My flight was delayed after we were already on the plane. We weren’t offered any complimentary snacks or beverages, most likely because it was a “short 2 1/2 hour flight.” Flight took longer than originally stated.

Webjet.com and me are waiting to get my flight changed by British Airways. I tried to change my flight because of paperwork issues. I was not given any paper to report the issue. I took pictures of myself at the British Airways counter. I called customer service. They told me my contract was with webjet.com. Webjet.com told me British Airways initially reported that it was a no show. (I was at the counter for about 2 hours, and they knew I had a contract with webjet.com). I hope that my contract with webjet.com does not become frustrated because of British Airways interference. I was not even allowed to change my flight to come back at the end of September. It is very likely that British Airways has some part of the money paid to webjet.com. I am still waiting for British Airways to cooperate. I don't understand why webjet.com had to tell me British Airways initially reported my long wait and conversations with their agents for 2 hours as a no show. I can prove I was there and that I talked to their agents. I also have the email from webjet.com in which they told me British Airways was reporting it to the webjet.com as a no show (and they knew I had a contract with webjet.com)

Already jet lagged, cranky, and pissed off from 1st leg of trip. 2nd leg was on an aircraft with little entertainment options. Also was forced to check my carry on because flight was packed. I hate checking bags which is why I travel light i.e. 1 carry on and maybe a backpack.

It was short, but delayed. Good security-very thorough although under-staffed

Uncomfortable seats, NO free beverage or snack. Flight attendants were ridiculously busy with running credit cards for passengers who bought food/etc that others could not even get to the toilets. NO entertainment at all. Felt like United but at least no one yelled at me ir hit me.

This was the second flight out (we missed the original connection). By it being the next flight out we lost a night in Accomodation's that was already paid for with no chance of reimbursement.

The long wait at the airport had air conditioning

Webjet.com and me are waiting to get my flight changed by British Airways. I tried to change my flight because of paperwork issues. I was not given any paper to report the issue. I took pictures of myself at the British Airways counter. I called customer service. They told me my contract was with webjet.com. Webjet.com told me British Airways initially reported that it was a no show. (I was at the counter for about 2 hours, and they knew I had a contract with webjet.com). I hope that my contract with webjet.com does not become frustrated because of British Airways interference. I was not even allowed to change my flight to come back at the end of September. It is very likely that British Airways has some part of the money paid to webjet.com. I am still waiting for British Airways to cooperate. I don't understand why webjet.com had to tell me British Airways initially reported my long wait and conversations with their agents for 2 hours as a no show. I can prove I was there and that I talked to their agents. I also have the email from webjet.com in which they told me British Airways was reporting it to the webjet.com as a no show (and they knew I had a contract with webjet.com)

Boarding was easy.

My flight was delayed after we were already on the plane. We weren’t offered any complimentary snacks or beverages, most likely because it was a “short 2 1/2 hour flight.” Flight took longer than originally stated.

They made me check my bag at the gate even though it met the size requirements. As a result, I missed my connecting flight to Germany and had to purchase an additional flight the next day as well as purchase a hotel room to sleep in that night.
