Even the food was decent (granted, I flew in 1st,so at least there was food).
Power outlet cover was busted. But it worked.
Delay, delay, delay. American is never on time and constantly calling for passengers to switch flights because of overbooking.
The service was poor and not friendly. They over sold the flight and put the stress into customers. They kept the flight so cold that I had 2 blankets and still shivering. The seats are so darn tight that the people next to me didn’t fit and I had to sit at a angle for 5 hours. What is dissatisfying is that airlines will continue to treat customers without compassion. We pay for a service and should not be yelled at when you over sell a flight and demand people to check in carry on bags.
Quick flight- Bahamas Airport was nice and walking to the plane on the tarmac was a cool experience

The flight delayed several times, and the gate was changed. The plane is very old and no service at all (not even water during the 2 hours flight)!
The flight was delayed by 14 hour. No one at the gate to inform on transit passengers. Air Canada office were couldn’t care less. I booked Lufthansa flight and Air Canada was very unfortunate partner. Would never recommend Air Canada and wouldn’t use them by choice

The crew was very attentive
As much as the flight was truly very good and the crew very friendly and helpful as much as the equipment (airplane, seats, entertainment) really shabby and certainly not worth the the 2500,00 $ I paid for a better seat. I could of flown with Air transat and get better than I got with Air Canada. I feel it was rip off. Quality - price not there . Please give your crew a better uniform. The ones they wear now is very sad and oldish looking. If I think this and am 67 years old, imagine what the younger generation thinks.
It appears that Air Canada is doing the correct thing for passengers who have reserved their seats in advance....after many years of not applying their written policy of making them board after business class/disabled passengers/passengers with young children, they have created Zone 2 boarding which permits passengers with reserved seating to board immediately after them, therefore guaranteeing them overhead bin space. As we all know, a lot of passengers board with much more than one carry-on, which is a plague when boarding.
Smooth, on-time flight and okay service.
For relatively new aircraft, the comfort of AC’s 787-8 economy seats is not up to par. A frame cross member presses the back of the buttocks, there is minimal lower back support, and no protection from the hands and knees of passengers behind.
