Cons: "Everything else was wrong with this flight. It was delayed for almost three hours with no explanation even though passengers were asking about the reasons. All our questions were simply ignored. They gave us coupons for food for ten dollars. Nothing can be bought with that money. And they didn’t have coupons for everyone so had to wait a lot until they brought all the coupons. Boarding was a nightmare. Crew couldn’t care less. A woman refused to seat far from her “kids” (about 9 and 14) and flight attendants didn’t do anything ti stop the woman from blocking the aisle. We were already almost three hours late. Overall the worst experience."

Pros: "COPA offers excellent service! Their newer aircrafts have individualized monitors on each head rest for added control of what one wishes to view. Clean and spacious aircraft. Nice crew and bountiful beverage/ meal service. Fair luggage allowance and flight options will keep us coming! Keep it up!"
Cons: "Panamanian TSA has a second checkpoint at each gate. This means you get the general check we are all used to, but at the gate there's a second patdown and x-ray where liquids purchased inside the terminal are discarded or you have to exit the gate area to drink it! People had to give up their sealed, duty free bags and we had to give up our cans of soda we had just purchased. Fuller disclosure- in Spanish and English- should be given to patrons at stores and BEFORE entering the gate to avoid displeasure. We know drug traffickers are slick, but innocent people don't appreciate the inconvenience. My son's blunt tip, plastic, safety scissors were also taken at this airport because of the thin "blade" affixed to the plastic, but it left the USA in his school pencil case without any issues on our way there."

Pros: "Despite getting no updates, our flight itinerary was changed from a 3.30pm flight to a 9.20pm flight. Unfortunately this was after landing from Milan at 1.30 with two small children so we had already had a very long day. We absolutely never would have booked this flight itinerary had we known of the change."
Cons: "I am beyond stunned that our flight itinerary was changed from 3.30pm to 9.20pm with no notification. This is absolutely unreasonable and inexcusable made even worse that we had already had a very long journey from Milan to JFK with two small children. Evidently the issue was that we booked via a 3rd party off the kayak site and not directly with British airways. When American airways changed the flight from 3.30 to 3.25, the 3rd party company failed to file for our updated itinerary so British air/American air bumped us to the next flight at 9.20pm. We have long been loyal to kayak feeling it provides the best breadth of options and good pricing. Now we may use kayak to see all the options but I can’t booking directly with kayak anymore after this complete disaster. We ended up renting a car and driving from jfk to Boston, getting home 23 hours after our journey had started, stressed, beyond exhausted and now have to return the rental car. Thanks kayak."
Cons: "We flew from Rome to JFK and arrived at 12:40 pm only to find out that our 3:30 pm flight had been cancelled a long time ago. No one had notified us of our new booking on a 9:10 flight to Boston. No one at American or British Airways could provide us with an earlier departure or compensate us to take alternative transportation. Our 9:10 flight was then delayed until 10:50 pm. We arrived in Boston at 12:02 am, 11 1/2 hours after our arrival at JFK from Rome. This was not a very friendly welcome home. We never would have booked such an extended delay as we only live 4 hours from New York City."

Cons: "I specifically never choose American Airlines because whenever I do there are problems. I chose Iberia, not American Airlines and I got switched to it. Sat at the gate for 2 hours after my flight was ALREADY delayed because they didn't load our luggage under the plane correctly and it wasn't safe to fly. I will be calling American Airlines to file a complaint."

Cons: "A United supervisor at the Leon terminal informed me that my 'smart' luggage was not allowed. I have traveled with it all over the world for the past 2 years, including to Leon in a United flight 2 days prior. I have also disabled the battery with a clearly marked OFF switch inside and never actually use it. However the memo I was shown was unambiguous and logic was not an option. So I asked for a screwdriver to remove the battery, The supervisor said no and proceed to treat me as a criminal. After one of the staff lent me tools and I removed the battery the supervisor asked for my name but off we went to board our flight. Before boarding however, my wife and I were called in for a 'random' security inspection. The experience was very unpleasant. It was discrimination and retaliation by someone abusing their authority. Very dissapointed on the United staff and their customer service."
Pros: "The plane was nice and in good shape. They had beverage service for a very quick flight which is nice. Can't rate food or entertainment because only hour or so flight."
Cons: "It was freezing in the plane and I'm never cold. When I asked for a blanket they had none!!! They had just announced whatever they can do to make your flight more comfortable ask them. Not true, just words. Disappointed after the great treatment after flying ANA."

Pros: "I didnt know I could only bring one item on board that had to be checked UNDERNEATH the seat in front of me. I didnt have the "right" ticket for over head storage. I had to buy a box for $15 to put my purse in and THEN pay $35 to check my PURSE in! I couldnt check in early. I had to go to the gate to get a seat assignment and then even though my assigned seat was in the 10th row, I then had to line up in groups like Southwest and I guess my punishment for sitting in economy was to wait to board last. I felt like third class boarder on the Titanic. United has become less than a Greyhound bus. They will NEVER be my first choice again! It was HORRIFIC I will go to ANY other airlines before them. P.S. the service at the Houston counter were rude and awful except for Ms. Edwards"

Cons: "I'm disappointed in their in-flight entertainment system. Download the app and check out all of the amazing options they have, then try to use it & good luck. It took me 5 hours to watch 20 min of the movie I chose. It just kept cutting out, then would say entertainment service isn't offered, etc. Why are airlines going away from personal TVs & instead having you bring your own device which may or may not work with the service up there? There was also NO room. I'm not a big person, but I didn't even have space to put my bad under the seat in front of me & sit comfortably. I flew back on JetBlue with the same amount of stuff and had ample room. It was interesting to see the difference."

Cons: "4 delays in 1 day on 2 flights. 2 gate changes with no relay of info and to top it all off my wife and i were reassigned to separate seats at the last minute by the airline and very rudely told to deal with it and to calm down when I simply asked why. We were appalled and embarrassed in front of many others in the gate boarding area. The gate agent in Houston has no place in customer service and was on some kind of a power trip. This surprised me with recent events. We are done with United now for many reasons"
