Cons: "Runaround by gate agent: The gate agent was located about 15 yards from the actual gate. I waited there 20 minutes before anyone showed up, to get a seat assignment. When she showed up, she said she would not give seat assignments for another 15 minutes, so come back then. When I came back she said she wasn't giving seat assignments; go see the person checking in boarding passengers at the gate. That agent said she couldn't give me a seat, but watch the monitor for my name for seat assignments, then come back. Why couldn't the first gate agent say that instead of giving me the runaround and wasting my time???"
Cons: "When I was transferred to Delta's website to book, the date was reset to 6 months in the future. It happened to be the same Monday the 26th so that's why I didn't notice. Delta refused to refund my money. This was a terrible experience and I plan not to use Kayak or Delta again!"

But my connecting flight in Atlanta was canceled, and its "dedicated" phone line to re-book the flight was completely unresponsive. The employees in Atlanta were, as they usually are, surly, and myself and fellow passengers had to wait on line for hours in the wee hours of the morning to be re-booked. Oh, and Delta lost my suitcase in Las Vegas, with all my clothes and a business file, and it has not been located."

After a considerable time, we were told all luggage was delivered to the baggage concourse."

So one woman was left to handle the massive line all by herself. I stood in line over two hours. I believe if someone is willing to help out that would have been the best solution."

Cons: "Delay notification message did suggest calling the airlines to make change nor stating that I'll miss my connection in Frankfurt. I assumed I'll be missing it so I called Lufthansa to make changes. Their attempts to help took too much time, they did not look tat the trip from origination to provide best alternatives until I arrived to airport in Las Vegas to find out that again they had to change the booking and issue a new ticket. This took more than two hours. Had I not was preemptive I would have been stuck in Frankfort for an extra day."

The other 3 flights were great, flight attendants were great and no concerns or complaints."

Cons: "My partner had a change of plans and cancelled her flight so Frontier could resell her seat. In the process the agent also erroneously cancelled my flight. I did not discover this until I arrived at the airport two hours from home. After an extremely frustrating 2+ hours on the phone with customer service I finally got to Edwin Watkins in the corporate office who made it right by paying for a flight on an alternate carrier. So a big shout-out to Mr. Watkins, but very poor grades for customer service prior to that who offered my non-solutions such as flying out the next day, or a full refund which would have then required me to pay astronomical last-minute airfares on a different carrier. Also frustrating was being told repeatedly that the agent would be back on the line in five minutes and then hearing nothing for 20 minutes or more. Like some other reviewers, I also was not aware of the fee for carry on baggage. I don't object to this approach to pricing, but I think it needs to be very explicit up front. Spirit Airlines uses a similar pricing model but they do a much better job making it all clear to the customer up front. Finally, I gather there are some seats that recline while most do not. I was right behind one of the reclining seats and felt pretty crowed. Presumably this would be less of an issue in rows with non-reclining seats in front."
Cons: "I understand that a lot of flights are charging for snacks and drinks these days and calling it a la carte (to make it sound fancy enough to justify the expense), but it is ridiculous to be expected to pay $3 for a bag of pretzels or a soda on a flight. Hiding that cost in the price of the ticket gives a MUCH better impression than being on the flight and waiting for the long-standing cherished ritual of accepting your meager snack, only to find that you have to pay $6 for it. Between this and the overall discomfort of the seats (they didn't recline, so I couldn't nap), the lack of in-flight magazine (if I can't nap, can't I at least pass the time with a crossword?), the carry-on fee, and the fact that the flight crew reminded us four or five times that they were also the clean-up crew so we should help them out by not littering, it was the most uncomfortable of any flight I have ever taken."

Then you take pillows and blankets out so you can't get comfortable. I would much rather pay an all enclusive price and not have to pay extra for everything."
Cons: "Paid for a seat but unfortunately only had about 3/4 of the seat available because of the size of the person next to me. Asked the attendant to let me sit in one of the Exit Row seats that were ALL available as no on wanted to pay the $50 upgrade charge. I made this request AFTER the seatbelt light was off to not be disruptive. The attendant finally came by and offer a free drink for my inconvenience which I obviously refused as that would not help the fact that I was having to either sit sideways or lean all the way forward for a 3.5 hour flight. I explained I was not looking for a free upgrade, just to be able to get what I paid for. I do not blame there person that was sitting next to me, but the crew for not making arrangements when the customer boarded the plane. Anyone could clearly see there would be an issue with this person in a full row. Instead they ignored it and expect someone else to pay for an upgrade to solve the problem. That was my first Frontier flight and will be my last."

ZERO courtesy, compassion, or help from the crew. They gave me a blank stare as I balled like a baby (Trying to get home to my infant son) ... Proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do and that for $200 I could fly home the following night!! 200 dollars for a flight I already paid for!!... They even charge for WATER for crying out loud ... I could go on... pitaful."
