Nothing, absolutely nothing.
The flight attendants were pretty much what I've come to expect on U.S. airlines--overweight, older, and sloppy in appearance. One of them looked like she had rolled out of bed ten minutes before arriving at the gate. It was the complete antithesis to the flight attendants on Hong Kong Airlines. Ah, for the good old days of air travel. Before the plane ever took off it was announced the the entertainment system on the seat back ahead of those in comfort seats was not working and wouldn't be for the duration of the flight. Having paid an additional $239 for the comfort seat in the hopes of making a 16-hour flight go by a bit faster, this was unconscionable. The food was far inferior to Hong Kong Airlines. In short, it was the trip from hell.
The crew was very friendly on board. The gate crew were a little curt, but it was a full flight and they were really trying to get everyone on board quickly so I can't be too upset about that.
Few entertainment options - direct TV unavailable for about half the flight, WiFi also unavailable for the same.
The efficiency and professionalism was excellent. Both legs of my trip went great!

Layover in Frankfurt too long; Unable to sleep on flight, nearby windows were open creating too much light, seating a bit too close to relax.
I left New Jersey during snow storm. Flights had been cancelled on the previous days but our flight was not. It did not leave on time, had to switch planes before we actually took off. My luggage was lost. I did not make my connecting flight. Had sty over in Panama. Got to my destination a day late without my carry on ( checked at the gate...lost). Still have not located my other 2 bags. Very stressful expirence. Will not fly united again. Staff at my lay over was poorly trained at handling the situation and my luggage issue is taking a very long time to correct.

Seats are very uncomfortable, little padding. Flight was over an hour late leaving SJO.

Short 30 min flight, but it runs several times a day and we actually got on an earlier flight Easy to change flights, and efficient boarding.
Lucked out with extra legroom seat. Seat was broken though.
The whole customs process is a seemingly endless mess.
i had a really horrible experience with a flight attendent but the 2 in my cabin were great. Earphones didnt work and couldnt see screen
