The problem with the seat assignments is that there were a lot of rows in the front that were empty but my row at the back was full. Just not so pleasant.

Ever since Southwest starting charging for bags, passengers don't want to pay to check their bags, so the gate agents have to beg people to check their roller bags now because there's "not enough space". This was a terrible business move by Southwest.

Great experience flying Southwest. The crew was really kind and helpful, and very friendly with our toddler.

Crew was excellent - Plane was fine. Media was good, could use more kid shows; Not a fan of the brownie brittle -- snack could be slightly better.

4 hour delay and STILL sitting ON PLANE AT GATE. We were told 25 minutes ago it without be 2 minutes. Let me say that again.. 25 minutes AFTER they said 2 minutes. Well, at least we get free WiFi. Oh, wait.

The flight itself was good. Delays were the problem. Original flight was scheduled for 8:10 pm. Got notifications all day -- actual time is 8:40; then 8:25; then 8:35; then 8:45. Then once I get through security, it's actually 9:35.

Friendly and efficient service. On time departure and earlier arrival.

A bit bumpy, but otherwise uneventful, and made up some delay in flight

As usual was very late. This has become a norm in southwest tobhave every flight very late
