The plane doesn’t have screens but you can use your decide for entertainment. Pack a snack too since they don’t offer any, and the meal is pretty small and you will get hungry
Great! The airline is very spacious and the crow was good.
Boarding groups were called up in Spanish only. Luckily I know some of the language. They gave out grilled cheese sandwiches and a cup of fruit. I was very disappointed. I could only eat the cup of fruit because the only other option was vanilla pudding. The entertainment system and seating were great though.
Everything was smooth and crew was very polite and friendly.
Seemed roomier than most US domestic airlines and they served food.
Crew were all excellent. Wheel chair access for my parents was very good, although it took some time. Plane was ok but entertainment system did not work. NO WIFI on plane so could not get other things done while flying or listen to my Apple Music on my iPhone.
I like that they served a mail, I’m not sure about the in-flight entertainment. I didn’t really check. staff helped me with my luggage. Smooth boarding smooth takeoff smooth flight
So many hours of flying without salty food is a shame and the fact that they want to sell it to you seems like a rip-off
It's the first time I couldn't check in online because they told me I had to call because there was a problem. Despite having called twice, I had to check in at the airport
I was supposed to have a lay flat seat but they switched planes and there was only a chair
The airplane was an old airplane, seats were very uncomfortable and very little space, they changed my seat and that was no option to get back into my seat even when I was traveling a senior who required assistance.
Aeromexico crew made me check my hand luggage in the door of the plane. As soon as I reach Mexico City, I notice that my luggage was opened and 8 games of Nintendo Switch were stolen (700 dllrs value aprox) (the console was there) but the games were stolen. I am very dissapointed of Aeromexico and all the crew. Instead of being a good trip, It was a sad trip
Ok. But we arrived to a remote terminal which meant that a bus had to take us to the terminal building

The plane was so outdated, that it made it uncomfortable. The temperature was hot during the whole flight
Happy attentive flight crew. All in all good flight the night flight works well. Getting into Mexico City early so you don't get caught up it all the immigration and custom ques, additionally, this helps when exiting the airport and crossing the city to your final destination. All works very well and would do it again
All the pessengers should be wait in a line útil the creo and piloto are arrived.
Planes seat could be bigger very uncomfortable for tall humans.

Great airplane The confort was within the high standards. My only little problem was That all the movies ( only 3) was on Spanish, even though I was selecting the audio on English it didn't happen. After that I highly recommend aeromexico
There isn't much space in-between seats and even water needs to be paid for during the flight.
So so, you feel like you have to pay for everything each time

They charged me $120 to check one bag and then charged me another $120 for a carryon. Ridiculous!

The airline doesn’t provide nothing To their customers. No water , no food , no any drinks, no any kind of entertainment for free or at least paid with money cash currency . They sell some basic goods only credit card . Shame for an old international long distance trip. Never again .
$120 for a carry on bag !!!!!! Insane. Back-breaking seats. Do not recline. Food service is a disgrace. They give only water and a salty snack. Everything else has a price.
