Pros: Attendances were friendly

Cons: All the extra fees, 40lb checked bags, cancellation fees. Your company didn't make it right by cancelling my flight home from Las Vegas. Your attendances over the phone were not helpful telling me I needed to go to the airport to get everything straightened out instead of taking care of us over the phone. Never again will I fly Spirit Airlines and I definitely will tell my colleagues of such a horrible experience.

Pros: Price point was very nice. Airplanes were new. Flight crew was nice, efficient, and enthusiastic.

Cons: Seats are very tight and very thin. As a 6'4" person, I expect to be cramped in planes; however, I have never been able to feel the knees of the person behind me through the seat on other airlines. Trash in seat back pockets.

Pros: This is a no nonsense airline I like to call it the bus in the sky. Ifly frequently from Las Vegas to Portland Oregon and I have never had a problem they are always on time sometimes they are even early. The flight crew is friendly and helpful they are always in a good mood.

Cons: Add in seat screen for entertainment

Pros: Seat was uncomfortable, but luckily we had an exit row so we had extra leg room. An entertainment station would be appreciated. There was a 3 hour delay due to technical difficulties, which was frustrating, but nothing could be done about it.

Cons: Crew could have been slightly friendlier and more willing to help.

Pros: crew amazing, since an added luggage is a carry on, we were given a pass on paying checked in luggage. thank you very much Alaska Airlines

Cons: The boarding process could've been better (no excess of gate changes, overbooking the flight, and kicking people out of their seats). Additionally, the food on board could've been better. My chicken was not chicken and lastly the airline's hard product could've been better, no IFE is a big no-no.

Cons: My father bought me this plane ticket to go visit my family. Even though he paid for the flight, I was then responsible for paying for my seat and bags for both round trip flights. This airline is best described in one word: ghetto. My flight home was cancelled due to high winds in Las Vegas (which I understand is not the airlines fault). However, the airline did absolutely nothing to accommodate their customers in finding a new way home. When I called customer service to try to find a new flight, the man assisting me was extremely rude and unhelpful and when I asked to speak with his supervisor he hung up on me! Thankfully, Alaska Airlines took care of me and found me a flight to Los Angeles, where I then had to rent a car and drive home to Las Vegas, arriving at 5 in the morning, a 16+ hour day of traveling (which then led to me getting sick and missing 2 days of work). To top it off, spirit airlines then emailed me "we are so sorry, here's a $50 voucher". First of all, what in the hell is $50 going to do???? Second, how about you refund my money for my checked bag and seat on the plane and refund my father his money for the flight that never occurred? Or how about refunding me the $500 i paid in a new flight to LAX and rental car so that I could get home? I am extremely disappointed in spirit airlines and will NEVER use them ever again. And I will make sure to let everyone I know follow the same advice too.

Pros: Yes, I understand it's my responsibility to read the fine print, but didn't think any airline charged for carry ons. Now I'm out $110 dollars. If I applied that money to traveling on a different airline, I would have saved money and had a more enjoyable flight. The entire flight with Spirit airlines was a sales pitch. I'm pretty turned off by the whole experience. Did manage to have a whole row to myself and the flight was punctual which made up for it somewhat.

Pros: Ticket agent was very helpful when I misplaced my boarding pass.

Cons: Arrived safely which I’m grateful for but we arrived later then originally scheduled (45 minutes).

Cons: there was not enough snacks on the plane. They were out of many food item. One flight attendant seemed really angry about it. Our flight was late 9 hours. Crew was overwhelmed with everything. Needed someone to deal with us. Hard to get any useful information to passengers.

Cons: Arrived 40 minutes before take off. Women at desk wouldn’t give me my check in ticket or give me options for another flight. She instead told me it would be $200 to get on the next flight. I’ve never been treated so poor. She couldn’t be bothered with questions or concerns. I’m now out of my flight and all the money I spent on vacation. There is no customer service number to call with actual humans to talk to. No one works at the desk during the middle of the day to take concerns or phone calls??? Over all extremely disgusted and disappointed. I want my money for my flight returned.

Pros: I liked that my flight was on time, boarding was organized and swift, the staff were friendly. I had a very short flight and most of the basics in customer service were met.

Cons: Even though my flight was short, my pilot for the departing flight was a bit out of control for both departure and landing. There was no wind when I got to my destination which made me wonder why the pilot was so out of control with landing. I ended up vomiting on the plan before descending. (for my return flight I took Dramamine and the pilot made me feel safe so no troubles upon return) Also, I did not appreciate that if I needed water, I would have to purchase it. There are not many places in the USA where I HAVE to buy water if I need it.

Pros: Premium class has great legroom on 737-800. Crew was friendly. Seats were comfortable.

Cons: The restrooms on the 737-800 are tiny and cramped. The landing in Boston was quite a jolt.

Pros: My original flight and rebooked flight were both canceled, then this flight was delayed. Even with the extra time, we still sat on the runway because paperwork wasn't in order. It was just a mess.

Cons: I had to rebook my own flight and considering the plane was already delayed, it should have departed as soon as we left the gate.

Cons: The guy on the phone cancelled my entire trip when I called to make new arrangements because one of my layovers had gotten cancelled. I went to check in and was told I only had a plane ticket now for a different state. The crew working within spirit at the pdx airport was great but unfortunately I had way to many complications to ever be flying with spirit ever again. Not impressed:/
