I booked a round trip with Delta, and each of the four segments was sold off to three other airlines. All four were late or cancelled, so I had to troubleshoot with three different airlines, NOT Delta. In fact, even though I had paid money to Delta, they could not help or troubleshoot anything. Not nice.
Even though we arrived early and checked in, for some unexplained reason, our bags were removed from the plane and put on the next flight. It took over 12 hours after arriving to get our bags.

We had a terrible experience. The flight was delayed several hours, so we missed our connection. We were told to wait at the airport. At around 11:00 pm, the flight was cancelled. There were no available seats out of Jackson for the next two days. Fortunately, we had the foresight to rebook on United for the next day. However, we had to spend a long day at the airport and an overnight at a mediocre hotel. It was a miserable way to spend part of our vacation. We also sacrificed our $450 deposit on our California hotel because we could not get there.

THEY FAILED ME AND I NEVER GOT ON THE FLIGHT BECAUSE IT WAS SO DELAYED! I ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR A HOTEL AND STAY IN NASHVILLE TO CATCH A FLIGHT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. DELTA IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE>
I was in first class and literally the men behind me were so aggressively loud I moved myself to economy. This has become so common on Delta - people using audio without headphones, and men on 12am / late night flights drinking and yelling to talk to each other which prevents anyone around them from resting. Pretty crazy to have to move from first to economy (poorer service, less comfort...). Wild wild. Looking into other airlines.
First flight out and was 85 minutes delayed. Notification came out way too late
Departure was delayed resulting in me missing my connection. Delta did not autimatically find me another flight.
This is the worst airline I’ve ever been on in my life and I’ve been probably on 75% of them. I said 15 years ago I would never go on United again. I was an idiot. I booked a flight with them from Las Vegas to San Francisco and of course they screwed that up and cost me a day flying all over the world trying to get to Thailand. My luggage was gone for 35 hours all because they couldn’t make their route on time
This flight did not take place because the passenger was in the hospital. We have made so many attempts to rebook this flight and have spoken to so many United Airlines representatives and everyone is giving you a different answer. It has become beyond frustrating to the point where we now have to seek legal help. This is a family of 4 so a lot of money was spent to purchase 4 tickets to go visit their daughter/sister who is a US servicewoman in Okinawa and to be treated with such disdain and disrespect is beyond reprehensible. The main traveler was given sent a letter by United confirming a refund on the tickets and to be able to use them but every attempt to use this has been met with a negative response so much so that the client is over stressed.
Flight was great. Almost miss my connecting flight due to late departure from Haneda. Had to run all through airport in Chicago to make the flight. Experience was great for 1st time flyers using ANA Airlines.
It was a great experience to fly with ANA, the sit is very comfortable.
Monitor control didn’t work & couldn’t figure out how to lay bed flat so I slept very poorly. Cabin was very cold
The airline was fine, but I did want to share about Kayak's error through Underpricer. The original booking was purchased with ANA, and Kayak booked it with United. This is a mistake that should not be happening, since the price I paid was with ANA and that was my preference. I appreciate the efforts done to make this right by paying for the seat preference, but sitting in the back of the airplane under economy is not enough to make this error right. ANA Airlines was the experience I wanted considering this was a life time experience that my family and I wanted to have as part of our Japanese experience. Please work on your affiliation with Underpricer to make the right bookings that the customer pays for. In my situation, I could of paid less for a United ticket versus my original payment with ANA Airlines.
The staff was incredible, very attentive, polite, made you feel like the center of the universe. They even all wrote me a happy birthday card. Truly just an amazing crew, cannot stress it enough.
The crew was the worst ive ever had in my life flying with United Airlines, letting another person move my bag without asking and then the staff saying would the floor be better after I kept begging saying dont move my bag it has fragile things inside. This incident truly makes me they favor other customers more and I dont want to worry about being on the tail end. Especially if they dont listen any input, no care for what I asked but accommodated those who are reckless and disturb others more...
United has been holding my money for a cancel on another ticket they wouldn’t let me fly for going on 5 months. Terrible service I wouldn’t choose to buy tickets or fly with united again. Very bad experience generally dishonorable and poor service .
737 Max was leaking water into the cabin through the windows. Overhead bins opened on landing. Bad bad plane.
Checked in online. Seating map was inaccurate. Wound up in a middle seat. Couldn't download the boarding passes had to go to the counter to get them. Otherwise flight was ok.
The average age of the flight crew had to be 58. With that said I just felt the flight crew was old and grumpy during meal service. The one male flight attendant was annoyed that Dr. pepper was the popular drink of choice during dinner service. He had to bend down multiple times and sort through popular sodas to get the Dr. Pepper. I overheard he complained under his breath. Another flight had no clue what they are serving for breakfast. She said we had American waffles and Japanese Cold soba noodles with dumplings. It turn out to be hot noodles with shu-mai. It the cold affected my choice.
Old plane. Nowhere as compared to non US airlines like JAL.

Service could be better especially in business class.. the food also needs to be better and the overall experience should be elevated.
The crew was very kind, but no in-flight entertainment monitors and a 2 hour and 30 minute delay was extremely frustrating.
The flight was fine. This survey is not. There is no option for N/A so items which don’t apply to my experience still must be rated. In those instances I give a “3” rating which ultimately skews the results.
First world problems, but still… We were seated in first class and asked for a cocktail on a very short, 50 minute flight. After our drink order was taken, a half hour went by, and we noticed that every other person in the small plane had been served except for us. We got up to ask about it, the drinks finally came, then were taken away three minutes later since the flight was so short. Really strange situation, on the other hand, we were in Utah.
A thousand choices for movies and nothing to watch. I avoid 'R' rated shows and others with violence and sexual content, which results in a handful of flicks to view and I have them already.
