Crew were very nice.
Poor food for vegetarians. Also the overhead space was not locked properly. Suddenly, it opened and my carry on fell out. Luckily, it didn’t hit my husband who had the aisle seat or anyone else. However, I am upset because my laptop was inside this and may be damaged now.
The flights were good. The cancellation was handled poorly.
AA’s flight was canceled from Seattle to JFK. The flight was then rescheduled to Newark and then Orly. The main problem is that the change didn’t include the infant on lap ticket and ended up with 2 hours in Newark trying to rectify the situation.
The flight was delayed and my luggage is coming in the later flight. I need some form of consolation for this pathetic service.
