Cons: This is the worst airline. Extremely chaotic boarding, it seemed like I was in a third-world country. Nothing about this airline is good. They lure you in with cheap airfare though when you begin to add costs for everything they charge separately it's cheaper to fly AA or United or Southwest. The charge for WATER on the plane. The list of everything I don't like is too long for me to waste my time on this most substandard of the substandard airlines.

Cons: The flight ended up canceling. There was no explanation given and no accommodations to reschedule. It was a Friday and the earliest they could fly us out was Sunday, we were scheduled to fly back Monday. There wasn’t even an apology or attempt to get us on another flight. We walked ourselves over to the frontier counter where they were willing to help us figure something out. That flight actually ended up delayed and they gave us vouchers for the delay so we would fly with them again in the future. The airlines are a service industry and spirit gets a 0 in my eyes.

Cons: When checking in our over-priced bags, the fellow at the desk mis-labeled one for transfer to another flight and when asked to correct it, said no. We eventually had to have attendants at the gate correct it.

Cons: I thought I was saving money booking thru kayak, I did not know I would have to pay for my bags too. I thought carry on some were included in the quoted price

Pros: The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I fully support the baggage rules to deter those who won't pay to check a bag and abuse the free carry-on rules for most other airlines !!! We will consider Spirit for future travel.

Cons: They cancelled our flight without telling us and then sent us a voucher email at 6 am when we were already through security for our 7:30 boarding. They were rude, mean and not helpful. we had to switch airline carriers to get to Vegas and didnt get there till midnight thanks to their screw up.

Cons: Hmmmm . Where do I begin ? Spirit was chosen because of the time of the flight not because the base ticket was significantly cheaper because it wasn't . I had sticker shock that carryon was more expensive than check in . Why ? What service are you providing here to charge $59 for ? Between my daughter and I spent an extra $222.00 for a filthy , uncomfortable plane than smelled than worse than a greyhound bus .

Pros: Unfortunately there was two medical incidents that occurred on the one before we Boarded a young boy had a seizure and no one knew how to handle the situation by the bless of God I was in the medical field and he sat with me. Then a young lady was walking up to the bathroom and passed out it.

Cons: which I step in to ensure the person was fine. I don’t understand why they don’t hire people in the medical field. Which I apply for part time and was never accepted. It’s a shame. But thank god the two people were ok.

Employees were super rude, manager said "tough luck" and we were supposed to guess that we were boarding at the gate that said blue jet. You guys suck and i hope you know you won't be around for a while

Pros: When getting our tickets at the airline, we had a lady help us who was super friendly and made it a piece of cake! We haven't flown in such a long time. It was relieving. Security and bag check was a lot easier and smoother than I thought it would be. Also helped that we were early. Staff was very friendly.

Cons: Having to pay for soda, snacks. I understand Spirit tries to keep the prices down in airfare so therefore charging for these. But soda / coffee / little snacks should be included. Overall it was a great flight!
