Not able to buy food. Even with a half full flight they ran out of food. Really lame
I think better than other airlines. Provided a snack, beverages and wine for purchase. Very friendly team. I had no problems. I really appreciate the late flight from PDX to PHX on weekdays. It is very convenient for work related travel. I don't think any other airline flight back to PHX that late. I also appreciate that they offer power, free limited WIFI (to text/send messages).
I did not really dislike anything. I think it was a good experience overall. However, there is room for improvement for all airlines. It would be nice to see more comfortable seats, additional amenities and lower prices. I bought the last minute ticket one war PDX to PHX for $500. I think that was a little expensive, even for last minute traveling.
Flight said canceled but they rerouted it to Oakland but no where on any monitors does it say this. The screen for boarding said Cancun even while boarding to Oakland. No one helping people when they got off the plane to transport them to SFO. Standing in the rain waiting for shuttle.Poor experience
Airplane was dirty upon boarding - food and miscellaneous remnants on the seats and floor, used trash bag in the seat back in front of me
No crying babies and outlets at all seats.
I wish the seats reclined more or had more padding.

Seat was really hard and hurt to sit on after the first hour. Even had trouble sleeping it was so bad.
Flight was delayed over 8 hours due to "mechanical issues." Went from a nice 757 to a 737 which was a little more cramped.
