I paid extra for our seats on the way coming back from Stockholm to New York the seats were changed and it was totally waved. This happened to three more passengers.

Airline left me stranded in the U.S. gave me an unrequested refund of 40% of booking and canceled my trip back! When I asked why, the said “we don’t have to tell you why”. “But you can rebook”. Never again! Paid 2x and rebooked on Austrian. What a joke!

They cancelled our flight home less than 24 hours before it was supposed to leave. It partially ruined our last day because I was on the phone trying to get 5 people home and the stress that it causes. We still arrived at the airport with no definite flight plans. The actual flight was good but my kids really misses the kids meals I had ordered for them which obviously didn’t make it to the new flight.

Good and drinks could be better. My checked baggage was damaged

Food was underwhelming. One free coke, charged $$ for one wine. Last year one wine was included. And prices were much lower.

flight attendant spilled juice on me entertainment was limited i wanted to upgrade but $$$ was exorbitant i purchased $69 seat, only to find out day of flight/purchase never went through & I was "assigned" a terrible seat! ( btw another passenger complained of the same thing happening to her)
