Entertainment choices dated and uninteresting. Luggage lost, with one agent available to slowly help more than 30 people. Luggage missing for over 24 hours. No response from airline. Enough."

Then tended to go up and down the aisle with their carts with out stopping or offering anything and if someone asked them for a drink or something they would tell the, they would have to come back. The food on this trip was terrible and not well planned out. They ran out of the meat option for dinner before they were even halfway through the plane. At least 100 people had no food option. What was left was something with a cheese sauce cooked into it so it stunk with the foil was peeled back. I would have preferred the traditional peanut package to that."

Cons: "Two things: 1) My screen wasn't functioning properly. I did tell a crew member and she re-started it for me; but, it continued to glitch and was, for the most part, unusable. (The touch screen was unresponsive and kept getting stuck). 2) When the person in front of me reclined, her seat was very close to my face, giving me very little room. I didn't want to do the same thing to the person behind me, so I kept my seat upright, which didn't help. I only got up once during the whole flight and I know it was uncomfortable for the reclining person because there was no way to exit without jostling her."

Neither Aer LIngus or BA were willing to help in the US. Upon arrival the means to obtain a boarding pass took well over 1 hour plus so very bad when the object was to see some shops in the Dublin airport. Overall very bad experience"

Cons: "Our flights were cancelled without our knowledge. I only found out after calling British Airways. We got the usual 24-hour alert but when I tried to check in online, I could not do it. I had to scramble and spend 40 minutes on the phone from our hotel lobby to finally get the tickets reissued. Two agents assured me that everything was ok. When we arrived at the Dublin Airport, the agents at the BA counter said that there was no record of our tickets being reissued. After furiously typing away for what seemed like forever, one gal finally got us aboard the plane. I purchased the tickets 6 months ago!"

Cons: "My console did not work for the entire flight, including the overhead light and hellp/call button. The screen in front of my seat displayed error messages for the entire flight of 8 hours, from the time I got into my seat until after landing. I asked the crew about it before take off. Nothing they did fixed it, not could the screen be turned off completely to avoid scrolling messages for 8+hours. During the flight I was told it couldn't be fixed until after landing. In that case why wasn't it taken care of before my flight ever started? Anyone inspecting the plane properly in between the previous flight and mine would have and should have seen the same error messages on the screen I saw, and resolved it then. ''Hot'' food in the main meal was salty and lukewarm. Also irritating that flights for 3 people booked 5 months ahead of take off with no option for us to choose seats should end up with 3 separate seats at opposite ends of the plane. Should automatically assign seats together for people booking that far out, on a first come first serve basis or allow seat assignment at time of booking by the customer. This flight was about the typical experience most passengers have come to expect from companies who have too much power and really don't care about the customers they are supposed to serve. This is not a reflection of the actual crew on the flight itself, they were average, not bad, but not great."

It did board and leave on time but not an hour early. This flight was night and day different than our ORD to Dublin flight of 5.12.17 which was 5 hours delayed and do stressful."

Also other than one flight attendant actually seemed to enjoy what they were doing, and I am a big customer service man, and some of the attendants didn't seem to care AT ALL at many points, very disappointed. Also he plane that we took out of the United States to go to Ireland was very small, and the plane to return us to the states was very small as well. The flight from our connection in phili to go to Charlotte was the biggest plane we had, just for a two hour ride.. really disaipointsd with American Airlines."

I completed everything I was instructed to do and as I'm boarding, I'm pulled aside and told I needed to go back to pre clearance because someone forgot to punch a hole in my boarding pass. The stewardess and j had to run all the way back to security so I could go through the whole process again. I delayed the flight and everyone was upset. It was completely unnecessary. Simply because one employee didn't do their job, I delayed a transatlantic flight to Chicago. Best part, I arrived at the airport four hours before my flight. Also, the seats are incredibly uncomfortable. And I was separated from my traveling companion for this entire process. Had I missed the flight, she would never have known."

We had a group of 10 traveling and by the time some of,our group was served the chicken was gone. Our daughter was 7 months pregnant and was one who didn't get a chicken meal. I don't understand why the airline would not provide an adequate amount of meals that would apply to the masses. Only a few vegetarian to fill in for specific diets would be expected. We all felt this was poor planning on the part of the airline catering company.."

Cons: "I am claustrophobic and the only opportunity I had to select a seat was when I checked in 24 hrs before the flight. The only aisle seat left was in the back row of the plane. Between the person in front of me fully reclining their seat and my inability to fully recline my own seat (airplane design) and with pepole standing in the aisles waiting for the toilets - I was very uncomfortable for most of the flight. United also had problems with their entertainment system so for an 8 hour long flight, there was much room for improvement."

I did see a couple of people watching movies, so it’s possible some folks were able to get a good connection. Good thing I had my kindle! Also, my bag and the bags of a few other people didn’t come through after UA22. There was a woman working at the computer at baggage claim #5 (I didn’t get her name) who called and radioed people regarding our missing luggage. It eventually showed up, but we were all getting very nervous because of the long delay. Thanks to that woman, it all turned out fine."

Cons: "Originally, there was an announcement that we would be delayed by 45 minutes because of "air traffic" issues in San Francisco, where we were landing. In spite of this, the captain decided to have passengers board the plane, and try to push our way up the line, so to speak. Well, once we were on the tarmac, the flight crew were told that the plane could not take off, and that we needed to wait there for 45 minutes, without moving, in our seats, with nothing to do. Even though it would still not have been ideal to wait 45 minutes at the gate, at least we could have walked around and could have entertained ourselves."

Cons: "I could not choose my seat and ended up in a middle seat. Not my preference! The sandwich was on a stale roll with almost no turkey or cheese in it."

Cons: "Plane late departing because of late arrival of aircraft. Literally no gate update announcements with explanations until within 15 minutes of boarding. Consequence: no food, and no explanation from cabin crew about menu change. Food choices then were unappealing. Movie selections were mediocre."

Cons: "6'2" broad shoulders and uncomfortable. Sitting by the window meant my leg had to be 5 inches over due to the curvature of the plane. Both of my knees were on the back of the seat and I was at an angle. The lady next to me looked like she did't like me being turned toward her. Many extra seats including the emergency exit row (that has more room) was available when we took off but I was told we couldn't sit there without paying extra. Cheap 1 hour flight. Won't tolerate it for anything else."
