Carrier at origin Transcaribbean which kyak booked me on left when it decided to without any notification as to why it was delaying. They made us go through security and sit in the gate until almost an hour after it's original departure time. No announcements. The plane sat on the tarmac in front of us the entire time. Most likely they wanted to only make one flight instead of multiple flights to save themselves. Instead of arriving with 2hrs to make my connection to frankfurt I arrived with less than 30 mins even after I rushed to get to their check in point.
Getting off the plain in Dominican Republic and having to pass through migration control there!!

The bathrooms were full so we had to stop in Manchester to empty them and refuel, added 1.5hrs onto the already 11hr flight...ugh. Bad food and only 2 movies unless you pay extra.
First, we went to check-in to get our boarding passes, onlyfor the woman at the counter to tell us we were on Stand-By... for the flight we bought VERY expensive tickets for a YEAR in advance, because they overbooked the flight (100% the AIRLINES fault). Then after some panic time had passed, the same woman told us she was able to get us on the flight, like she'd done us some massive favor, but that we would not be able to sit together. (We are a husband and wife that were on our honeymoon). Then, once we are finally on this flight, cramped near all these strangers, we both go to find some solace in the on-board entertainment, only to find out, they only offered TWO movies free of charge. Two movies for a 10 hour flight. Seriously??? Then, we were served some on board meals, due to the duration of the flight. The food gave me food poisoning. This was by far the WORST flight experience of my life. We will NEVER be flying air Condor again. Nor, will I be referring this company to anyone.

Quick boarding for a big plane. Lots of room for overhead luggage. Two beverage services. Nice crew!
The Delta flight was such a pleasant contrast to the funky Interjet flight that I took from L.A. to Mexico that my Economy Class felt like First Class.
Its a 3.5 hr flight. No charging outlets available. Food options very limited by the time they got to me, row 26. No in -seat entertainment screen. Hard seats.
I got up to use the bathroom and I was seated in the 10th row. When I was trying to make my way back to my seat, the beverage service had started. They were at the 12th row and after bumping into me, the flight attendant asked me to back up and wait until the beverage service was over to go back to my seat. This was a flight from Frankfurt to Zurich, only about an hour long, and I would have easily spent half of it standing up had I complied with their request. I had to be pushy and ask them to just back up the cart 2 feet so I could get to my seat, which only took them 5 seconds. This was a very rude, illogical, and unreasonable request from the Swiss Air crew.
100% the best flight experience I've ever had flying. Wish I flew to Europe more so I could fly with Swiss more often. Thanks!

Swiss flight zrh to ord was great! Great crew, excellent food and service, comfortable seating, great entertainment.
The service was excellent along with the flight being very comfortable.
A little more options in entertainment in the hindi language would be much better for people who do not like to watch English entertainment. Along with that free wifi would be kind of good to have for people who need to work on the flight or check out important emails.

Every flight (to and from India) seems to have the chicken option run out. Why not order accordingly? Had a bad seating experience. LH.com showed that I had completed the boarding process. But when I went to the counter, my seat was changed without my consent (to a worse seat), and I was told that the online process wasn't complete!! Then the website should say accordingly. It's really annoying when this happens. I think the ground crew in New Delhi duped me. At one point, my call button for my meal was ignored for ~30 minutes on the plane. And then I was told there was no more chicken, and handed a veggie wrap. One wonders whether I could have gotten chicken 30 minutes ago!
Asked for an extra pillow - handed that straight away. Excellent food - loved every meal, both portion and quality. Boarding process was smooth too. Pilots are always great.
Would have been nice to get upgraded to premium economy since they had seats available.
Had to take a United flight to a different destination. No compensation for something I had no control over. When I am at an airport and have the opportunity to catch an earlier flight you have room on, you charge me. When this kind of thing happens - I pay with my time. Sucks
