It was ok but no WiFi I think I’ll fly Iceland air next time
Basic flight. Great for something under two hours. Seats were a bit dated and uncomfortable
They lost my luggage and there is no update, no luggage and no hope that they will find it. It has been 26 hours since we landed
My daughter always gets sick when we order the gluten free meal option. Internet didn’t work as advertised.
Nothing to answer your questions appropriately. It was just a 2hrs flight from London Heathrow and we were served a cup of tea only. So the questions about food aren't relevant and also, there's no entertainment on these short haul flights. Overall, the flight ✈️ was okay.
The seat in economy are comfy, with some legroom and shoulder room. The food was above average. The plane was newish.

Very uncomfortable and cramped seating. Only 1 bathroom for entire economy section, most of the plane. No food provided for a 5.5 hour flight. Bad experience
Meh. Lived the seat. The entertainment unit did not work and had to be reset 3 times. Service was SLOW taking over 90 min to be served. Crew forgot about my meal. Chicken was dry and almost inedible.
There was an older steward, he is top notch. He is very attentive at the passengers. I do not know his name. Thank you to him.
Good was great. Some of the older crew were grumpy and not customer friendly.

Service and food was amazing. Aircraft configuration is weird - stare at a stranger at take off and landing, during flight someone is crawling over your seat. It was lame.
BA Canceled this flight and put us on a flight leaving Aberdeen at 8:00 PM, delaying our return to the states by a full day. The cancellation caused us expenses in both Aberdeen and London and BA was completely unhelpful on the phone and at the airport.
First time flying with them! Loved it! Specially the schedule from Miami and being able to come back directly to New Orleans :)
They lost my luggage on my way to Namibia (I was unable to review that flight as I was in the bush/off line) It took 3 days to get my bag and I had to pay $375.00 to have it transported to my location as it was over 100 Kilometers from that Airport and the local Airlink carrier would not got that far.
Unable to check in online until the morning of flight. No early baggage check available nor any BA personnel present. Poor customer service.
Boarding process was chaotic. Confusion over Boarding gates: gate 55 or gate 56 ???. Unnecessary standing in long lines to board. Better to call out Boarding groups one at a time and everyone else to sit. Airline only has 2 Boarding groups 1-3 and 4-9. That causes over crowding and chaos
