Cons: The flight just kept getting delayed over and over with no explanation as to why. We sat there all day waiting and finally they just got another aircraft for Buffalo, New York. Oh, and nobody knows how to move with any sense of urgency or hustle whatsoever, so be prepared to wait for everything.

Cons: Seats didn’t recline, it was a bumpy ride nothing was free! That’s what we (didn’t) pay for!

Pros: The plane was 2 hours late and I could not get home. Missed the connection to Greenville at 11:38. They told me there were no hotels in Atlanta and I would have to stay in the airport and then take the 8:55 am fight to Greenville. That took an hour in line and there was no help.
Cons: The pilot was awesome. He flew as fast as he could to help anyone make their connection but it didn’t help. But I appreciate him trying. Just frustrated that being military I didn’t get to board earlier or that they didn’t help me find a way home

Pros: Seating sucks, boarding proceedure sucks. Had to check and clear my passport 3 times!! United flight was hidden as Air Canada/Lufthansa else I would not have bought. Incredibly bad experience in 35 years of flying

Pros: Crew were great.
Cons: We had premium economy seats and they were hard as rocks and there was nowhere to stow our personal items since we were just behind the wall to first class. It was an extremely uncomfortable flight. Bring your own seat cushions.

Cons: Seats (too small and little distance between them) Food (although this time the breakfast was better, AA has the worst food selection compared to other airlines. I just have to get dinner at the airport or eat at the lounge before bording) service is also mediocre, flight attendants are lazy

Cons: Airline nickle and dimes you for everything from carry on bags to soda. No in seat entertainment for a 4-hour flight. Read fine print when booking.
Pros: The flight was safe.
Pros: Frontier closed their ticketing counter before 45mins before the flight was scheduled to take off. No one was at the ticketing counter...just a small sign saying counter closes 45mins before flight. Self service kiosk worked for some but started telling everyone to go to the ticketing counter.
Cons: Seemed like they oversold the flight and once there were enough people who checked in, they closed the ticket counter.
Pros: Nice plane, with plenty of room.
Pros: The flight crew were Amazing on both flights. Seating was good on the 1St flight, I got the aisle seat, 2nd flight was little cramped “middle seat” I’m 6’3”. The flight was only and hour so not bad. Overall it was good.
Cons: About 2more inches in the seating for long legged people taller than 5’8”. I’m 6’3”. So pretty cramped if not in an aisle seat.
Pros: The Lufthansa crew was very friendly on all legs and provided excellent service. The good was actually good.
Cons: The seat could have been more comfortable for a long trip but still better than your typical American airlines.
Cons: It would have been great but they ran out of Buffalo Trace halfway through the flight - or that is the line from flight attendants
Pros: Our crew was good but everything else was awful. A 1/12 hour flight ended up with us on board for 6 hours.
Cons: Mechanical problems.... crew out of hours.... you name it .... it happened on my flight!
Pros: There is nothing to like about Air Canada's Rouge service. Their sardine seat layouts are amongst the worst in the industry.
