The inflight facilities were great. The Q suite was excellent in comfort. The main meal was served late. Also they didn’t have the pre-booked meal option asked for. This could be improved. Generally everything was great.
It was disappointing at AMD airport. Qatar airways staff @AMD airport was working very slow , people @ counter#1 were just taking instead helping economy class passengers to get their boarding pass after first and business class was done getting boarding pass. Also they asked RT PCR report again @ boarding gate - which is really annoying. Qatar airways did not inform regarding changes guide line regarding RT PCR test - they asked me to take RT PCR again @ airport since my one was done before 72 hours as per old guidelines. How much time does it take for Qatar airways to send email regarding updated guidelines?
My flight was delayed over 30 minutes and almost missed next flight the staffing was so short
Communication and updates and leaving on time.
So much fun to be delayed 3.5 hours so you land at 12:12 a.m. CT and then discover there are planes stacked on the tarmac but no open gates. We’ve been sitting in a hot plane for 1:20 and have no estimate when we’ll get a gate. This was poor gate management by American Airlines and DFW. Every AA flight I am on of late has been problematic at best.

The flight attendants are miserable, grabbing things out of your hand when they come to collect stuff before landing. No smiles, no grace. The plane was old, but also poorly cleaned between flights, so the bathrooms on our LAX-Atlanta flight smelled of urine from minute 1--you can imagine how they smelled by the time we landed. There was trash in my seat-back pocket when I took my seat. Supposedly food was available for purchase, but I couldn't activate the food menu, only the drinks menu, on my little seatback screen, so I just waited until I got to Atlanta to eat."

WHen i told the attendant i was being "rained" on he said...i know its happening everywhere..... he said there was nothing he could do but get me paper towels...they never came. I was very annoyed getting off the plane walking back and forth....it was aweful. and my flight before this was no better i am VERY TURNED OFF BY AMERICAN AIRLINES RIGHT NOW."

Cons: "The gate was changed 1hr prior to boarding despite the arriving plane having landed 3hrs prior. So with stroller and infant in toe, I had to run to change terminals/buildings. There was no assistance or prior warning regarding this from the check in staff and I made it all the way to the original terminal and gate before having to turn around. The desk staff at the gate was asked about early boarding for infants and said it would be okay but didn’t give clear instructions on boarding so I sat down and they began boarding each group 20 minutes later and did not give priority to mother’s with infants. The stroller which I brought to the gate was then tagged incorrectly with a white tag instead of a pink tag. I was later told by he crew that it meant it would go directly to baggage claim instead of being brought to the door. According to the crew, all staff know to tag with a pink tag. At every step there was blatant display of inconsideration that made an already difficulty journey, that much more challenging."

Most MIA staff was very rude (this wasn't American's own staff, or TSA, I should note). American stripped my group of our seat assignments (which we had selected 6 months prior) without reason and with minimal apology. No solution offered. Got middle seats but luckily was able to switch on one of the computer kiosks. Flight crew didn't seem to care that other people moved to the for-pay seats further up front (the flight wasn't full)... so why did we lose our seat assignments and get grief with not being able to select anything good? Not impressed."

Pros: "I appreciated the interactive screen on the backseat, which provided me entertainment watching Doctor Who and playing Angry Birds. I also liked that the power outlet to charge my phone was more accessible on the backseat instead of below my seat, which is normally where I find it."
Cons: "I did not appreciate that there was a device mounted below 2 of the 3 backseats in my row. Those devices cut into at least a few inches of valuable room to store a carry-on bag. At worst, I've seen 1 seat have such a device, so it was quite disappointing to see 2 seats with them, including mine."

United is inconveniencing customers without any justification."

Cons: "For a 5 1/2 hour flight, the only snack we got was one cookie. For the 4 1/2 hour flight, the only snack we got was a very small bag of pretzels. There is no TV. They give you free United wifi that you can use if you have a device to watch movies/TV on, but they don't have any outlets to charge the device, so it's kind of pointless. You have to download their app before the flight starts. I was having issues with the app on the previous flight, so I tried to get help with it before we took off. Our flight attendant acknowledged she heard my question and then just walked off and didn't help me."

Cons: "Delayed for over an hour but not notified of the length of the delay in a fashion which would allow me to drive the 2 hours to Chicago in order to make my connection. Repeatedly told the connecting flight was the last one out of the entire airport to my final destination. Heard other travelers discussing that they had been rebooked onto an alternate airline and then found a later flight on Kayak, walked up to podium and asked to be rebooked on that specific flight, which they grudgingly did. Of note, I was repeatedly reassured that they were "sure" I would make my connection without a problem and to stop worrying so much. My flight left out of Madison 2 minutes after my connection departed Chicago. I usually fly a different airline, whose flights out of Madison were all on time that day, and will do so in the future despite more expensive ticket. The actual crew on the flight was lovely and apologetic, did everything they could to help us despite the delays. At least that's something."

Cons: "This was my second flight in a row with Frontier that has been delayed. The first time caused me to almost miss an important appointment I had."
Cons: "Mechanical issues before flight delayed flight. Also don't tell me that there are mechanical issues right before takeoff, it freaked me out."

Cons: "No food or in-flight entertainment on this no frills airline. Seats were adequate, but not especially comfortable."
Cons: "It’s keep delay us 3 times . At first our flight supposed to be 8:50 delayed until 10:47 , and delay 11:10 and go back to 10;15 we had to drive from all the way from flattvile make it there at 10 . The airplane left early right at 10 . We have to reschedule can’t leave until Thursday. I miss my work and I have my kids with me . We have to drive back to flattvile doe another one hour and half. That’s horrible"

Pros: "Was charged for a carry on bag in Madison for a bag that fit into the box marked "personal item size", showed the counter person that charged me that it easily fit, she then told me " a credit would be placed back on to my credit card", this has yet to appear. My next move is to go back to the counter at the airport here in madison and inquire into this matter."

Cons: "The $115 charge for my bag because it was 8lbs overwieght and the check-in personnel were very unhelpful and demanding, on the phone the frontier representative was also unhelpful, just out to rip-off customers as much as they can."

Cons: "i was never even offered water the stewardess served those around me. I couldn't get her attention at all. With no room to move the hard seat was unbearable. Charging for carry-on is ludicrous. I thought the huge layover time tolerable given initial ticket price. That was until I was charged for everything but the air I breathed. Frontier is no longer the premier airline it once was"

Pros: "The crew was friendly, that was the only positive thing. Had to wait on the plane for 45 minutes before deboarding. My luggage was specified "oversized" and set aside without my knowledge. The seats were horribly uncomfortable and would not recline. Baggage fees are ridiculous. I'm avoiding Frontier at all costs in the future."

Pros: "Arrived early but then had to sit on tamark to wait for open gate. When able to check in at terminal desk, was able to go through TS-Pre check when I got my ticket."
Cons: "Seats too close together. Crew didn't come through cabin very often to check on passengers or pick up trash. Don't like use card for few dollars of drinks or food. Terminal desk wasn't open when I went to check in 2 hours early. Had difficult time with kiosk. Paying $40 each for carry on both ways and more for a window seat. Flight was delayed from Denver to Madison."
Cons: "It took me an hour to check in and check my bag in Denver. Crew in Denver was not friendly, helpful or quick. Will never fly Frontier again"

Pros: "One of the stewards cracked a joke about my fiance's Green Bay Packers shirt, but was kind of awkward about it."
Cons: "Frontier is the new bottom-of-the-barrel in air travel. Bag fees for carry-ons? Who does that anymore? Especially when they all go on the same plane anyway. Seats are plastic buckets with no recline (which to be honest is great from the tall guy sitting behind you) covered in a very thin layer of pad and leather. No headrests, which means if you're taller than 6 foot, good luck being comfortable. Tray "tables" are a joke, it can barely accommodate a glass of water. Oh, and water? That's the only thing free with Frontier. Glass of OJ, Sprite, maybe Bloody Mary mix? Nah, you can pay for that. Brought headphones to plug in and watch a movie? Too bad, there's only the gray plastic in front of you. Basically, don't fly Frontier if you can afford not to."

Cons: "We landed on time but had to wait on the tarmac for almost an hour for a crew to be available to park our plane even though we had a gate. It is unfortunate that Frontier cannot staff appropriately to manage incoming flights."
Cons: "FLIGHT TO MADISON DELAYED CAUSING ME NOT TO MAKE MY FLIGHT CONNECTION IN DENVER. No accommodations were made therefore I had a 9 hour lay over."
Cons: "Hidden fees edit everything-difficult for work justification. Poor option for business travel where expenses need to be tracked & justified."
Pros: "We waited 45 minutes to unload. When a child is sing ok ng at the top of her lungs for half an hour would it not be appropriate to ask her t o be quiet. It was an even I n b flight. I understand that babies will cry and some people talk loud but it is rude to sing loud we hen it is a late flight. You cannot count on parents to have common sense."
Cons: "They did ask that you wait for the people that needed to make connections to go girst."
Pros: "Except the animals. I still like the animals. Honestly, the only reason I ever fly frontier now is when it happens to be the cheapest. I do like direct flights, but I don't mind two hops if I can actually sleep on the plane because the seats are comfier on other airlines."
Cons: "Seats don't recline at all (they used to!), and they are much harder than they were before. Which makes it more difficult to sleep on the plane. When we landed, we were about to be ahead of schedule, but either due to some disorganization on the part of your staff, or due to not having enough Frontier gates in DEN, we had to wait at least 30 minutes to actually get off the plane, which made us very late to what was already going to be a long, late drive. You just made it worse and made us more tired. Also, not a huge deal, but what happened to the inflight entertainment? It seems like when you changed out the seats, the entertainment went away too."

Cons: "One of the flight attendants was rude when I was taking my seat. She was rushing me to sit down and put on my seat belt, when I had my own row and no one else was affected by this. Then, as we were landing, the turbulence was bad and we were descending extremely quickly. The plane then pulled up and started ascending back into the air and did a lap around the airport. I wasn't sure we were going to make it back to the ground in one piece. Not the most comfortable experience. Overall poor flight."

Cons: "Absolutely miserable. Seats are uncomfortable, they charge for EVERYTHING (seriously, $40 for a carry on?!) and then after waiting for a 4 hour layover they cancel the flight but give very few details other than "be back here tomorrow." One of the worst flying experiences I've ever had."
