and quality.
They switched our terminal 3 times and we were delayed for four plus hours!!!
It was an early flight and most people napped/slept and the crew let us which was nice.
The crew acted like they had never done this and kept barking passive aggressive orders at people. + the security line + the delay + sitting on the tarmac for 2 hours + none of the apps or signage updating with correct times

My flight was originally from SAT to MCO connecting from MCO to ORD. We got diverted to ATL and than Frontier staff there was sooo un helpful first they said they couldn’t give us any accommodation since our flight first got delayed that cancelled and now it’s 221am and I am still in ATL since they said they need to create a new flight my final destination is ORD and I have been delayed twice and cancelled. With no real help the frontier app didn’t work no email updates over all such a horrible experience
There's no seats that lean back with little leg space i wad uncomfortable the entire flight. Your charges for extra baggage is despicable and costly!!

Flight was canceled. Most upsetting was message from Kayak, stating that the flight was canceled and click with Kayak for details regarding rebook, refund details. THERE'S NO INFORMATION PROVIDED BY KAYAK EXCEPT THAT FLIGHT IS CANCELED. AND NOW THIS SURVEY TO FIND OUT HOW WAS THE FLIGHT !!!!!!!
