Very uncomfortable and cold. Wasn’t space didn’t serve anything no WiFi or tv like other flight

First class seat was broken was reclined and super uncomfortable the whole flight the plane was super outdated and old.

In a world now where everything is an additional fee, Hawaiian Airlines was not like that. They included a full meal on each flight. They also passed out 2 different snacks and unlimited drinks. Also free rum punch for those 21 and older! It was also nice to have the flight attendant give a brief history on Hawaii and what we could see out the window. Flight attendants were very nice!
As always, more leg room, baggage included, and free blanket usage (instead of $5) would be great.

no wifi, and not communicated in advance. made it seem like we'd selected our economy seats in advance when really, we'd only "requested" those seats, and didn't sit together. this was misleading at time of booking and very frustrating. no wifi + no free entertainment = mildy frustration.

Not that much, your airline is going to a place that is limited in air travel competition.
The food is terrible, the buying options for food is dreadful. The seats have no USB to charge a device (the most important feature to me. And every airline is required to have its customers fill out that form to come into Hawaii - BUY A PACK OF PENS!!!!! It's not my responsibility to have a pen - totally annoyed about this one small amenity not being offered. Also I'm sick of hearing your plug for a credit card.
The crew in the boarding area were gracious, kind, and as informative as they could be in this situation.
1) They neglected to check and fix their navigation system. So, we all had to wait 3+ hours for them to do that on our time. 2) They gave us a voucher but only for food. Due to the long wait time, many of us wanted to purchase a magazine or newspaper to read, but that wasn't allowed. 3) My seat was stuck in the upright position. So I was forced to sit that way for the six-hour flight. 4) Passengers were forced to watch and listen to commercials - ridiculous when we're paying them to fly me not pester me with selling. *Conclusion: I'll never fly Hawaiian Airlines again.*
