Pros: "Everything was very good Great crew!"
Pros: "My friend was experiencing knee pain and the flight wasn’t full. Alaska Airlines upgraded our seats at no extra charge to give her more knee/leg space to help alleviate her discomfort."
Pros: "Plenty of space since flight was empty."
Cons: "I have flown Alaska many many times and this was by far the worst service I ever received. The flight attendants were so very inattentive. I actually had to take my garbage, plastic cups and recyclables to the back where the flight attendant was sitting down, reading a magazine as she was eating her yogurt. I asked her if I could dispose of the items and she reluctantly answered without taking her eyes of the celebrity gossip magazine ... really??? Omg!! I couldn’t believe it!!"

Cons: "The airport terminal at KOA belongs in the stone age. It's not air conditioned. Its sound system is overwhelmed by ambient noise. We walk across the tarmac in the blazing sun and climb rickety ladders to board the plane. Hard wooden benches for seats while waiting. Too few schedules boards."

Cons: "After going through full service to pay my pet fee, I get told at the gate that I need to buy a different carrier because my pet could not move around. I have had this same pet carrier for over 5 years and have been traveling with it. My pet is only 4 1/2 pounds 5 at its max sonthe carrier I have works perfectly fine. I was told to step out the line....made wait til the very very end til the plane was about to leave to be let on. This was an inconvenience as I was all set to go."
Pros: "I was very sad to see Virgin Airlines was bought by Alaska Airlines but I’m happy to see they are still using Virgin planes. The planes are spacious and we love the onboard entertainment! Thanks Alaska Airlines!!"

Cons: "One Flight Attendant who continually made NO attempt to NOT hit passengers as she walked down the aisle. I don’t think she liked her job."
Pros: "On my way back home I noticed that there was ONE seat that was empty in First Class as I boarded the plane. I asked the flight attendant about it and she said that I would have to go back up to the ticket agent to inquire there. So I did, and I was told when I walked back up the ramp to that kiosk that the ticked agent had just Closed The Flight. So, the other lady who was standing right there said that she had to escort a minor on to the flight and that she would accompany me back to the airplane and see if she could help. She did, and when we got back to hand off the minor to the flight crew she then inquired about that seat. It was agreed that the seat was going to be vacant, and since I am a 6' 1", 250 pound man, they all thought it would be a nice thing to allow me to sit in that first class seat at no extra charge! Wow!! What a difference that made on the 4 hour flight! Thank You Alaska Airlines for helping me out and hooking me up! I will remember that when I am booking my next trip!!"
Cons: "The plane had to make an emergency landing in Honolulu because 2 of the 4 navigation systems were not operating correctly. We had 2 wait in Honolulu approx. 6hrs to catch a flight to Seattle. They gave me a $12 voucher for food but my dinner (only dinning in the terminal) cost me $20. Was forced to take an additional day of leave & had to make arrangements for my pets. Was only given (3) $600 vouchers for my 3 tickets."

Cons: "The original flight was booked as a nonstop flight and was changed to add a stop in Seattle and then fly back to Oakland. It added additional time and inconvenience to our original booking."

Pros: "I paid an extra $49 to get a seat in "premium" and I got to sit there. That's about all the good I can say for this flight."
Cons: "I didn't get to board with my "premium' seat right behind the bulkhead until half the plane was already full. I had to put my carry-on halfway to the back of the plane because other people couldn't deal with having one of their two bags under the seat in front of them. Then I had to wait till three quarters of the passengers had disembarked to get my bag. Crappy treatment for a "premium" seat."
Cons: "Only food available on a flight that was 5 1/2 hours was food that had to be purchased. I think this is ridiculous."

Cons: "Only 1 flight attendant in first class for 16 passengers, as the other one disappeared most of the time, and when asked for help she actually refused, saying she was only helping coach class! Dinner service took almost 3 hours. Never asked if we wanted wine or another drink with dinner."

Cons: "It would be good to see fewer disposals used in the food service but the cabin crew must be given kudos for separating recyclables as they collect waste from passengers."
Pros: "Crew was friendly and professional; boarding was rushed; cabin was clean, but seating was very cramped; entertainment was v good (and currently free) using own tablet, phone, or smart phone."
Flight attendants were outstanding! I was traveling with my 9 months old alone and I can’t express how kind and helpful they were.
Pros: "I had heard about limited food options during covid flights but everything was tasty and generous. I always appreciate it when my initial flight books my check-in to my final stop and gives me all my boarding passes at once and Delta did just that. They were also really good at communicating updates like changes to the gate."
Cons: "People should just be prepared to be asked more questions than usual. It can definitely make you feel nervous but just remember that the new covid restrictions are stressful for flight staff just as much as they are stressful for you. Be cooperative and honest and you shouldn't have any problems."
Pros: "As expected of Delta. With Covid, even the food service understandably was limited. They had prepackaged goodies, albeit not much flexibility, but I had no complaints. Mid row was empty per Covid, for flight comfort, this was somewhat a plus. Knowing air was filtered with HEPA filters every 2 minutes with fresh oxygen and outside air mix was also reassuring."

Cons: "The check in and boarding process in Incheon was terrible! My flight ticket was printed and had the wrong name, which the agent at the check in desk did not catch. It was not until I went to the security line when they found a mismatched name. I was asked to go through security THREE TIMES. And then at the gate, I was supposedly "randomly selected" for ANOTHER swab/swipe security check. The flight itself was uncomfortable. There are not enough bathrooms for the number of people seated on the flight. The entertainment was the only excellent and recommendable thing about this delta flight."
Cons: "Rude stewardesses; I was traveling with 3 children onanovernight flight. I just wanted the simplest things- blankets and headphones for them. I cannot believe that an overnight flight wouldn’t be stocked with pillows and blankets. We froze al the way across the Pacific."

Second plane waited at gate with all aboard for 2-1/2 hours and never got slot and de-planed. Third plane waited 1-1/2 hours for de-Icing and finally we were headed home. Arrived 8.5 hours after schedule."

Pros: "We upgraded to Delta Comfort, since the flight was a bit longer. I'm glad we did; it made a great deal of difference to have the extra space. The in-flight entertainment (individual displays on the backs of each seat) was excellent, the crew was excellent, and the flight was extremely smooth."
Cons: "We were arbitrarily re-seated due to equipment changes, back and forth and lost our original seat selection even though we wound up on a plane with the original configuration. An international call wait of 1.5 hours was required to just get us back into the economy plus section that we had originally paid for, Amsterdam check-in was chaotic. In-plane staff was not at all helpful with our desire to get seats on the outside rows of our section."

Pros: "There were only two lines. The economy line took so long because there were many passengers checking in their fish catch boxes. So those of us with only one baggage were lumped with them. There was no option to tag your own bag if you alr day checked in, as it was the same checking and bag drop line."
Cons: "If we were standing in line for a long time, I hope they can increase the number of counters. They can also dispense with the nonsense chitchat. It's not needed, just move it along. The roving staff should to remind those next in line to prepare their documents, it seems the lady at the counter had to ask for photo ID every time!"
