Arrived earlier than expected.
Waited an hour for the gate to be vacate by another plane.
The flight staff was rude, the wrong gas was put in the plane causing a delay, I missed my connection because of this where they wrote it was delayed because "it was snowing in Savannah" which was a blatant lie, but made it so they did not have to help me in any way since their delay was "weather" related. They could not get my to my destination until noon the next day which forced me to buy a new flight on Alaska air. My flight on Alaska was absolutely fantastic and I regret ever buying any United flight and will not in the future.
being my first time flying international everything went smooth. The staff was very helpful.

The last two times I traveled ( I flew with United Airlines ) and both times my flights were delayed. The first time it was delayed by 4 hours and made me miss an appointment. The second time it was delayed by over 13 hours. It was nice that United had put me in a hotel room for the night, but again it took away from time in which I needed to be somewhere else.
Nice staff, helpful front desk and flight attendants.
No wifi, carry on fee, small seats
I missed the flight as my first flight got delayed. When I got to the gate there was no Turkishairlines representative. 12 hours after the flight still at airport without any clear answer from Turkish airways.
Zero costumer service. Knowing that I might miss my first leg I checked the possible next flights and even though there are two flights next day, the prices tripled in 2 hour (from 1300 to 3900 USD). When I asked for rebook I was told that there is no available seat in any of those two flights. Did a quick search and found out there are seats but are left to milk desperate passengers.
The flight attendants were pleasant and courteous
The boarding was delayed and the boarding area was crowded, Boarding was delayed due to high number of wheelchair passengers. I was seated in an Even More Space seat, yet was placed beside a woman who was obviously suffering from some degenerative condition, and was slumped over towards my seat. The result was that I was uncomfortable the whole way back to Kingston.
In flight entertainment was great
On a 5hr flight they stopped service after 2hrs and never offered any food for purchase. We were limited to the free snacks only which was lame.
I asked for help to check in luggage as my flight was leaving soon and I was essentially just told look for any son that stays check in without being directed. After 3 kiosks said put pf service and the lines were packed, when I asked for help again the jet blue advocate said “I can’t help you, you just missed the flight
I missed flight had to call customer service and pay even More money to get to my destination. I’ve been a very loyal jet blue customer both domestic and international and this quite frankly putna bad taste in my mouth
