A List preferred boarding was nice Asked for a mask and cheerfully received Denver bag check-in is tricky. Not near other checking desk. Have to navigate to east security and up to level six for bag checkin. TSA busy and 20 minutes process thru pre lines Denver train to gates quick but one more thing to plan time for and long concourse walk to gate

Rough weather so no snacks or drinks but maybe you could change snacks to popcorn or something new. Rotate options.

Why does southwest often change gates and load late? Multiple flights recently have been waiting on crew to arrive or sometimes even the plane itself. There were a lot of people expressing the same frustrations as us about constantly loading late - but at least arrival times weren't too far off..

Despite paying for an ‘upgraded’ seat in row 1, I had to put my luggage in the middle of the plane. Snacks were bleh and seat was small and uncomfortable and I am not large. Attendants were fine but not super helpful. Plane just seemed outdated.

First time I’ve ever missed a flight and it was an international flight.. Southwest put me on the next flight and it was the best experience possible.

The open seating makes passengers boarding ahead of you think they also have the right to the empty middle seat. Trumper next to me refused to move her laptop bag from my leg area. I did not make a fuss since it was a short flight.

Three delays that got us home hours later than expected.

I paid $50 for early bird checkin and it was a jungle boarding process.
