No compensation was offered other than a $12 food voucher given at 8 PM when most passengers had eaten and which could not be used in a coffee and snack shop. The $12 did not cover a full meal at a restaurant that accepted the voucher."

The employees in Atlanta were, as they usually are, surly, and myself and fellow passengers had to wait on line for hours in the wee hours of the morning to be re-booked. Waited in line to be told I wouldn't get on a flight til the following day, they couldn't help with accommodation and I wouldn't receive my luggage until the following day. In short, AA left me stranded in a strange city at midnight with no accommodation and no luggage. It was 18 degrees and I was in t-shirt and shorts. What a memory."

They would not work with me at all and cx my whole booking. When I tried to talk to them on the phone the man could not speak very good English and was not making any since at all. I let him talk to the British Airlines counter manager and the manager tried to explain that he would have to rebook us that he could not. Air.com was horrible and never helped us out at all. They should not be in business . I paid them of course months ago and I was just out the 1400.00 dollars. British Airlines was amazed that they did nothing to help us out."

( I specifically flew into lax for the game that I spent $100 on tickets for) well I arrived to LAS at 5am by 515am I received my first notification that my flight wouldn't be leaving until 1030am.... I was a little annoyed but hey I'm still going to make it to my game, ( I just needed to let my ride know who's lives 3 hours away from LA that my flight was going to be 3 hours late not to rush) well about an hour later I got another notification that my flight was now being pushed back to 230pm.... at this point I have no choice but to look for another flight.... I found another flight on Southwest leaving Las at 1210pm arriving in lax at 120pm... perfect I can still make my game... That flight was boarding on time... ran into some hiccups on the runway... arrive to lax at 130pm... not a problem can still make my game... sat on the runway at lax until 335.... needless to say I missed the game... while in the air I received another text that my American airline flights was now pushed back to 530pm... mind you my day started at 5am on Las Vegas to catch a flight out at 720am.... Now had I not found that other flight I would have been sitting around Vegas airport for over 12 hours.... I was not a happy flier today, specially because the actual flight is normally no more than 45 minutes start to finish... I could have rented a car and drove... would have been cheaper and I would have made it to my game ...."

The wheel chair attendant who initially took me to my gate in Las Vegas was very friendly, and helpful, and she did everything she could possibly have done, short of leaving another passenger to come take care of me, which wouldn't have been right. I was there when she called her supervisor and advised him/her of my location and of my needs and she received confirmation. Was not her fault."
Cons: "I checked in with American and a wheel chair attendant assisted me to my gate. My wheel chair needed charged and I was two hours early, so the attendant sat me at the charging station because there were no outlets in the gate area. She contacted her supervisor to advise of my location and that I would need assistance. Nobody came for me. I gathered my things the best I could and struggled to get to the gate to get attitude from the gate agent, telling me the wheel chair attendant was there looking for me. What ever happen to using a paging system when you know the passenger who is disabled checked in two hours earlier? Had someone paged, maybe I could have flagged their attention, or maybe they could have called the company in charge of handling their wheel chair attendance and would have known where I could be located. Either way, the attitude is uncalled for, especially when I apologized and stated that the wheel chair attendant was expected to help me."

Cons: "We were boarded and waiting on the stuffy hot plane with no air. The seats were so small and tight and then we had to get off the plane and take all of our belongings and waited another 3 hours to get back on the plane after they had told us something was wrong with the plane. It was a horrible experience. And we received nothing for the inconvenience when I had to cancel my work day so I had no compensation and lost clients because of cancelling last minute on them."
Cons: "Allegiant Crew were very snotty and sassy... bossy even, like they were all having a bad day. The flight itself felt like we were falling out of the sky the entire time. Up and down up and down. Seat back tray tables were extremely small."

Cons: "No complementary drinks, no TV to watch. Which is fine since those aren't necessary, but it's good to know if that's something you're willing to pay extra for."

Cons: "I flew to my "surprised" 50th bday party with family and to meet more family. The aircraft problems overheated engine, caused us to get out of the plane, move all luggages and wait foe a new plane that also had to be cooled off before reboarding. We were tired and hungry. Missed my bday with family. Very very disappointed."
Pros: "Nothing. We were scheduled to fly back to Vegas at 7:07 then delayed to 8:30 then 10 pm then 11:25 pm now 1:15 am. This is unbelievable, unacceptable and ridiculous! And I have to work the next day. This is unacceptable! I just received another update that now we're leaving at 1:45 am . Please do not, again do not use Allegheny EVER again!!"

Pros: "It's a cheap direct flight. Seats don't recline, so if you're tall, you won't have anyone leaning into your knees."
Cons: "The seats are really packed in, and people kept slamming into my elbow as they walked down the aisle. De-planing was a bit chaotic, I don't think many of these people fly regularly, and were having some serious heebie-jeebies at their bags being in an overhead compartment not immediately above their head. So before anyone was mobile or doors were open, there were large pieces of luggage being passed around through really crowded spaces. Chill, people. The baggage carousel at the new terminal was poorly designed, shutting down when people went to pick up their bags. It took awhile to get our bags, and we were scolded by the staff for tripping some sensor. I don't know what universe y'all live in, but in this one, you have to move close to the carousel to lift your bag. So the sensor tripped like three times and people were unhappy."

Pros: "When you add all the separate costs to the initial ticket price your better off flying a "more expensive " airline. Additional costs are for seat selection, unless you want to take a chance of getting stuck in a middle seat, carry on and checked bags and paying for bottled water and soda. Also the seats don't recline so carry ibuprofen if you fly on Alegient."

Cons: "don't mind paying for snacks, that's totally fine. In fact, the prices weren't extravagant, so that was totally acceptable. I don't REALLY even mind paying the baggage fee for a carry on as long as the rules are enforced, but there were people who were BLATANTLY over the size limit who hadn't paid, which seems unfair when I paid $36. The reason I know they didn't pay??? They were MY traveling companions. I can only imagine if they did it, then many other people did it as well. So the money is no big deal when the flight is so inexpensive, but the baggage policy needs to be kept fair. I could barely fit the bag I paid for to be in the overhead storage, b/c backpacks, jackets, and purses were crowding the bin."
