At a 1:45 am arrival most passengers had to spend the remaining night at the airport. The captain had the audacity to wish us a pleasant "evening" in Portland. No compensation was offered other than a $12 food voucher given at 8 PM when most passengers had eaten and which could not be used in a coffee and snack shop. The $12 did not cover a full meal at a restaurant that accepted the voucher."

Alaska also has free streaming tv shows if you have a tablet or cell phone and download their app. The pilots communicate wit you through out the trip and get you to your destination early if not on time quite often."
It was on at the terminal we were at in Las vegas, we were all the way at the end of one of them, I think it was c.... Dates 41 42 and 43.... They were in a row from left to right and we were scheduled for 42.... Right before that 41 was loading and yet the line started on the right Chris crossed 43 42 over to 41 causing foot traffic confusion, and yet the left side in front of gate 41 was relatively empty...... Eventually some Delta step did come out and assist but for about 40 minutes it was quite confusing and crowded

That agent said she couldn't give me a seat, but watch the monitor for my name for seat assignments, then come back. Why couldn't the first gate agent say that instead of giving me the runaround and wasting my time???"

While Delta re-booked me on United, my flight arrived 3 hours later than scheduled (so transportation plans had to change), my bag did not successfully move from the Delta flight to the United flight (and was thus delayed in getting to GRU) AND once the bag was received, 4 shirts had been stolen. While a delay/theft claim has been filed with United, this could all have been avoided if the Delta flights had been on time."

This took more than two hours. Had I not was preemptive I would have been stuck in Frankfort for an extra day."

Consequently, I had to spend the night in San Fran which was not compensated by the airline, and I was forced to miss a business rendezvous I had arranged."

Cons: "The Denver airport was chaotic and the trains were totally messed up!!"
Pros: "The flight was rerouted due to the blizzard, but the staff made it very pleasant and easy to make it to my destination on time."
Pros: "While we were stuck at the airport they gave us soda and snacks"
Cons: "After all that they couldn't even give us tv to watch complimentary. I would say that the 8 times I've flown united the flights been delayed at least 5."
Cons: "The first leg of my flight, the Madison to Chicago portion, the flight attendant was rude and most unhelpful. We were flying a smaller play and my carry on would not fit in the small overhead compartments. When I informed him of this, and let him know I was getting off the plane to have my bag stowed he was very rude. When I returned back to my seat he made a snide comment to me ask well. The other 3 flights were great, flight attendants were great and no concerns or complaints."
Pros: "One of the flight attendants was very customer-friendly. I had asked for a meal and they had a long, in drink service so it took awhile for her to come back to me. She didn't forget and she gave it to me at a discount so I was very happy about that as well."
Cons: "Did not get a receipt/mail of booking, had to call to make sure the flight was actually booked."
Pros: "Got there on time, grabbed a seat from the counter, walked on the plane, sat down and 44 mins later I was in LA. Quick and easy"
Cons: "Flight was delayed for 2.5 hours, so I cancel my flight with United and went with another airline that was ontime."

Cons: "United it terrible at letting you know flights are delayed. Got to the airport and found out my flight wasn't going to take off till 2:45 which was 4 hours later then my scheduled flight. I asked the ticketing associate why it was delayed and she said that it was due to crew issues. At least let me know that the flight is delayed so I didn't have to get to the airport 5 hours before my flight took off."
Pros: "I was feeling sick and the attendant really went out f their way to make me feel at ease"
Cons: "I wish there was better edible snacks"
Cons: "My mother Vickie is hearing impaired. When her fist flight from Las Vegas to San Francisco changed terminals, she missed her flight. Not exactly something she would have been able to personally hear. Being that it was her 2nd time flying, ever, she didn't know to look for it until it was too late. Now her connecting flight from San Francisco to Anchorage has been delays to just shy of an hour. I wake up at 4am and thus is a HUGE burden on me as I'm a Dept Director at a Hospital and I need to be on my game at all times while at work."
Pros: "The crew did the best they could under the circumstances"
Cons: "That it took 13 hours for a 'non-stop' to get from LV to Newark"
Pros: "Cleanliness of plane"
Cons: "The landing and departing gates were too far apart to make a connecting flight."
