I had only one problem. The temperature on the flight was too COLD. I froze throughout the flight. I thought it might be only my problem but when I went to the restroom during the flight, I saw several people huddling in their jackets. A couple had their winter coats on and I was jealous since I had only a very light jacket.
Five hour delays every hour, I wish it were all at once
Got rerouted from a straight flight from Orlando to Atlanta to Knoxville to a flight from Orlando to Detroit to Knoxville! Seriously!! Flight delay out of Detroit! Long day for what should have been a pretty easy travel day!
Aside from a completely packed plane, I really have no complaints.
The flight was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful!
We landed and sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes because they only have one gate at the airport and there was another plane running late so we had to wait
The food is terrible. The staff is wonderful. Comfort is good.

Amazing flight! I have never noticed the uniforms of the attendants before in twenty years of flying except today when one female had the most amazing dress on. It was beautifully designed and showed she was in charge. I never dreamed I would google who designed Delta uniforms . The ultimate compliment is when another woman admires your outfit. . I hope your designer puts it on the market
Flight was on time, the staff was personable & professional, & the plane arrived on time.
American Airlines changed are gate no fewer than four times. Walking back and forth from one concourse to another was exhausting, especially after all the flight delays.
I cancelled this flight 2 days before departure but I followed your texts and emails and IF you were correct this flight turned into a nightmare.
Awful. Original flight was delayed 5 hours. Had to to take a connecting flight instead of direct. Had a 4 hour layover. I missed all of my morning meetings getting in 5 hours later than I was supposed to and had to change to take a later flight the next day to get them back in which cia time another $150.
It was very difficult to stretch my knee out and I am very short. I also had a torn tendon in my knee which made it extra uncomfortable anyways. My husband is 6'2" and I can't imagine him flying in that plane.
I was late from Jacksonville, FL but the limited interaction I had with the Philly crew was great.
We got upgraded for this flight. But the particular bright spot was the flight attendant in our cabin. She was attentive but not intrusive. She interacted in a personal way with each passenger and gave a great service. Thank you!
Delayed 4 hours from Charlotte to Nashville. Could have driven there faster. Information provided by AA was sparse.
Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.
Gate change was a little tough but it was a good flight otherwise
