Crew was very kind and apologetic for delay.
Delayed 2 hours and forced to deboard when I can drive in 3 hours.

Full plane, long wait to use lavatory. Crew was good, but should have upped their game under the circumstances, especially with regards to keeping the lavatory clean. The noodles for breakfast turned out to be porridge, and went straight to the waste basket.
Very friendly cabin crew made this trip pleasant and entertaining.
Despite plenty of empty seats, the ground personnel would not consider changing our seat assignment at the gate to allow us to sit together.
I found the reason for being late to be questionable They said heavy snow but as i flew in i looked out the window and saw all roads nicely cleared That does not happen in 3 hours
They did not get my liggage to the connecting flight And here i am in Ukraine with no winter clothes at 7 below 3 days later
Flight was cancelled on our way back home from Gudalajara, was speaking to a representative for almost 2 hours to get me on the next flight the flight representative forgot to put me on hold and told everyone how rude i was, i was not rude i was just trying to get home. The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!
As I said, the crew and facility were pretty good. But the bad things really ruined the trip and pissed me off.
First of all, I tried to purchase the on-plane WiFi. That didn't happen, as I was told there was an error in purchasing and I didn't end up getting any connection. Yet when I got off the plane, I realized that I was nevertheless charged for $12. This was definitely annoying, and they still haven't gotten back to me. Secondly, which is very frustrating and infuriating, was the fact that not only was my checked luggage delayed, they did not call me or reply to my emails with any useful information on my luggage's situation. To this date, I have no idea where it is, if it's lost or damaged, or when can they deliver it to me. I had all my clothes, my DSLR camera and gifts in my luggage, and I had to buy a bunch of stuff in the next few days because I didn't have those things. It has been more than a week, and they still haven't gotten back to me on anything. For this reason alone, I think they totally deserve a poor overall rating, especially because I chose them in the first place because I trusted their good ratings.

To be honest, the plane, crew, airport... everything was overall pretty nice.
My checked luggage got delayed for this first trip, and I had to wait three hours at the airport security.
Plane was not comfortable and looked dingy. Food was awful. Service was subpar.
Food was awful. There was no other choice than Paneer the indian food.

1) when my flight was delayed significantly due to weather, I was not notified until I got to the airport 2) when the same flight was cancelled, I was on hold with JAL for over an hour before I could speak with customer service\ 3) customer service could not rebook me for another flight until 3 whole days later 4) I had to look on JAL's website and inform their customer service about flight options that were somewhat sooner 5) no compensation was offered for 2 days of delays and flying out of another city (I paid for my own transport to this other city in order to make my final destination on time)
Food was excellent and service came frequently. In-flight entertainment was amazing.
Everything was great except for how warm it was. It may be seasonal?
There weren’t any personal vents on the 777 going to or coming back from Japan. Otherwise it was a perfectly fine flight. I just don’t do well when it’s too warm as it make me feel sick.
Meal was served frozen.
