This flight 1810 on 7/30 from EWR to DFW got 4 hours delay. this round trip experience is bad, my AA flight 618 from DFW to EWR on 7/28 was redirected to PIT and totally delayed about 9 hours due to mixed of weather and AA IT outage and then on the way back delayed for 4 hours. Lucky, i changed my flight to UA on the way back. i don't like AA anymore. i will consider other airline options in the future.
IT issues created a mess had you change my flight and your system never changed it
The flight was ok, i understand Houston-Dallas is a short distance. The plane is really small: no TV, no snacks, but other than that, all was good. We had a bid delay but luckily it did not affect my connection
My flight was delayed by 8 hours I arrived at airport 4hrs earlier but to see if they can reroute me to get my connecting flt to Hong Kong. They auto rebooked my flt. With no chance. Which I missed this entire reservation through kayak. My next flt they got me on was at 6 am. Misses an entire day of my trip abroad all my accommodations seat assignments were missed and missed adding my TSA precheck to my ticket as well as my vegan meal request so I didnt have meals on any of the flight....so not a comfortable experience. Please help me with accommodations upon my return.
Not good. Flight crew, was not friendly and just shoved stuff at us. Not the way I like to travel.
They kept us on the tarmac for 6 hours after already delaying our flight by 2 hours. No one had any answers. They sent our gate checked stroller to baggage claim instead of giving it back at the gate.
The WiFi didn’t work entire flight, couldn’t watch a movie. The recline button didn’t work
Not one thing to like. Three flights all with “mechanical” delays. Never got to where I was going and spent additional $500 for a hotel room. American Airlines is the worst in the industry!
Well, true to American Airlines, both of my flights were delayed. But it’s a good thing that American is so consistently incompetent because if the first flight was delayed in the second flight was on time then I might’ve had a problem..
The gates should be ready when we land. Waiting on the runway for a hour is ridiculous.
Everything was good except checking bags . I had paid for two bags but it didn’t show so we had to do it again while people waited and we were struggling to get to our flight
Flight was delayed. But my finances flight with JetBlue a week before same route was extra delayed and then cancelled at 2am when his flight was suppose to take off at 7pm was never provided a hotel or anything. Came back to airport and his rescheduled flight was cancelled again for 2 days later. Was told since it was a weather issue they don’t do refunds. But that’s a lie because I booked him on another airline at the same time and they were able to take off perfectly fine
Flight delayed 4 times on a non-stop from BOS to SFO. Then when landed in SFO had to wait for 30 mins for a gate AT 3:30AM.
The boarding gate experience was good, however they were too exact at checking

Ground crew gave me interference about carrying a laptop and a small shoulder bag, even though I told them I traveled with them all the time. I then placed my laptop bag in my carryon and took out a medical device, and ground crew still tried to give interference. Going through JFK’s security is a mess. The TSA security said no shoes on the bins. So, we place our shoes in the belt and they came out all over the belt. Boarding was delayed and Flight as well.
On-time departure, smooth ride for sure. All was good except, once again, there was no movies/TV as it wasn’t functioning.
I loved the flight and the crew. It was comfortable and smooth.
