You would think that after all the problems United has had recently that they would make an effort to be a little more customer service oriented. Every flight attendant was rude and dismissive. The "personal entertainment" on your own device barely worked. Never flying this airline again.

Any comodity you have to pay for on top of already paying for a ticket. No food, no pillows, no blankets, no tv. Rude people at check in. Disappointed with united service.

My wife and I upgraded to Even More Leg Room seats and ended up in the emergency aisle. We had tons of room to stretch out and we were the only ones in the entire row. Free Wifi was also really great!

Our boarding pass said boarding would start at 10:01am so we grabbed some breakfast. Unfortunately, they started boarding 15 minutes early so we had to try and slam down our food to get on to the plane.

It was a great flight. We got there earlier then arrive time. Thank You

The overhead bin did not stay down low enough so that I could place my bag in. It would lower then before I could place my bag raise slightly by a few inches. For someone of my height (5’5”) that was problematic. Fortunately another passenger saw my dilemma and held the bin lower to its full opening capacity. This also momentarily slowed down the boarding process.

Great crew and entertainment. Fairly comfortable seats.

Bit tight betweeen seats. Fortunately had three seats for two of us. Slight mechanical issue caused small delay that pilot tried to make up. Better food and amenities on Delta.

Did not fly out of Ontario, I was being led to fly out of LAX since there was a delay. Ended up flying out of John Wayne Airport.

The crewperson I had was unpleasant. Seemed angry. The leg room is sorely lacking. Quite uncomfortable.

We arrived about 2 hours prior to our scheduled flight take off on a slow morning for the airport. The line for check in was relatively short in length, and we printed our own boarding passes and had pre-paid to check our bag, so we entered the bag drop line. The line moved so slowly that by the time we got to the bag drop employee, we were told that we were too late to make the plane. I would never fly Spirit again.

They don't provide water on board, instead they sell bottled water. Also, whatever money you are saving between Spirit and a rival company will be lost due to the compulsionary checked bag policy. You either have to check it for 50$ or pay for a 55$ Cary on. (The extra 5$ is the price you pay for piece of mind that you will definatly have your bag at the end of the trip.)

Extremely long queue

Love the new in-cabin wi-fi, USB charging station, and menu of in-flight entertainment and resources on the individual flatscreens.

We had delays due to weather across the east coast. Medical emergency stop at Atlantic City. We set on runway for about two hours. We was only offered soda, water and nuts.

Not given anything back in return .. such as a meal or points for bring delayed due to medical emergency.

Meg, our stewardess came out to tell us there would not be any coffee on a 6 AM flight and that we had time to get coffee, if needed. She kept us informed of flight delays, helpful with my bags.

There was nothing that could be done, but due to construction at the airport, waited on tarmac for an hour before we could get to a gate, then they had problems with the ramp and that had to be addressed. But pilot was very good about keeping us informed on delays and he was as frustrated as we were.

I liked getting home

I didn’t like the delays without warning or any benefits at the end.

I understand Mother Nature causes issues tkayakhat no one can control but when I'm receiving updates from the 3rd party travel app that isn't the airline before receiving any information directly from the airline via the gate agent or Deltas travel app and the gate agent not being able to verify the 3rd party travel app something is wrong.

Extremely long queue

The crew was friendly and accommodating. Although the flight was several hours late the crew and staff were very professional and apologetic. The alerts were accurate and timely. Once we were in flight I was extremely please with the ride. Thanks to the captain and crew my granddaughter and I made it home safely.

I missed both meals because I was asleep. I usually get woken up by the flight staff, but this time I just missed them. The first time, I woke up on my own to see everyone finishing their food, so I asked for a meal and I got one; the second time, I woke up to see the trash being collected, but never got a chance to ask for my meal because no member of the flight staff passed me again. I landed in LA at midnight and was starving.

Seats in the plane not good, overall an old plane looks like.

Flew premium economy/delta comfort + and was a great flying experience. A taste of business without the $3000+ ticket price. Food was excellent, a huge step above economy. Extra comfort with wider seats. And priority boarding as well. This was more like premium economy that you get with European airlines. For long haul flights, well worth the cost. Flight was delayed 2 hours, but Delta had their own special route in Shanghai airport to bypass a lot of the crowds either transferring or checking in for fight. I wouldn’t have made my connecting flight if they hadn’t. Plus my checked bags went straight thru to my final destination in china,n instead of having to pick up and re-check them in Shanghai.

2-hour delay causes me to almost miss my connection. I know some passengers had to be transferred to different flights which they almost missed.

Left ontime, arrived 30minutes early.

I was flying from CDG to LGD and my bag was lost, yet the baggage claim system showed it arrived...... Thankful I packed some essentials in my carry on. The bigger issue will be dealing with my medical insurance company to get medications replaced that were in the checked bag.

I did not like the fact that I have been with Delta for years and their response to me about booking my flight and using the payment method was they are working on it and there is nothing they can do. They would not even offer to hold my flight for 24 hours in case they fixed the issue within that time frame. It was very disappointing.

What a lousy airline, cheap doesn’t mean bad service.

no entertainment at every seat - was traveling with my little kids and this was the first time they could not play games or watch movies at the screen on the seat before them - there were couple screens for the whole plane but they showed La La Land two times and other shows my kids were not interested in; also, when we boarded, my kids were not assigned to sit right next to me (4 and 7 years old) so I had to ask 2 people to switch seats so that my kids could be next to me

Excellent crew

I ordered food for my son and they had no record so he had some snacks only during a 10 hour flight. The cabin temperature was freezing, everyone was shivering but despite requests it stayed cold.
