Nothing, except for arriving alive.

Online site would not allow us to check our bags in advance. Not able to get boarding passes as at a hotel and then unable to get them at the airport. Could not get help. Untrained incompetent people at ticket counters. Airplane that is falling apart. Flight attendants that ignore you. It will be a cold day in Hades before I would consider flying on this so called airline again.

Nothing This is not what i wanted on an international flight .

i Had arrived early and was seated properly... however they held the plane over one hour delay to help late passengers ... this made problems with the connection flight .. they sent us to the wrong terrmknall and lost our luggage.. I feel like this was planned so they could sell out seats at a higher price last minute Fix all the above Call me to make this right

The crew generally is kind and patient. This older aircraft had new seats installed.

BA now doesn’t even provide you with a glass of water or peanuts for free. Everything is buy on board like Easyjet or Ryannair. Entertainment is non-existent as are any type of power outlets. Seat pitch is very tight.

Overall an outstanding experience. Staff is attentive and cheerfully accommodated people throughout the flight. No request was denied as far as I could tell.

We had a 2 hour delay on our flight from Heathrow to LAX. That being said it was during the most severe cold front to hit North America and counterparts flying with connections in some of the hardest hit town had delays of 24 hours or more.

The dispassion & lack of hospitality by the staff. The lack of process & order of queing to check in. The lack of leadership & ownership of taking care of customers. The livestock-like movement of checking in...standing & waiting on the bus to proceed toward the plane. The standing & waiting on the bus to deboard the bus to board the plane. The standing & waiting on the bus to wait for the bus to proceed to the terminal after landing. The standing & waiting on the bus to deboard the bus to proceed to baggage claim. The extra long wait to receive the luggage at baggage claim. The leadership of the company needs to either decide to fix this or find other work. Everything stated above is a reflection of leadership not taking ownership.

For a trip lasting less than 2 hours, an agent told me a small personal bag was allowed. After waiting on a huge line to board my plane, turns out I had to shove my bag into my carry on luggage because I was misguided by the EasyJet agent entirely. Awful service in comparison to line lengths and rules, idiotic overlook by staff and generally subpar airline service.

Staff agent said a tiny carry on purse was allowed (mine was so small that it could’ve easily slipped into the pocket of the back of the seat in front of me). When I was ready to board I was rushed to stuff my bag in my carry on despite being told previously it was allowed. Also an incident where another passengers water bottle spilled onto my carry on (no doubtedly) because he was forced to stuff the tiniest of all things into his carry luggage) was handled very poorly by staff, with annoyance that we brought it to attention.
