Parents with permanently crying baby on board. Neither parents nor crew did anything to calm the baby. The food was extremely disappointing. Seafood stew was very, very small! Not even appetizer size! Seat had a gap in the back. Had to use a pillow to fill it.

Good, however, I wish that the airlines would have delivered my delayed carry-on bag (checked in at boarding gate) to my hotel. I understand that various countries do have restrictions on such services.

The already delayed flight took an hour to find no-show passenger bags, which seemed long. Flight attendants only provided flight transfer information to a few passengers not all.

It could not have been cancelled and the rebooking pro could have been smooth, not requiring me to be on hold and standing at check-in counter at Air Canada (not AC fault) for a total of 3 hours. Ridiculous.

Never took the flight due to strikes which happens but there was no timely coordination to find me new flights. I had to call Lufthansa and Kayak support only to be given no good options and a 75% refund. Ended up spending way more for alternative flights that I coordinated myself for a trip I had booked 6 months prior.
