The flight attendants are always fantastic. My only issue – and it was on my Haneda to Vancouver flight – same as my Vancouver to Osaka flight – I had a confirmed special meal and they had no record of it on board. I tried to confirm it with the gate agent in Fukuoka, where I initiated the day, because of the mess up a month ago, and she said that they can't confirm special meals. I'd have to see when I got on board.

Great transfer of luggage from my flight with Osaka to Tokyo then Tokyo to final destination in Chicago

Great experienced staff and very pleasant compared to some other international airlines

we were in premium economy, but we both got middle seats and had to sit separately. i could have avoided this by trying to obtain seats sooner, but i tried 3 times and gave up. ANA's technology is not friendly for newcomers. no, check that---I think it is nigh impossible. not sure we are coming back. ana can do better to provide a front end that's friendly to users in both US and Japan.

Flight was diverted to Osaka due to engine problems then arrived at a different airport 6 hours late. We were so tired. ANA did the best they could.

The boarding process, food is one of the best, seats are roomier with better leg room.. the attendants are nice and accommodating…

Great as can be expected with a 10 hour flight over the Pacific. Great movie selection of new releases that hadn’t hit streaming yet. And despite the bad rep, I actually like the airplane good.

One of the best business class seats I’ve had. The lie flat seats made it comfortable to endure a 12 hour flight. Service was excellent and food was great.

Flight was on an ANA flight not air Japan. They did most excellent. Again the flight had excellent legroom for someone that is over 6 foot tall and the staff was very very nice. The only issue you may run into is that the person sitting next to you, may not be able to speak the same language as you.
