Pros: Boarding is always a pleasure out of Provo, with no security wait and a pleasant crew. The plane we took was a newer model, and is similar to many Fronteir and economy Delta planes. Unfortunately that means that even a short one-hour flight leaves pains.

Cons: Our ride was very turbulent, whether that’s due to weather or pioloting I’m not sure. Either way it would have been wonderful to have a free cup of water. Sat for de-icing for about 20 minutes before takeoff.

Pros: The entire crew was hospitable & accommodating; I was very pleased with all of the flight crew!

Cons: My disappointment regarding my flight experience had nothing to do with the flight crew I met/seen/corresponded with; I was unhappy & displeased to pick up my new luggage with the top zippered broke off & missing.

Cons: Flying from New York to Atlanta on business class there was no access to the lounge because I was not flying to Lima on the same day. I bought the whole international business ticket to Peru together, I don't understand why Delta consider my first portion not part of my international ticket!

Pros: It was a good flight, everything was good as expected.

Cons: The carry-on I had was oversized, so I paid the$30 fee. Then I got to the gate and they informed me that the Representative was supposed to give me a luggage label along with my receipt. I only got my receipt and I was then charged another$65 for my bag. Not happy about that additional baggage fee.

Cons: Late arrival of aircraft. Mechanical problems with navigation able to get through that but took off one hour late. The usual.

Pros: IT WAS UNEVENTFUL WHICH IS WHAT YOU WANT. CREW WAS VERY NICE AND NO CRYING YOUNGSTERS.

Pros: The price is right. I do not take any of the extras, do not be tricked by the website that you have to pick a seat. Charging more for carry on keeps the cabin clear, buy a bottle of water in the airport and skip the in flight food service. Planes are clean, reasonabley comfortable. Crews are professional.

Cons: Boarding could be better. Why don't they load the back of the plane first? Mostly because people can't learn to get themselves on and off a plane. Get on and sit down. Then on arrivial standing in the isle fumbleling to get their overhead bags.

Cons: Remote terminal which required walking stairs with carry-on bags, and two bus rides to reach the plane. No food other than packaged snacks in first class. No seatback video screen.

Cons: I am so angry booking with them. I booked the flight and then thought, ok I will add a rental car. It said clearly that the rental Car could be canceled up until 24 hours before the flight. Well, 2 weeks before the flight, my friend said, don’t get a rental car, I will have my car. So I cancelled and only then did I find out that once I booked it through their site I could not get a refund for the car and I could only get a voucher for use on one of their flights! And only after they take out any fees and costs that was accrued! So angry!

Cons: Runs late but no updated to arrival board, the attendant was rude when asked what time they thought the plane might be leaving.

Pros: The captain was very good, and we arrived early to our destination. We had to hold back before landing, due to smaller planes landing, so the captain pointed out some areas along our path! Loved it! The flight was smooth.

Cons: We had to be in the boarding area an hour before the flight was scheduled to leave. However, because of the way that the flights are scheduled, people were still deplaning from the previous flight for 25 minutes after our gate arrival time.
