Seats were not comfortable
Layovers we’re not very long. Our first flight kept getting delayed which caused us being rebooked from a non-stop flight to Honolulu and rerouted through LA adding almost 4 hours onto our flight time.
A wider selection of snacks would have been better, esp for flyers with common food allergens (gluten & dairy).
Friendly crew, Comfort+ was very nice, airplane seemed very clean

Pros: "I have never seen a gate attendant call each person by name as she scanned their boarding passes! At Delta I felt welcomed by every employee. Even the pilots greeted the passengers as they exited. All the other airlines just want my money, they want to cram me into smaller and smaller spaces and want me to sit there and shut up so they don't have to interact with me. I will fly Delta every chance I get, even if I have to pay more money."
Cons: "The flight was delayed. It took longer than expected due to the hurricane. When we arrived, there was no gate so we had to sit on the runway forever. Then the gate checked bags took forever. I was supposed to have a 1.5 hour layover. I barely made my connection as I only had 20 minutes left until takeoff by the time we got off the plane."

Each passenger was given free headphones and complimentary beverages and snacks. I love Delta they are a cut above the rest. They are constantly striving to put the customers needs and wants top priority"

By the time we got to our gate after check in, our flight had been delayed enough for us to miss our connecting flight. I attempted to rebook our flight via the AA app, but it wouldn’t let me choose a flight until the following day. I went to the desk to ask for help, (there was no one else at the desk that needed help and there wasn’t a flight boarding at the time) and when I explained what was going on I was very curtly told “Don’t do that! Call this number!” and she threw a postcard with a phone number on it at me. When I tried the number, it wouldn’t connect, I only got beeping on the other end. I returned to the desk, where fortunately, another employee was able to get me seats on a flight later that evening. When we landed, our original connection was also so delayed that we were able to catch it and fortunately, the employee there was super helpful in getting us seats on that flight again. However, I continued to get notifications for the evening flight that we would have taken and it too, was very delayed.

We were informed as we were boarding and had to scramble to remove the laptop from our carry-on and help up passengers behind us from boarding. A totally unnecessary stressful situation created by the gate agents for failing to share information. Once we got onboard we saw carry-ons larger then what we were forced to check-in. Evidently, enforcement of standards is at the gate agents' discretion."

Missed the flight, have to rebook a 3 hour later departure, move the meeting and take a flight back 4 hours later that has a layover and adds about 2.5 hours more on the return leg. Not to mention having to pay for the new seat."

I know I gave her a questioning look because this did not answer my original question. She repeated her statement again this time pointing. I would have preferred that she tell me that the flight had finished boarding but customer service could help me get on another flight. I feel that would have been more professional. My new flight was also an hour late"

The representative informed me that I would have to be rebooked onto a later connection because the delay would cause my to miss my original connecting flight, and when I told her that I needed an earlier time to avoid missing a meeting, she just said "I have nothing earlier." She was barely even apologetic. Then she was unable to print my boarding pass for my connection. I had a 2 hour and 45 minute layover in Houston whereas in my original flight it was 1 hour."

Tried to check in and check baggage at 9:30am but was turned away saying I could only check in 3 hrs prior to my flight. Came back at 3:00pm to check-in and they could not find my information. An hour later they find out that they cancelled the flight and moved my departure time to 8:25am for that day. They say they emailed 3 times in May but I never got it (I'm a bit crazy about my email staying clean) so they say it might have went in to my spam folder due to they types of emails they send to customers. They only kept repeating that they notified me so there is nothing they could do. I ended up going to Air Canada to get a flight from PHX to RNO the next day. No apology, no help, no hotel for the night...Terrible experience by United. They gave me a customer relations group contact information to follow up with for complaint but since they sent me the 3 emails in May about the change, they have no liability to fix the situation."

Ended up forcing those unlucky souls in the last boarding group off flight with no offer of credit or accommodation. Waited in customer service line for hours, literally longer than it would have taken to take off and arrive at my scheduled destination. United representatives could not find a flight that guaranteed a seat (not on a long standby list) that was even in the same 12 hour period. I spoke with a United supervisor who showed zero empathy or concern with the situation. In the end I arranged for other travel accommodations to drive to my family reunion destination. No refund was issued or offered. I was informed I would have to call United customer service after the date of my previously scheduled return flight to explain my situation. I will personally never fly United again and would recommend the same to anyone. Although for the record, I did receive a single ten dollar airport food voucher for my inconvenience. Inexcusable."

Received a text saying flight had been delayed by 30 minutes. When I arrived they were boarding at original flight time I was late! No text was sent informing me that original time was the current time.
Three gate changes three flight time changes extra charges for everything. This is the first and last time I will fly this airline.
Frontier is not the way to go.
Our flight was cancelled Friday morning 4 hrs before our flight with no alternate way to get to Las Vegas for our show in time to see it. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH FRONTIER AGAIN

Cons: "The flight was delayed on the way back but no update was sent for a full hour. The traytables are a jok, you cant even use them. Not even one complimentary drink after paying forty dollars each way to check a bag. Rip off at the end of the day"

Cons: "Delayed due to mechanical issues with the plane. Then they boarded us but we waited for 1 1/2 hours on the plane before they deplaned us for about an hour. Then we boarded again. Male flight attendant was rude to passenger and not compassionate about the situation."

He blonded haired flight attendant was and expressed many times that she was over it because she was tired with her 12 AM wake up."

After checking in at the front desk and getting what I thought were tickets I got to the boarding area only to find that everyone had to wait in line again for seating arrangements. When they called for boarding it was every person for themselves. No zone boarding. It was total chaos. I just stood back and let everyone fight it out and was the last one on. It didn’t matter. You wouldn’t get to Phoenix any faster by being the first one on the plane"

Cons: "Rude crew from gate to landing. Also saw the gate agent try to get $100 cash from young female for oversized carry-on which was clearly within proper size. Brought young female to tears. Pilot was notified and stopped discussion."

There weren't any options for that."

I don't understand why anyone with a window seat would board as part of the last 'zone'. It forces the middle and isle sitters to get up and slow up the entire boarding process. also, isn't boarding back to front easiest? Crew didn't seem to care that we arrived late, after midnight due to delays, no sympathy."
