Cons: This plane was too full for social distancing. I was really skeptical about this flight as it relates to the COVID pandemic.

Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Honestly everything.

Pros: The crew was good, and the airline tried to make our wait in the airport as comfortable as possible.
Cons: The four-hour delay was really hard. Since it was in DC, I don't know why it took so long to get another plane.

Pros: Highly attentive crew, extremely helpful, made a bad day bearable

Pros: Quick and easy boarding
Cons: Clean the cabin more diligently. There was a open unfinished cup of soda and cookie wrappers in my seat back compartment

Pros: Very helpful and professional crew, despite some pretty snarky passengers. Seemed to go out of their way to accommodate everyone.
Cons: Bigger seats would have been nice, but these were okay. Changing planes at JFK was tight due to late departure from Atlanta, but it worked out. Overall, no complaints and I would fly Delta again given the opportunity and choice. Thanks!

Cons: It was ridiculously cold for 2 1/2 hours. When my seat mate asked for a blanket, the stewardess said she only had one more - then walked off. For drinks, they skipped several people. I had to catch her eye to ask for one and then ask her to get my kids a drink in front of me.

Cons: The flight was delayed over two hours

Pros: All the attention bestowed upon me

Pros: Information communicated about delays.
Cons: - more communication (any!) about bag status when landed - flight delay due to too many/too heavy baggage. Long delay was said to be due to making sure our baggage would accompany destination. Upon arrival, bag was left in NYC but this wasn't communicated. No info on bag status at airport or via ema

Cons: First class seats were too close together. It was very difficult to get out of you seat into the aisle. Food was not what it should have been for 1st class There was no wall between 1st class and coach giving little privacy when I worked my laptop. it was in direct view of the middle seat in coach

Pros: Very good
Cons: Seat assignments should have be provided at check in.

Pros: Lots of leg room, smooth flights and plenty of notification of any upcoming turbulence. Delta did fantastic with keeping everything from check-in to landing friendly and professional. Will definitely fly again

Pros: Each employee on the plane was nice.
Cons: N/A

Pros: Lots of movies to choose from.
Cons: Delays out of MCI and late arrival, no hope for a decent seat on HNL leg, couldn't sit with husband, huge smelly seat mate, used up 10,000 miles on my account and paid higher price than current ticket price, middle seats, not happy

Pros: I am usually happy with Delta.
Cons: Huge smelly person invading my space. Disgusted by his hot sweat on my leg. Used up 10,000 miles and paid too much (watched the fare go down several hundred dollars) and ended up with a middle seat. Not happy.

Pros: The crew was dealing with NOVA/DC residents

Cons: If there could have been some sort of service at DTW to take customers to the gate of their connecting flight, for cases of really short time window of course, it’d be extremely helpful.

Pros: Crew were ok. Not that comfortable.
Cons: seat need to be more comfortable

Pros: Coming from Europe Alitalia and Delta did an EXCELLENT job at assisting the passengers get rid of their luggage just as soon as we were done going through customs... I don't usually fly on this route, but I thought it was perfect. Transfer between Delta terminal was a breeze too...
Cons: I usually don't fly from JFK. The food court was expensive (18 dollars base price from a burger seems a high even for an airport. I don't fly from NY normally - so maybe I need to tune my expectation for the locale, and it may have NOTHING to do with the airline company.

Pros: Flight attendant's are awesome and they always try to make your flight better.
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Itinerary was changed from the one that was booked. Flight was preponed by 2hours.

Cons: I got bumped from this flight a couple of hours before departing.

Pros: The service is very good from the beginning. The flight attendant is very caring thanks so much.

Cons: Rude to passengers and then went to the back and loudly complained about other passengers. Very unprofessional.

Cons: The aircraft is too old, MD-88. I don't know how Delta is flying that type of aircraft. Is very risky

Pros: Another safe flight. Crew was very attentive.

Cons: Flight cancelled due to weather that was never bad but on the potential of bad weather. Had to scramble so my 18 year old son was not stranded overnight in a strange place and Delta does not help. Only rebooked a flight itinerary for the next day for a 4 hour flight with connections on a 1 hour direct flight. Spent an hour on line to figure out what to do. #neverdelta

Pros: On time, clean cabin, attentive and professional flight attendants, plenty of overhead storage.
Cons: Nothing. No complaints.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Plane delayed 4 times for a total of 4 hours

Pros: The flight for getting us therw
Cons: No food and no entertainment

Pros: Too crowded overhead storage got filled right away. Had to place my bag under seat. Could not extend my legs.

Pros: Rare, the flight wasn’t so full that everyone was uncomfortable. The flight attendant staff were friendly.

Pros: Not much
Cons: Late bumby ride

Pros: Nothing including the captain who was making the boarding announcements at MCI who talked to me like I was stupid
Cons: My flight was delayed almost two hours which caused problems for me arriving late to business appointments in New York. My flight areas also late 45 minutes leaving New York. In both cases it was due to a late airline attendant this is increadably unprofessional.

Pros: I could be wrong, but the seats were very comfortable (for a plane) and I felt my knees weren't as close to the seat in front of me than other airlines. So that's a plus.

Pros: Comfortable flight, ample leg room, and the chairs were pretty plush. Comfort+ is pretty nice
Cons: On my first flight they forgot to turn the wifi on. I have unlim data but obviously can't use while in air; no big though.

Pros: flight attendants were great.
Cons: not enough leg room and space. The business class should be at the minimum for economy.

Pros: Not the wor st comfort,
Cons: Cannot even request seats before booarding, as they try to get us to pay more. The anxiety over separate seating for couples is not worth it.

Pros: Boarding was easy. Wifi was available and we got some snacks. Paid extra to sit in roomier coach, was worth it.
Cons: Still pretty cramped, not the crews fault. Would've been better with the seat back screens

Pros: The crew was polite and friendly
Cons: My second plane had sooo much moisture coming from the cooling system it looked like the passengers were getting gased and I kept getting wet from water condensation falling on me in a window seat as I tried to sleep from having such an early flight to begin with only to be told it's delayed 3 hrs without explanation.

Pros: Good seats.

Pros: love to fly delta
Cons: don't like when they ask to check bags at gate

Pros: Free drinks in Comfort+

Pros: I appreciated the helpfulness of the crew.
Cons: On the flight to Kansas City we had movie screens which spoiled me and made me think we would have them on the way back to Atlanta.

Cons: See above description

Pros: Good uneven full flight

Pros: Comfort with entertainment.
Cons: No food options at all.

Pros: I had a great pilot on this flight. He always told us what was happening, why we had a wait on the tarmac in LGA, why he anticipated it might be a choppy flight, how to access in flight entertainment so we could be distracted. Gave us some trivia questions. Joked about Pokemon go, walked along the aisle talking to us. He was awesome!
Cons: Seats were uncomfortable. But what else is new?

Cons: Flying on a different airline

Pros: Quick flight
Cons: Nothing

Cons: An on time flight

Pros: Flight to DC was good, on time, clean, pleasant crew, etc. And the flight back was mostly good, with exception of the booking and boarding issue.
Cons: My TSA information was included in the flight to DC, but apparently omitted from the system for the return trip. This forced me to go through the non-TSA precheck even though I have paid for and am a known traveler. The flight was also late and making it later still, was the gate having to plead for passengers to check their bags as a way to avert the airline’s overbooking it in the first place.

Pros: The crew members are friendly and efficient in getting people on and taking off. Even with flights being full in all segments, it was smooth and fast to get people on and sit down.

Pros: The crew was clearly concerned with the covid rules, but just as concerned for passenger's needs. Outstanding performance in difficult circumstances.
Cons: Drinks!

Cons: Food option to purchase

Pros: Turbulence Ear popping

Cons: Better food options for those in group 1

Cons: Old planes, disinterested crew, full flight

Cons: Flight attendants not enforcing mask rules. Unfortunately, many people on my flight seemed to think they're not concerned by the pandemic, and were keeping their noses out of their masks, or frequently removing their masks

Cons: The seats are uncomfortable and cramped

Pros: I was lucky enough not to be put into a middle seat or next to a stranger during this pandemic.
Cons: No social distancing and no enforcement of wearing a mask properly. Wearing one on your chin or half of your mouth with your nose hanging out needs to be corrected. Empty seats should be utilized for social distancing regardless of fare. First class and the back half of the planes were practically empty while everyone was in the center. We should have been allowed to spread out.

Cons: It could have been cleaner. I wiped the arm rest with my disinfectant wipes and that arm rest was dirty! I wiped everything else around me. Not clean at all

Cons: No alcohol was available

Pros: service
Cons: offer coffee at least

Cons: Sat on tarmac for over 40 min waiting for gate

Cons: 3 hours delayed

Pros: Flight arrived early. Stewardess although newer was attentive
Cons: Nothing the flight was great

Cons: It was hot

Cons: Didn’t get my whole can of soda and pretzels are cardboard.

Cons: Wifi didn’t work.

Cons: Nothing, great job

Cons: The flight attendant that helped passengers in the main cabin was rude, lacked empathy, and lacked resourcefulness. She argued about throwing away a drink that she poured, didn’t care to explain things to passengers when asked i. e. why charging outlets were not in service, and her tone was rude ...

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Two hour delay including 20 minutes to get flight data because on board computer not functioning. Usual knee in chest seats on commuter jet.

Pros: The air hostess didn’t smile while offering cookies, but she wasn’t rude. She later asked my fellow passenger to move to another window seat and I had the comfort of 2 seats.

Pros: Convenient departure time originally
Cons: Late start due to needing more fuel because of weather at the destination. So after everyone had boarded, at the minute we were supposed to take off, they beg for 2 volunteers to get off the flight to compensate for the weight of the excess fuel. Eventually 2 people b3came annoyed enough to get off and take a $200 voucher (probably for another delayed flight.) so we were late taking off for that. At our destination there were clear sunn6 skies. Extra fuel was needed for that. So I was stuck in a seat the size of a child’s car seat for an extra 40 minutes? And when we could finally get off, my legs had fallen asleep ffrom being too squeezed in for that relatively short flight. When will the airlines focus on the passengers’ safety & comfort and not on excessive profits?

Cons: on a 5+ hour flight, that was diverted back to the originating airport due to a passenger who had extreme DTs from excessive drinking the night before, and made the flight return, American offered NO compensation AND the aircraft was so old, there were NO back seat monitors NOR any means to charge our electrical devices!!!

Pros: Quick boarding, smooth on time flight. Easy access to DC from Reagan airport

Pros: Unlike previous AA flights, the process was smooth everywhere it mattered. Attendants and crew were friendly, service was prompt, flight was smooth.
Cons: Attendant was unable to upgrade me to first class due to a system error they couldn't fix. Boarding was unnecessarily delayed because the attendant on staff was not the scheduled attendant and they were scrambling to catch up.

Cons: I am very disappointed with my flight this morning on American Airlines 1533. The crew did an excellent job. The issue, however, is the media AA chose to play at 8:30am. The NBC show that was playing on every overhead TV on the flight featured a woman being sexually assaulted by a man, someone being bludgeoned with a piece a wood until they lay unconscience in a pool of blood, and woman with a gun to her head as she’s being yelled at by multiple men. I was flying with my three year old son. Why on earth is it necessary to show this tv show (or any show that has mature/adult ratings) on a flight that is obviously going to have audiences of all ages? Our flight had a dozen or so children and when you show prime time trash on the overhead TVs, it’s really tough to keep kids from looking forward the entire length of the 2 hour flight so they don’t watch a woman being raped, a man being beaten, or someone being held at gunpoint. I am traveling on behalf of the US government so I didn’t have to pay for my ticket. I did, however, pay for my 3 year old son to accompany me on the flight and I am wholly unsatisfied with the AA team responsible for choosing in-flight ‘entertainment.’ I’m not sure if NBC pays AA to feature their shows or AA has to pay NBC for the pleasure of featuring their trash but either way, what in the world are you guys thinking?

Cons: They lost our luggage even though we have 50 minutes between connecting flights.

Pros: The crew was helpful and nice, boarding was calm, we got there much earlier than anticipated.
Cons: 1) Biggest complaint is not about the actual flight we were on, but the one we missed, who left the gate Early, even though they knew we had landed and other people from our BCN to JFK flight made it. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, esp since all other flights to DC out of JFK were cancelled. 2) We were on the last row of the plane so our seats didn’t recline. Annoying at best bc the flight was so short, but would have been nice since we had been traveling for 18 hours by that point (because of the late flight, missed connection, cancelled JFK flights, etc).

Cons: Flight was fine but took 20 minutes to find a gate agent at DCA to let us off the plane.

Pros: Nice modern plane. Even though the flight was delayed, we ended up boarding earlier than expected and arrived pretty close to our original expected arrival time.
Cons: The crew was nice and everything, but they weren't very good at making announcements on the loudspeaker. You could tell they didn't really know what they were saying or haven't practiced. One lady was trying to make a sales pitch for a new master card and you could tell she was reading and there were long pauses. My sense is that when using the loudspeaker to talk to the entire flight, one should be practiced and know what they're saying and communicate quickly and efficiently. Don't mean to be critical, but it's something that I noticed that could be improved.

Cons: Flight was delayed for hours- weather related, but at other destinations- so this flight had to wait to be rescheduled. Also they weren't able to give any idea when the flight would be boarding- they just kept sending text alerts that it was delayed another half hour and no updates were listed on the screens. When the flight finally left, after I had been waiting for over 5 hours, we were told that they would be flying low, so there would be no beverage service. It would be nice in these situations to simply have bottled water to pass out quickly, or make the announcement prior to boarding so people would be able to bring their own beverages.

Pros: The American Airways gate agent was very helpful fixing the problem that British Airways created. She went out of her way to get me booked on AA flights to catch my BA flight from London to Riyadh.
Cons: My original flight was cancelled and the first available flight was 3 days later. BA booked me on the flight but failed to change my ticket from the original flight causing me to miss the flight from Kansas City. At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything

Cons: Not once but twice we boarded, sat on the plane for an hour and then were asked to deplane due to mechanical issues. It's understandable for one plane to have problems, but absurd to have issues again with the second plane. After all this, our flight was delayed until the early hours of the morning, leaving many passengers to sleep in the airport. It was uncomfortable, disappointing, frustrating, and the crew seemed very unsympathetic.

Pros: That I got home safely
Cons: From the get go it was an awful experience ... I travel with an emotional support animal as does my husband because we don't do well with flying. I have anxiety to the max about it & my husband gets ulcerative colitis flare ups any time he's stressed out which is usually while we fly and having our dogs with us turkey makes us feel better. When I called to tell them over the phone we would have our emotional support animal I got an attitude as if I hadn't been doing this for the last 4 years. She reiterated to me that we needed in addition to the letterhead from the doctor a form filled out (which we both did ) . Brought to the airport and sit had to sit at the counter like the girl didn't know what she was doing. Fast forward to finally getting to the gate after being stressed and our flight was delayed. This now only made our 50 min layover in DC 20 min by the time we landed. We ran from one gate to the next hoping we wouldn't miss our flight and when we got there they wouldn't let us on the plane saying things like "your dogs are not on this flight" "there is no documentation" "well then you must not have the right paperwork" ... in front of a bunch of people in line, out of breath, and now embarrassed I am forced to take out my folder and give them all the paperwork I had just given to the customer service desk before our first flight. They let everyone on the plane and still made us stand there and finally said "just go but your dogs aren't on this flight". Fast forward AGAIN to sitting on the flight the flight attendant comes over and says "guys where's you carrier the dogs need to be under the seats" .. we peoceeded again to explain for the seventh time that they were emotional support animals ... she then proceeded "no they are not they are not even listed on this flight" at this point I'm EXTREMLY embarrassed because people on the plane are paying attention and drawing attention to us but not only that ... I have been doing this for years .. I ALWAYS have the proper documentation as does my husband and we have never ran into this kind of disappointment and embarrassment from any airline until now. I was so stressed out to begin with and this deffinately didn't help ... nor did it make us wants to fly on American again. I felt pushed aside, embarrassed, and belittled by multiples employees ... all because the first employee clearly made a mistake and didn't document things correctly ... that should have never been put on us .

Pros: On time
Cons: Dirty plane. DIFFICULTY hearing which baggage kiosk to use. Should have a board with postings

Cons: - The entertainment system was not working - needed few restarts - on many seats - Food - horrible - Air hostess dropped water on me - not a problem by itself as accidents do happen. However her comment was more annoying - no sorries - not apologies - just said - "oh it's just water - it is refreshing" - Seats pushback was almost broken - it would break your thumb to push the button and then almost stand to push the seat back. - This was transatlantic flight and you charge for liquor? It is not free - you have to purchase - They ran out of red wine (which was free) by the end of the first meal. Do you keep just one bottle for this big 777 fight. - Overall experience was horrible.

Cons: Flight was good until, after arriving 30 minutes early to PWM, our plane had to wait about that much time for our gate to open. Once pulling to the gate we waited another 15 minutes for someone to figure out the walkway and open the door tom the plane-- all with no communication from the crew.

Cons: i decided to purchase a separate direct flight at a different time instead of changing my flight, only to be informed later when i tried to hop on the back end of my original flight, that they had canceled my ticket since i hadnt boarded on the front end of that flight. i had spoken to a customer service rep about my option before purchasing the extra ticket, and she did not mention that this would be an issue. then i had to pay extra to get back on my original flight.

Cons: When the pilot took off at LGA he said "everyone here is trying to take off at the same time" so we'd be delayed by 30 min. Not once was there a mention of any other reason. By the time we got to DC I had JUST missed my connecting flight. It was listed nowhere on the departures screen and I realized I had to take an outdoor bus to the other half of the "c" terminal which was very confusing. I got there and had missed the connecting flight and stand in line for 20 min for someone to tell me that I would be stuck in DC overnight. At this point rain had started pouring and they told me that because my mishap was due to weather they would provide no meal or hotel voucher. Weather was not the issue and I was stuck in DC overnight by myself and not compensated for hotels or meals.

Pros: I appreciated the service and attention. I got to the airport early and was given the option to take the earlier flight to DC
Cons: There is no inflight entertainment

Cons: seats are terrible.

Pros: Always good movies
Cons: Overall everything is good , with the actual situation I font think is a problem with the airline or employee

Pros: Crew is good
Cons: Delay is a problem, am late for second fly

Pros: Friendly crew
Cons: Security staff short with passengers

Pros: The seat was comfortable and the crew was accommodating.

Cons: It was a mess from start to finish. Ridiculous lines. Ridiculous covid rules. They have us all shoulder to shoulder in tiny waiting areas then suddenly we get on line to board and have to stand six feet apart and then on the plane we are squashed all together anyway. It’s all so stupid. Not having the ability to get a boarding pass from the online app or printed made me have to wait in a line 300 people long to access the kiosk and then half of them were down. Then another line maybe 500 people long just to be allowed up the escalator to where there is another line to go through exuding checks. Nuts!!! My flight was an hour and I spent three hours online getting to it!!!

Cons: Less people because of COVID

Cons: The plane was extremely full. No chance of social distancing.

Pros: Same
Cons: Hire better competent people

Pros: There were only snacks, no setback entertainment
Cons: Add a meal and seatback entertainment

Pros: pilot was nice even though delay due to 2-day weekend
Cons: better snacks and more leg room :)

Cons: Counter at Asheville, point of origin for the flight, was unattended at recommended arrival time. Attendant, when he finally appeared, seemed, to this traveler at least, unengaged, abrupt, even rude, certainly not as welcoming and helpful ad other UA counter attendants at busier airports and at more demanding times. The word lazy comes to mind. The same individual handled the gate. His demeanor there was similar. If it is UA policy to leave counters unattended, an explanation should be posted; if present policy requires one individual to handle counter and gate duties, perhaps more help is needed. This experience, all the more frustrating when a passenger ruses early so as to comply with recommended arrival and boarding times, combined with the fact that the incoming flight significantly delayed AVL to Washington depart setting the tone for a mostly mediocre experience crowned by a painful trek from terminal A to terminal C to catch the connection to PVD. Not a best effort by UA. Outstanding flight and cabin crews saved the day.

Pros: Very attentive crew
Cons: The plane was not at its original time

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Luthsansa sent the reminder 30 prior the flight that was a delay on the flight operated by United. I called customer service they do don’t helped and hanged up twice. Finally after waiting for an hour on the airport the same flight was change 4 times more. A manager in United got us in a different flight but we arrived 40 minutes later to Madrid and missed our connection to our other flight. I had to buy a one way expensive tickets because my connection was loss due to the issues with the FL rigth from Charlotte

Pros: Cost
Cons: Aircon too cool

Pros: They really help out families with young children.
Cons: Internet wasn't working.

Pros: Easy on and off

Pros: The crew on the flight were very friendly, very attentive and always smiling. They took great care of the passengers and in particular a woman with a crying baby. It didn't bother me at all, but I know the parents were concerned and the flight attendants were so kind and helpful. The food was truly fantastic, and served hot and with a smile. They repeatedly asked us about water, as the cabin was dry. I would give the crew an A+!
Cons: My husband and I have not flown for several years and have always enjoyed past flights. However, it seems as if the seats have much less leg room than years ago. I am only 5 foot 4 inches, and was very uncomfortable. My husband is 6 feet tall and he was miserable. Sleeping on this 9 hour flight would have been helpful, but due to the cramped seating, it was pretty much impossible. The little pillow and blanket did help with some back support, but I guess making more money per flight is more important than comfort.

Pros: Very comfortable flight

Pros: The flight went very smoothly from start to finish

Cons: My United connecting flight was delayed. I rushed to arrive at the gate prior to the departure time to be told the plane had left early and I had been rescheduled to the next morning at 7am. However, there were no vouchers available for me to stay in a hotel or get food. So, I was able to get a flight on American that got me home the same night. By the way, the American flight was delaying takeoff to wait for passengers who had been delayed on their connecting flights.

Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: United has a system glitch and we were delayed. I got in around 1 am instead of 11 pm. I decide to order a glass of wine and since they don’t give receipts. I found out i was charged for 2 glasses instead of one. To top it off the co-worker i was traveling with didn’t get charged due to the inconvenience and delay. i travel a lot with United (higher status than him) and would have liked that offer (and not get charged one i didn’t order) being a mileage plus and credit card holder. I did go on line and ask for a credit and they did make it right and give me a credit.

Pros: Easy check in. Good flight. Good food.

Cons: Had anightmare will complain to united diect

Pros: I was separated from my 4 year old and 7 year old children as well as our husband. We bought our tickets together but we're out on 4 different rows. I asked flight attendant for help and she was rude. She talked to my husband who was further in the back and came back and told everyone it was ok for my kids to not be with their parents because my husband said it was ok. It was not ok, it was awful. After I started crying someone finally traded spots. But I didn't like that my husband's wishes over Road mine, it was misogynistic and she was a woman, a very condescending women.
Cons: That our family was separated. That the female flight attendant talked down to me in a misogynistic way

Pros: The flight actually had hot food for sale! The cheeseburger was pretty good.
Cons: I had a really hard time getting the cabin crews' attention during boarding for a piece of safety equipment. I hit the call light, tried to catch them as the crew was distributing headphones, and the light got turned off by an off-duty flight attendant without checking that we needed something. I got it in the end with an apology from crew but I still don't feel terribly safe Also, the paid entertainment system that my neighbors purchased seemed to be down with static for a portion of the flight.

Pros: The crew were excellent and receptive to needs on the flight.
Cons: Baggage Claim was a nightmare. I did not receive a baggage ticket when I checked my bag in London. Part of that is my fault. I should have made sure I had one. It took an extra long time to get my bag. Everyone else had left the area from my flight and I approached the counter. The attendant at the counter was rude. She said she couldn't help me unless I had the baggage claim ticket. Which I get that, but it all comes down to how she said it to me. She went over to the carousel and said that my flights bags were still going around and at that time I saw my bag. I said there it is to her and she responds, well you can go get it yourself then. Just completely rude. It all came down to how she responded to me. I was freaking out at the prospect of my bag being lost and she responded as clipped and uncompassionately as possible.

Pros: The movies were good - glad it was free and nice selection
Cons: US Pre-clearance in Dublin was ridiculous. I don't know what else to say about it. They were even holding us going down the escalator to the actual screening part. It was just one crazy queue to another. Will definitely make me think about ever going through Dublin again.

Pros: The boarding was pretty good for this flight, seemed simple enough, everyone was pleasant. And I was near an exit, which offered sufficient leg room.
Cons: I was disappointed by a few things... 1. The staff didn't much care to be there. They seemed distant and unconcerned, although their words were supportive. I just got off a flight from Seoul to SF, with United (892) and they admittedly stated that they were understaffed (which was completely fine) and their attitudes were much more supportive than that of the following team (486), a flight from SF to IAD. 2. I was surprised, that on a 5hr flight, they only offered a half bag of mixed items and two rounds of beverages. I was sure that they would feed us something. However, if it's not the policy, I get it...but I asked if they had anything I could purchase, the flight attendant points me to the menu pamphlet and says that I could choose from there. I asked for the Chilled Chicken with Slaw and she promptly lets me know that they only have cheeseburgers, a protein box and Cheese. For a person who's lactose intolerant, I was again disappointed by the service--why ask me to go to the menu, if you knew there were only three items you were offering?? So I didn't order anything. 3. The entertainment blows my mind. I've flown with you guys like 8 times this year, and the app still does not work properly, however, before every flight, someone mentions over the intercom to be sure to download the app...but if it doesn't work...why offer it? Also, if there are tvs at the back of every headrest, the least you could offer is a random movie, versus the commercials about how great the app is, or whatever was scrolling along. Lastly, please note, I was trying to figure out a way to make a comment to United...but didn't want to sound TOOO disgruntled. I'm not opposed to flying with UA, absolutely not, but if any of these things are addressed, I definitely feel you will be making a massive improvement on what seems to be an airline that I'd think twice about taking. Feel free to e-mail or call me. I don't mean to sound rude...but having flown other airlines, and knowing that UA has been around for a while, i just hoped the experience would be better.

Pros: Agent at check-in was very, very helpful and accomadating

Pros: The cabin crew themselves were great. The pilots offered my child to go see the cabin and everyone on the actual plane was great.
Cons: The United employees at check in kiosk were very unorganized and unhelpful. I was traveling internationally with a small child and had two pieces of luggage to check in. Normally you just go to the counter once and they do everything including taking your luggage once they weigh it. Instead, I had to go to the self check in kiosk, then back to the counter to weigh my luggage, take off the one luggage from the scale, weigh the second one, then go back to the self check in kiosk, then was told to take off the second luggage as well, then finally went to a second counter where the lady handwritten my luggage tags and then was told to take both pieces of luggage and put them somewhere else altogether with specific directions on where to put them. This is something normally handled by the actual employees. Also, the check in dude yelled at my kid for putting in his name into the check in kiosk while we were waiting on the check in dude to do all those unorganized activities. He claimed it would break the software if my kid were to enter his name. I have told him that no, the software will not break if my child enters in his name.

Pros: Friendly
Cons: Everything was good

Pros: The people were very nice! The entertainment although not easy to access was free. snacks were meh but ok. They did what they could to make us comfortable after flight was delayed 2.5 hours.
Cons: The flight was delayed for 2.5 hours was out of the control of the crew. They did what they could. But the plane was cramped. Not enough space. Everyone was cramped. We missed our connecting flight they put us up in a hotel and booked alternate flights. We had to stand out in the cold waiting for a shuttle to take us to the hotel. The hotel staff said more than once they were not prepared for all of us and getting us from airport to hotel and in rooms was almost another 2 hours. That gave us 3.5 hours to sleep before we started in the next journey. Of 4 hours from take off to landing in our home city. I had to pay for my baggage to go onto another airline.

Pros: Free movies/TV with an app
Cons: Very small plane, felt every bump as well as every passenger that walked by

Pros: No turbulence. Easy-in, easy-out
Cons: Not much leg room or seat space. Also for over 2 hour flight, no food was offered.

Pros: Both flights were delayed.

Pros: Kind flight attendants and quick early arriving flight
Cons: Nothing, everything was food

Pros: Great, friendly crew. Nice snack!
Cons: Seat was not as comfortable as some flights I've been on.

Pros: Found what was expected from the flight. Hats up to the take off that happened on time in a busy airport.
Cons: Aircraft is tiny and seats are narrow.

Pros: They held the plane due to delays in customs

Pros: Aircraft with old decoration. Could not see a single smile from the crew.

Pros: Comfortable and enjoyable flight, efficient crew without delays.
Cons: Poor food - even going for the safe pasta option. Very disappointing & not enjoyable.

Cons: Recent airline corporation consolidation has greatly reduced consumer choice. The surviving major airlines, in their effort to cut costs, sacrifice quality control and assurance. Pittsburgh's status as "no longer a major hub" was on full display here. United needed to have customer service agents available on site, but they did not. The review could easily turn into an essay on United's complete failure (ask the remaining passengers who were supposed to be on the PIT-IAD), but such a review would not change the state of affairs in the airline industry. I will be contacting United reps to lodge an official complaint.

Cons: After having several flights with international airlines while in Thailand for the last 2 weeks, it was quite a disappointment to spent 12 hours on this UA flight. There was a 6-8 hour period during our flight were flight attendants did not ask or even consider walking the isles and asking the passengers if they needed any water or anything else. During several flights in Thailand, the attendants were constantly catering to every passengers' needs. The difference between the flight attendants from Bangkok to Tokyo compared to Tokyo to DC was worlds apart. The Japanese attendants were as friendly as ever and took care of all the passengers needs. The flight attendants were flat out rude. There was once event on this flight that I could not believe. A child of 5-7 years old had to go to the restroom with his mother. The flight attendant was collecting trash from our meal. Even though she knew the child was behind her and needed to go to the restroom, she would not stop collecting trash, move her cart so that the boy and his mother could get to the restroom. Instead, she continued collecting trash and made the boy wait until she was done. I feel embarrassed for the foreigners who were on this flight and this was their first impression of America and Americans. The main meal that was served was a breaded chicken patty served with a slurry of questionable gravy, rice, and a roll. I received better food on multiple 1 hour flights while in Thailand. The comfort level was what you would expect from most American airlines-tight and cramped. I will never book with United for another international flight.

Pros: Once I was on the flight it was fine except for the food which was decent
Cons: On my outbound flight from IAD to BRU my flight was delayed 3.5 hours because the "plane was late to arrive". Seems like this happens a lot on United flights. The staff at the gate of Dulles airport were extremely rude and difficult to deal with, which made it frustrating to try and figure out my connection situation. I missed my connection from Brussels to Paris and had to buy a train ticket for which I was not reimbursed by United. Then, on the way back from Paris, my flight was delayed 2.5 hours for the same reason. At least this time I had a direct flight. This entire experience makes me think twice about flying United again. I live in DC and it would be just as (in)convenient for me to go to BWI instead of Dulles for international flights, where there seems to be more options outside of flying United.

Pros: The seats were comfortable.

Pros: This was the most uncomfortable plane ride I have ever been on. Will not use this airline again
Cons: Social distancing, the seats are absolute garbage. There’s no room, the tray tables are a freaking joke. It was excruciatingly uncomfortable.

Pros: Amazing crew

Pros: The time
Cons: Everything

Cons: Dont have flight leave 30mins early

Pros: The flight was on-time.
Cons: The seat, again, was the bad news.

Cons: Not 2 hour delay leaving.

Cons: The flight left late, and got into San Diego late. By the time we landed I was unable to get my rental car. The car rental places were closed.

Cons: No cost for carry on bag

Pros: Was fine overall for a no frills airline
Cons: We were not notified prior to the flight that we could not of been a plane so of course the only snack I had with me for a four hour flight was a bag of peanuts. We were told we were not allowed to take any peanut products out on the plane and this was told to us from at takeoff.

Cons: Wasn't able to check in due to frontier merchant difficulty and couldn't get on the flight wouldn't allow to pay for seats

Pros: If you have carry-on, you are seated first so there is room in the overhead compartment. That is great. Non-stop flight from DCA to Denver.
Cons: This was my return flight to DCA. The flight home was marginally better because I paid $13 to upgrade to a window seat. I did not upgrade further for $45 to include reclining and more leg room. I guessed right the little extra room by the window gave me enough to be slightly more comfortable than the torturous middle seat. This time I checked my carry-on early, and saved $7. I paid $38 instead of $45. I prepaid my checked luggage. My base ticket was $368 but with the checked luggage, carry-on, and changed seat fees, it cost me $510. The base rate was not sufficiently low enough to really make a difference because of the all the add-on charges. Besides the charge for carry-ons, there is a charge for a simple drink or snack - $2.99. At least other airlines offer water and nuts, & do not charge for carry-ons. The ticket cost for other airlines were not near or over $510. This bare bones, nickel & dime may be good for some but not for me. I would rather give up a nonstop flight for comfort on a 4-hour trip and no hassles about carry-on luggage or a cup of water. If the trip was under 2 hours, it may not have been so bad but the fees for this or that is not very appetizing either.

Pros: crew is always resilient
Cons: Our plane was on time coming into Denver. We ended up changing gates due to another flight. Instructions for changes were not easily understood on the overhead. We ended up approx 1 hour late arriving in Salt Lake City. An additional cost of $20 was added to my shuttle as I was unable to claim bag until after 1 am.

Pros: The workers were really nice.
Cons: There's a fee on everything (carry on, snacks-peanuts, pretzels, pop, water), and the seat are uncomfortable and do not recline (it makes it hard to sleep). You get what you pay for. Tickets are cheap, but fees add up.

Pros: Check in line was relatively short compared to other airlines at the same time of day
Cons: Chemical smell (fuel?) strong in back of plane when getting ready for take-off. Couldn't even buy a stretch seat and think it is disrespectful to customers to shoe-horn them in to those terribly close rows of "regular" seats. NO ONE wants to feel like that! Also, couldn't get Frontiers new mobile app to let me sign in for flight.. help desk said just go to the airport to sign in. So why bother with the app? AND when I bought tickets that seemed like a decent deal, found out AFTER buying tickets that baggage, carry-ones and most regular seats all have additional fees. I paid an extra $107.00JUST to sit down and bring my clothes in a bag.

Pros: Frontier has modern planes, practically new. Staff was attentive. The planes are clean. Water is free. It's had air conditioning and good lighting for the seats.
Cons: Very limited comfort on the seats, very limited space. Note only the space between the seats but also the the tray is very short. Don't think about using the tra for a laptop, tablet or phone; not even a cup of coffee fits adequately on the tray. The space under the seat is also very limited, as well as the net behind the seat. You can barely fit a bottle of water. Comfort is not what they are aiming for.

Cons: Scariest plane ride ever, the pilot landed terrible, I don't even know how to explain it. So much stress we practically nose dived, it was like they realized "dang we have to land, I forgot about that, let's go straight down and almost crash"

Pros: We had a safe flight.
Cons: To start, the app didn't work correctly for check in, so when trying to go through security, I couldn't pull up my boarding pass SO I had to get out of line and go all the way back to the check in line to print a pass. The boarding process was fine, but the seats are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Additonally, every other airline I typically fly provides a drink and snack at NO CHARGE. Not Frontier. A drink, other than water, is at least $2.99. I will do my best not to fly this airline in general and will tell the company who booked my flight that they should consider a different airline in the future.

Pros: We did not crash. I appreciated that. Also, we made slightly faster time than planned.
Cons: I had no idea that a *carry on* costs $30. That's just obscene. My GF and I took a weekend trip to Utah and brought only our backpacks because we didn't want to spend the extra dough. Lame. At Frontier, you don't even get to choose your seats without paying extra money. If you want to guarantee that you can sit in the absolute worst seats on the plane that's gonna cost you an extra $5. Sure hope we get to sit together! Lame. The seats were one step above folding lawn chairs. Lame. When the flight crew refers to the 6 inch by 3 inch "table" as a "barbie tray" that makes it funny, but no less lame. How could we top all this lameness off with a lame sauce? How about the flight crew "requesting" your attention and forcing you to sit through a 5 minute *credit card offer*. I could not believe it when the credit card offer started. Afterwards, she walked through the aisles and asked every person who dared to gaze in her general direction whether they were interested in her offer. How many were? ZERO. Before this flight I truly had no opinion about which airline I should fly, but now I do have a preference... Literally anyone other than Frontier.

Cons: This airline is like something out of a comedy about bad airlines. It starts with their "low fares" that don't include basics like carryon bags and seat selection. Next are the seats, which don't even recline a little bit, are SHOCKINGLY tiny and uncomfortable, provide significantly less leg room than anything I've seen anywhere else, 4"x3" beverage trays that the flight attendants openly laugh at, and no food/beverage menus. Even the flight attendants are worse than average; a woman asked one of them if there was a bathroom in the front of the plane, and she responded that she didn't know. Just corner cutting and general low quality across the board. Oh and of course no movie or internet options. They should change their name to "no other flights at the time you needed to be there" airlines.

Pros: The price was right until we were charged for each checked bag including carry on luggage. The seats on the plan were also incredibly uncomfortable.

Cons: Flight check-in for Frontier was so busy that I ended up going through the outdoor check-in line, even though it was well below freezing outside. The flight was delayed about 3 hours with multiple gate changes and little communication about the delays and gate changes. Most passengers learned of the changes from Frontier's website while waiting at a gate. After waiting outside in cold temperatures to hand over my checked bag, it turns out Frontier never put my bag on the plane. In fact, about 30 people had checked bags that were not put on our plane. When I tried to call the Frontier customer service phone line, it was so busy that they were not accepting calls and the system hung up on me. My bag was delivered almost 24 hours after the plane landed, but that meant I lost a day of vacation because I had to wait for someone to deliver my bag, whenever was convenient for the airline. Frontier did refund me the cost of the checked bag and gave me a $50 credit to encourage me to return as a customer. When any sort of baggage (checked or carry-on) costs at least $30, that $50 credit really is not enough to make up for their incompetence

Cons: The only bright spot was your great crew. First, Frontier doesn't even staff its ticket counter at MCI, so, heaven forbid there's an accident on the highway and we're a couple of minutes late, we can't even get through security. That's beyond annoying. Frontier charges for everything. For seats. For bags. For drinks. For food. So, after a haphazard boarding process and ending up in a middle seat, I flew on a lawn chair. Thankfully, it was a short flight. I enjoyed a tiny cup of water and opted not to spend $2.99 on another beverage. All of that, I knew about in advance and expected. I was thinking "at least my flight was cheap..." At the end, Southwest would have even been cheaper. I also didn't realize Frontier couldn't even be bothered by the basics. For example, opening the door when we arrived in Denver. We were on time. We waited on a gate, which is annoying, but not unusual, but then, after we pulled up to the gate, we waited ANOTHER 15-20 minutes in a roasting hot plane. JUST for someone to open the door to permit us to deplane. One of my fellow passengers quipped: "Are they going to make us pay to get off the plane?" Funny, sarcastic, but a sentiment many of your passengers shared. We finally exited the plane, and I waited on my bags--the ones I'd spent $75 to check. There was no information. No announcement. No update. The supervisor truly didn't even know what was going on. An HOUR AND A HALF later, the supervisor said, "I think your bags are still on the plane. We're short staffed, so another supervisor and I will go help unload them" Seriously? At what point did unloading bags become optional? We finally got our bags, and I'm the one who finally told the supervisor that bags from Kansas City were beginning to arrive. She announced it to the rest of the grumpy crowd. It was much worse with the cranky kids waiting on their strollers and carseats. I fly this route often. I arrived home AFTER I usually do on the much later Southwest and United flights. My fiance and I are traveling back and forth DEN-MCI/MCI-Denver often. We no longer even look at Frontier as an option when booking our tickets

Pros: Grateful that the Frontier crew got us to our destination and back safe and sound. Thank you!
Cons: Really shocked to see when I was checking in that we had to pay $300 in fees for our 2 carry ons, 2 checked bags AND FOR OUR SEATS! We were pretty upset about it but nothing we could do, it was a snowboarding trip so we had to carry our gear with us... So after we got over that shock, we board the plane and discover that seats don't recline, snacks and sodas come at a price ($3 for a can of coke) and there's absolutely no entertainment. All this being said, I would expect this from a low budget airline, BUT we paid a lot for our tickets. Granted it was a New Year's flight, but still, we've never seen this from any other airline. Unfortunately, we will not be choosing Frontier in the future.

Pros: The flight was fine. It arrived on time, and I don't mind the immobile seat backs and the lack of a talk tray table.
Cons: I received an email on Tuesday night informing me that my Thursday am flight was cancelled, due to anticipated weather (no increment weather at the time), The email provided no instructions for rebooking except a phone number. I tried rebooking on the web site, but that didn't work. The web site did not know about the cancellation at all and wanted to charge me a large rebooking fee. Meanwhile I was on hold for two hours. Finally, I needed a midnight trip to the airport in order to rebook. At the airport, I witnessed ill-informed and stressed agents failing to cope with stressed stranded customers. One agent told a customer that she refused to help him any longer because he recorded her.

Pros: The flight was on time and the plane was clean. The crew was very friendly.
Cons: The airline did not provide seat assignments at booking or prior to the flight. To secure seats together with my 11 year old son, I was upcharged at the airport ($85 for tow flights). No amenities were provided. Apple juice cost $3. No in flight entertainment, not even a magazine. This flight cost as much as a major airline when I booked it--the only convenience was timing back to our original airport. Add the seat up charge and I probably paid more. This experience proved to me that it might be ok to pay a little extra for a major carrier, especially on long trips.

Pros: I didn't like anything .
Cons: I'm use to flying Delta . And that's what the problem was . When you put frontier up against Delta the difference is pretty disgusting . Frontier has no remorse for those who maybe late . If you don't check in , and aren't by the gate within 15 minutes they'll just leave you high and dry . Some people might have a dead phone , or no service . Checking in should not be life or death but with frontier it is . Also their bag policy is nothing compared to Delta . They charge $35 for a carry on bag . With Delta , your first carry on is free . Also , frontiers food menu is a disgrace . They charge $10 for a piece of cheese and that's just disgraceful . No complimentary snacks, just an airline trying to milk you for your money , and there is NO LEG ROOM , on their planes what so ever . Frontier airlines is now on my DO NOT FLY list along with Spirit airlines . Back to Delta I go !!!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Per their instructions, I arrived at the airport two hours before my flight. The line to check in was MASSIVE. Everyone was grumbling they'd never fly Frontier again. All of the airlines nearby had no line, just Frontier was a mess. This took about an hour. I asked the lady at check-in (who rudely rolled her eyes at me when I said I needed a boarding pass printed), why it was so busy and she gave me a blank stare and said "it's like this every day at this time, we have five flights going out." Sooooo they know it's like this everyday...why don't they fix the problem and have more than TWO PEOPLE behind the desk? This doesn't seem like rocket science. Security took 40 minutes too, and I told two TSA people my flight was boarding, and they just looked at me and shrugged. I've seen far better at other airports. My gate closed at 4:20. I was still in line at 4:10. Somehow I made it through and had to full out sprint to the gate. I made it at 4:18, and the gate guy said "I hate to have to close the gate on people, good thing I don't!". THIS ISN'T A JOKE. I made it, with two minutes to spare, but this was insane. I was there two hours early, it's not like I came crashing in twenty minutes before. I also watched a a young woman in line miss her flight entirely because of their slow check-in, and the desk people just looked at her and shrugged. Their lack of service and support was unbelievable and unacceptable. There is a reason these flights are so cheap, and I saw it all firsthand.

Cons: Seats are hard and didn't move. Could maneuver to reach items that slipped to the floor. Very uncomfortable for a four hour flight. Pull down table was very very small, and had sharp surfaces that would scratch my computer case. Stewards did not stop to offer water. Shameless marketing of food items and credit cards. The only reason we booked with Frontier is because of the nonstop to DC to fly a 90+ year old. Not looking to return flight and will never do again.

Pros: I liked the team of flight attendants and crew.
Cons: The seats are just not comfortable. I've traveled on buses in India that were more comfortable. There's limited room and space between seats, which is frustrating as well. Plus, everything is an incremental charge/fee. Charging for bags whether they're checked or not, is not good customer service. It's inconvenient and I don't particularly like being charged for small incidentals such as coffee, juice or soda. It's another inconvenience for the customer to reach under their already cramped seat for their wallet to pay. Plus the crew of flight attendants is slowed down by the payment process. I consider this bad customer service overall by Frontier. Poor crew. I suspect they're equally as frustrated with having to indicated that everything is offered for a fee.

Cons: Price is fairly high for what constitutes "budget" flying. Charges for carry-on luggage is laughable given the high cost of a ticket--costs as much as Delta, but without all of the amenities. The plane was dirty (tray table had something brown and sticky, and seat was covered in crumbs). This experience is also on par with the previous Frontier experience I had, where the plane was dirty, and we sat on the tarmac for an hour after landing at Denver. All in all, terrible, and I will avoid flying with Frontier if at all possible in the future.

Cons: They changed their seats, less room, less comfortable, tray tables are tiny, they nit pick and charge for EVERYTHING. They purport to be a discount airline, but in reality they're just a money-grubbing company who nickels and dimes their customers while providing a much worse product than they did before. I will not be flying Frontier ever again.

Pros: We got there and back safely; the pilots seemed competent; the flight attendants were pleasant enough.
Cons: Very uncomfortable and narrow seats. Carry-on AND checked bag fees; even water on the plane (poured it into a plastic cup, not a bottle) was $2.50! I didn't realize that this airline upcharges for every possible item so the ticket wasn't as cheap as I thought once I included about $60 in baggage fees. I also folded and paid $28 to choose a seat on my return flight since you have to pay to choose ANY seat, otherwise you end up in the middle. Unless there's a serious fare difference (including all the upcharges) for future flights I will not plan to fly Frontier again.

Cons: I will NEVER fly frontier again! Besides the unexpected high extra fees the day of travel totalling about $100, my seat being reassigned without any explanation or apology and no entertainment being available, the horrible customer service on board was insurmountable. The flight attendants disrespected several passengers directly and complained about several passengers in a degrading manner to one another, a conversations that i could hear from my seat in thhe 1st row of the cabin. When one passenger had too much luggage on board one flight attendant said to him "the world is not all about you". They complained about a passenger who answered them "yes" instead of "yes please". When giving the safety instruction demonstration one flight attendant made an uncomfortable comment/joke about how a "fat person" had been wearing the life jacket before her. At one point in the flight an elderly man used the resrroom and when he returned to his seat two flight attendants made complaints about the smell and made a spectacle of using several different air fresheners while laughing and complaining about the situation. I could continue to go on with the disgraceful behavior i saw. I am so glad that i did not have to interact with them directly myself. I have never seen such unprofessional and abusive behavior by flight attendants. I am very disapppinted with the experience and will never fly with Frontier again.

Cons: My step son (Matt Altizer) couldn't make the flight due to his wife's illness and they won't refund his money. He went through all the steps and all they would do is give him credit for the next 90 days. How can we get Frontier to understand? Good customer service would give a full refund. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, Ron Bierman

Cons: Seats are so unpadded it was like sitting 3 hours on a board. Mini-tray tables are difficult to use. I had to pay another $84 for seats and one carry-on bag before I could get a boarding pass. I did not see these costs disclosed before I booked the ticket. They do not serve ANYTHING, drinks or food, unless you buy it. The overhead light was burned out and I could not read. The flight was 45 minutes late. Our adjacent flight passengers were told to use the bathroom before they got on the plane because they would only have one working bathroom on the flight. NEVER AGAIN

Cons: The day after arriving at our destination, our return trip was canceled: "due to day-of-travel flight cancellation or traveler no-show." I can assure you, we did show; I had the pictures. They tried to put us on an earlier flight, which was not convenient, due to travel plans made 8 months prior, so the return flight was scheduled for the next day (again, inconvenient, due to loss of income). Frontier attempted to charge me for the extra day. After I complained multiple times, they finally waived the additional charge when I reminded them I was NOT the one who canceled the original flight. My daughter and I were provided $100 travel vouchers, each, for the "inconvenience." Frontier can keep their $200.

Pros: I didn't even know there were air carriers who required checkin online and arriving to airport 2 hours in advance - I feel Frontier should have a huge RED warning in Kayak "check this airlines policy! They aren't the norm." Maybe their low cost model requires that most of us can't follow these and will incur fees. Also says in terms & conditions that they can bump you for any reason as flights are overbooked as a business policy. Frontier doesnt "participate" in TSA Pre - despite press reports that it would be added in Sept. (never even knew a carrier had a role except merely printing the Known Traveller number) anyway my flight cost, bc I paid to choose a seat, had a carryon & two suitcases, was similar to other airlines. I guess I appreciate a barebones model for those who need it, and the flight itself was short & perfectly fine...but frankly this airlines terrifies me and is way outside the norm - it should NOT be grouped with other reputable lost cost carriers like Southwest.
Cons: Airport arrival. No TSA Pre. Bag fees. Terms & conditions say they can bump you anytime.

Pros: The flight was smooth, despite heavy turbulence. Flight attendants kept their composure despite very irate passengers.
Cons: This was a memorably bad experience in being at the wrong end of incompetent management. While at the departure gate, the Frontier rep at the kiosk informed everyone in overly casual vernacular that, "looks like the flight will be delayed an hour or so because the crew feels tired, and doesn't want to fly another leg, so we're going to try try to find another crew." In other words, you'll be late not because of weather or anything out of Frontier's managerial control. Quite the opposite - you'll be arriving late because we're incompetent at organizational management of human resources. An hour and fifteen minutes delay followed, with some confusion. Arriving in DC, we enjoyed that same fresh honesty when the Captain announced, upon pulling aside the gate, that, "Folks I'm not sure what's taking the gate crew so long, but there doesn't seem to be anyone pushing the ramp out for us to exit - please hold tight." That was after 10 minutes of mysterious inaction. Another 30-40 followed. Finally, after an accidental "ping" that prompted passengers to stand--only to be told to sit back down as the plane wasn't affixed yet to the gate--everyone stood on the second, correct announcement to offload. If only. They then tried to get passengers to sit back down b/c a different Frontier crew and a pilot needed, from their middle seats, to get off first. Passengers started booing. I've seen a flight like that. Didn't even describe one truly out-of-line passenger up front who lost his temper and refused to comply. Again - a very memorable experience. And not in a good way.

Pros: Getting off the plane
Cons: The plane, the crew (who beyond being unfriendly managed to racially profile the gentleman sitting behind me and question him unnecessarily for using the camera on his phone for "security" reasons), the nickel and diming for everything

Pros: Getting off the plane.
Cons: For starters, we scanned our tickets at one gate and boarded at another. First time I've ever seen that. There weren't enough Gate Agents to manage things so I waited in line for 40 minutes to pay your ridiculous $60 carry on fee. By the time someone was able to help me, my boarding group had already boarded. I ended up paying the fee and was forced to gate check my bag anyway as all the overhead space was taken up by the time I got on the plane. Nice work on your end milking that $60 from me. Since I wasn't able to check in ahead of time, I was stuck in the middle seat (I'm 6'5"). I would have happily paid an extra $250 to not sit in the middle, but thats besides the point. Just as I'm about to close my eyes, your stewardess gets on the PA and starts hawking Frontier credit cards for 20 minutes. If that wasnt bad enough, she had the audacity to shove an application in my face and remind me 'its the best credit card in the industry!' The credit card pitch and "buy 3 get 1 free' happy hour offers made the flight feel more like a sad Panama City spring break than a return flight after a long business trip. Alas! We landed at ORD 'on-time' which is always good for Frontier's stats. Unfortunately, we sat on the tarmac for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to man the sky bridge. Oh, and it was a nice touch deplaning in the international terminal returning from a Kansas City flight. Long story short, Frontier is now in the same category for me as Spirit Airlines. You fooled me once, but you wont fool me again. I'm just glad it was a one-way ticket. PS: when did airlines start soliciting tips for the flight crew? In all my years of traveling, I have never seen that before. Embarrassing.

Pros: The staff were friendly and everything went smoothly during the trip.
Cons: The seats have very little legroom, the trays are about the size of a small book, and the seats don't recline. These planes weren't made to maximize comfort, but the prices are typically the lowest if you're excluding things like checked luggage and seat selection fees.

Pros: Sure, the price is good and the flights direct.
Cons: What kind of actual airline won't even give you get a dinky glass of diet coke or cup of coffee without paying for it? And a $40 checked bag fee at the airport? I get that these foregone luxuries are what allows the prices to be low, but it's just not worth it to spend the whole flight feeling completely unappreciated, uncomfortable, and nicked-and-dimed. My friend even prepaid for a reserved window seat, and was told upon arrival that the seat was someone else's. They said they'd refund her, but obviously that was not the outcome she wanted nor originally paid for. Not to mention no entertainment, no earbuds, not even a semi-comfortable head rest of any kind. I'll shell out the $50 or whatever more next time to feel like I'm not getting ripped off. Also, flights both ways were delayed, but the staff still feels the need to shame you for not showing up at the original boarding time.

Pros: I didn't receive a smile or even an acknowledgement from flight attendents. Couldn't hear the safety speech at all. Annunciate and speak clearly would be my suggestion. This person sounded like they had a mouth full of mashed potatoes. I won't fly frontier again even though it used to be my preference. The baggage fee, not even a complimentary drink?? Uninterested staff. Very poor customer service. However, the pilot got us to destination on time and w/out mishap, hence my OK rating. Otherwise super disappointed in crew and staff.

Pros: not much
Cons: poor customer service overall. On return trip, required to pay a "carry on bag fee" of $45 which is nearly double what most airlines charge to check a bag. was a total surprise charge, as we were not charged on the trip out. Return trip - sat on runway for 40 minutes before take off. Made up some time in the air. Upon arrival, sat again for > 30 min before a gate opened. dreadful. Didn't offer beverages without a charge - had to ask if you wanted water (not offered). Purchase snack menu items - very poor selection.

Cons: The plane is uncomfortable, crowded, I have paying for baggage and water and seat assignments. I would rather know all of the costs upfront. One customer brought so much luggage on the plane that they took up an entire overhead bin, leaving the rest of the passengers who paid for luggage without any space. The crew did nothing about this. I am frustrated with Frontier based on my last several experiences flying with them, and will look for another airline next time. Also, Frontier doesn't do TSA pre-check, which is annoying since it is a service I've already paid for.

Cons: The plane was not cleaned before we got on. There was trash all over the floor and food and gum on one of the trays next to us.

Pros: I am a frequesnt flyer on all Major airlines and very frequent business traveler. This is the First and LAST time I will fly Frontier
Cons: I am a frequesnt flyer on all Major airlines and very frequent business traveler. This is the First and LAST time I will fly Frontier

Pros: Finally landing at 2:00 am with my luggage finally showing up
Cons: 1. 4:30pm flight had a FOUR hour delay!! No communication as to why. Empty plane finally arrived. 2. Got back east at 2am on a Sunday night, yet still had a long wait in an abandoned airport for luggage. 3. Got scammed by LOW ticket price, and then RIPPED OFF by exorbitant baggage fees...bringing the low price right back up there. 4. I could have paid another airline the same $$, and gotten FREE water and a magazine! Nickel and dimed everything. 5. Difficult to rate staff, because with no service, no interaction...except to 'fasten your seatbelt'. Boarding was boarding. Nothing to rate. 6. Offered $$ off my next flight b/c of the delay, but it expired in 60 days...REALLY? Yeah, the average Joe who flies this airline will SURELY be traveling again in a few months. LAME. Not worth the risk of flying this airline again, IMO.

Cons: No where when I was booking my flight was stated that I would have to pay to reserve a seat. I understand paying more for extra leg room but charging just to pick a seat in the back of the plane is rediculous and makes me never want to fly frontier anymore. I usually love flying frontier, but it makes me pick another airline. The flight was delayed 3 hours and I understand that things happen, but we were never told why our flight was delayed. The flight attendants were OK this trip. Usually I find Frontier flight attendants to be very friendly and seems to love their jobs, but this flight they were not the friendliest.

Pros: Was nice we got a voucher for a meal while delayed... Airport passed out water and granola bars a couple of times Mats and Blankets were passed out.. not near enough and had to sleep on the floor!!!!
Cons: The VERY long lines for changes.. seems like could have had more stafff to help out??? or something easier on line for changes??? Tried the web site several times to get updates and info and could not access.. guess too many at one time??? Don't know the answer.... hard to understand why Frontier not flying out day after when other airlines are??? I don't fly much - REALLY hard to look forward to looking forward to future times when things happen... realize the snow storm wasn't their fault.. BUT...
