Pros: "My flight was postponed or delayed as the airline like to call it until the next day due to Narita International Airport closing after 11pm! First of all I didn’t realize major international airports closes especially with a airplane still on the runway! After our flight was “delayed” Korean Airlines scrambled to get us into hotels. This process was very poorly organization and many of us non Japanese speakers were left very confused because they kept forgetting to interpret what they said into English. I had to keep reminding them. We had to stay in long lines throughout the process which took up at least 3hrs. On top of that we waited at least 45 minutes the day after to get our new boarding passes! I was so over my trip to Japan by then and very disappointed with how Korean airlines handled the situation. I will most likely not take Korean airlines again and it will be a long time until I take another trip to Japan."

I tried continuously to contact the sub company to request a waiver or hold on the flight. The number provided kept me on a hold . There were no answers to phone calls from information provided on receipt. Emails only stated the fees that would be imposed for any action I conducted. I will never use kayak again."

Pros: "crew were absolutely delightful, full of smiles and doing everything to make you comfortable. seats were fine enough and got some work done and a bit of sleep. first lunch was fresh and tasty, but the second, a burger, was edible, but not much more."
Cons: "tv screens are dated so movies are not as crisp as you find in newer planes. you need a 2 prong audio adapter to use your own headphones."

Cons: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Cons: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Pros: "The flight was delayed by 40 minutes initially then a further 20 making it an hour late. Sitting at the gate there was then suddenly a last call to board the flight and a mad rush for everyone to get on. I appreciate that delays happen but the lack of communication ragardinh altered boarding times didn't make the situation any easier"

Cons: "Two hour delay before we could take off. We were in the plane all that time. People were tired and hungry. When we finally got going, we had to pay for food and drinks. The service didn't seem very efficient."
Pros: "The flight was delayed prior to leaving the gate, while lined up to take off and during the flight. All delays were promptly explained by members of the flight deck. The cabin crew were outstanding nothing seemed to be too much of a inconvenience to them."
Pros: "Boarding was quick and well organized. The plane was clean and prepared with blankets and pillows. Updated movies and entertainment."
Cons: "We missed our connection and british had booked us automatically on the next available flight which was helpful. However--- we paid to pick our seats and we got stuck in both middle seats. I also got skipped on the first round of beverage service. The entire crew was congregated in the middle part and when they finally made their way back to the cabin for trash I asked the flight attendant if I could please get a beverage as I was skipped. He said yes let me gather this trash and ill be back. He never returned. Then everyone was served their meals and I then was also skipped. Flight crew congregated again in the middle and my sister and I had to wave our hands up in the air to grab anyone's attention so I could get my meal. At that point they were out of the vegetarian option and I got a small oh we didn't mean to skip you comment. Pretty disappointed with this flight."
Pros: "I got free juice and a snack, almost unheard of nowadays!"
Cons: "I don't know what happened. Check-in took almost an hour. Usually it only takes 10 or 15 minutes. I am glad that I got to the airport 2 hours a head of time."

Cons: "The flight attendant who served me apparently doesn't like Americans. She was very cold to me although I was as polite (or even more so) than others. When I handed her used service items she snatched them out of my hands."

Cons: "As a silver Avios member I've gotten used to the cabin crew calling me on my name when they come and talk to me. This time they spoke as little as possible and it was all incognito. They seemed to be more interested in various Facebook updates than working business class."
Pros: "Plenty of choice on the inflight video. Paid extra for better seats, which allowed for some sleep during the overnight flight."
Cons: "Flight was delayed due to poor weather at Heathrow, nothing can be done about that, but it meant that we did not take off until after 22:00. Drinks were served almost immediately but it was close to 23:30 before a meal was served and 00:30 before this was cleared away. Lights were then dimmed but at 05:00 breakfast was served. A cottage cheese bagel was the last thing I wanted to see and when we asked for some water, we were told that there was none available. We landed at 06:25 but then had to sit on the tarmac for 15-20 minutes as there were no vacant gates for us. (This had the effect of increasing the parking fee for the driver waiting to pick us up, as he was not aware that we were sitting on the tarmac). Please note all times are New Orleans times. Hence actual time of landing was 12:25 BST. And talking of New Orleans, I would not class this as an International Airport. It is dilapidated, inefficient and lacking facilities."
Cons: "BTW, BA cancelled the flight from Chicago and changed it to AUS->DFW->LON->BOM. While returning, wheel chair assistant left my parents on the midway who can't walk much and don't understand English. This happened at DFW airport. Next time I will think twice to book with this airline."

Cons: "Air Lingus is awful! It had 1:20 hours delay that resulted in missing the second flight. The check in people don't know their job. The lady named Michelle in Dublin almost killed me with her lack of knowledge and slowness. The airplane was extremely dirty including diner tables, seats, and bathrooms. It is the worst airline that I ever flied with. In Dublin the check in and information desk of air lingus were awuful. Full of attitude and absolutely no knowledge."

Cons: "This was my worst flight experience in a long time...an anomaly from other recent BA flights. I was unable to sleep on the flight because it was so crowded. I ordered a lactose-free meal that was unbelievably horrible and from which I'm pretty sure I contracted a food-borne bug that kept me ill (as in sleeping up to 15 hours a day and running for the toilet) for a week after the flight."

Cons: "Upon landing late in London from Rome there was no one to bring the walkway to the plane so had to wait on the plane when we were already behind schedule on a tight connection. THEN having to go through second security check in London when changing planes and security in terminal C was closed so had to transfer to terminal B for security and back to C to catch flight barely making it! Luggage did not make connection. Promised it will be delivered today."
Pros: "Flight crew is the most helpful and genuine I've experienced of all carriers. I've had bad experiences with Lufthansa, United, American, and Delta. Everything we asked of BA was taken care of quickly and they truly seemed to care more. They are especially attentive to children. The A320 storage space overhead is huge and seemed to have room to spare with a fully booked flight."

Cons: "No food, no drinks. They asked me to pay even for water. After a very long trans Atlantic flight, this being a connecting flight after a long a tired 11 hours layover in London. It is an embarrassing how the airline cares (or doesn't care) who travels with them, where the people are coming from so they can understand their needs. I don't think it would had make a difference to the airline if they would acknowledge connecting passengers and eventually try to make their experience a little easier. But asking for a glass of water and not getting any is an embarrassing experience for this airline. I will never fly with British if I can."

Pros: "-Crew was very attentive to the passenger who needed medical attention. -Captain spoke clearly and slowly. All crew members were very professional. -Cleaner and bigger WC rooms than most planes I've been on which is always a plus."
Cons: "-Food was mostly bland (e.g. vegetarian lasagna), overly seasoned (e.g. caramel/chocolate pudding dessert) or just not quite good (e.g. cole slaw). Lots of room for improvement here. Thank goodness I'd packed some snacks while we were still in Barcelona. -The earbuds wasn't very good in comparison to other in-flight earbuds I've used from other airlines. Sometimes staticky, noise cancellation was low, and wasn't as comfortable to wear."

Cons: "Compared to the JAL flight crew we had on our connecting flight, the staff were disinterested, not particularly polite and gave the overwhelming sense we were somehow inconveniencing them... Seats and leg room not big enough and giant metal box under the seat did not help. Yes, we could have paid extra for more leg room (I am quite tall) but that doesn't seem right (almost akin to discriminating against tall people). Booked the whole flight with BA including a connecting flight with JAL. Couldn't check-in online for the JAL flight and there was no clear information as to whether our baggage would be automatically transferred or whether we would have to collect (as was the case)."
