Customer service sucks. The airline has no definite answer regarding our concerns.
Airline provided wheelchair for my injured friend and priority boarding
airline lost my friend's luggage and is only offering $15 per kg for the lost items
CS did offer Priority Business class immigration and lounge
Booked 6 months in advance, at counter for return was advised that they had over booked and wanted to change my flights. All my reservations pre made with transportation and hotels, they want to change on day of departure???? NO! NO notifications, terrible counter service. No entertainment offered!!!
