Cons: "The entertainment system had some issues. The headphone that were distributed have a double and single plug to attach to the armrest. Since the armrest had two femal plugs in it then I assumed that the headphone required the two male plugs. That didn’t work. It wasn’t until much later that I tried the single plug from the headphone but that only worked when jiggling it around to make it connect properly. Would have preferred one of the new systems that allow you to stream a movie of your own choice to your own device."

Cons: "We traveled with 16 months old toddler. When checking in online I requested kids meal under our reservation. So, I got kids meal but there was no food for me. If I didn’t request child’s meal, I would get my dinner, but my child would be hungry. It was ok, we shared, but later I asked for whole milk for my son, but they didn’t have it. I am glad I had some toddler formula with us, otherwise I don’t know what we would do. It was a 16 hour travel with one stop and they had no milk on both airplanes. I never write anything bad ever but I think the airline should reconsider kids services. There should have been milk and separate tray for child to eat."
Cons: "There was a prolonged delay on arrival in Panama, as the gate was apparently in use. They set up stairs (on the runway?) and they transported us by bus to the airport. On the connecting flight to Guatemala, they began boarding an hour before departure, only to wait on a bus to be taken to the aircraft. Apparently the airline doesn't only double book seats on flights, but on Gates on arrival and departure as well? Aside from this particular gripe, the crews were pleasant and the airfare was a relative bargain, so all in all not a bad option IMO."

When I asked to what gate I was told “I don’t know it’s not my flight.” I found another gate and after waiting there were were told that the gate had been changed to the other end of the terminal. I was extremely frustrated with the lack of knowledge and assistance from the Copa workers."

Cons: "They broke off one of the 4 wheels of my checked-in bag rendering it useless. I approached the luggage complaint section of Copa Airlines and they said they only fix or replace bags when they make an actual hole in the fabric, which would basically require using a sharp knife or a chainsaw. Broken wheels (mine was completely gone), handles etc don't count, in other words, they can throw around your bags like they mean nothing to them because their policy protects them, not you. I'm pretty sure Copa isn't the only airline doing this but it needs to be said regardless, it's really not fair the way they treat / abuse customers' belongings without making themselves responsible for hardly any of it."

Should have a pet area inside the security of airports, like Palm Springs does."

Cons: "Must pay for everything: checked bags, carry-on (spoiler alert - carry-on is more expensive than checked bags), beverage service (water is the only complementary option), seat selection (I'm not clear what happens if you don't pay to choose a seat - do they pick one for you? Mysteriously, the rates to pick seats were higher for outbound flights than they were for the return flight). My impression was that I would have had to pay for a boarding pass if I didn't print one ahead of time. Total cost with all fees was definitely not the cheapest route - plan on at least $150 additional fees to add to your round trip ticket cost. I tried to get smart on my return, so I downloaded the Frontier app to my phone only to get a dagger-stare from TSA going through security because I had to show them my boarding pass on my phone instead of having a paper pass they could scribble on."

I thought I could go home for the holidays for under $300 but with this fee and the other, and the seats that no one seems to fit in comfortably, I am tired, $400 poorer, and have a kinked neck! To top it off, I can't remember the last time any of my flights left on time. Get your act together Frontier."

We were there as predicted and as the sign said "Gate opens two hours before flights". Two hours came and went. Jet blue (nearby) fully staffed laughed and said 'you get what you pay for'! The crew came inside (as if just coming to work) and started to allow bags to be checked. Clearly 25-35 minutes late. Our flight was also delayed a half hour and Frontier said that was why the crew didn't check in sooner. However having someone, anyone from the co represent them to let passengers know would be helpful. I over heard many with small (Crying) children this was their first time flying. If security was busy this would have been frantic."

Other airlines give a free drink, but Frontier charges $2. Terrible. And the seats don't recline. In summary for areas to improve: don't charge me for carry on and don't charge me for water. I will also be looking for another online venue to buy my next tickets, we thought we were going to get a great deal (round trip tickets for two people for around $680) but instead will end up paying in the neighborhood of $885. Kayak let us down big time."
Cons: "Flight was delayed both going and coming back, both times blamed on Denver... seats were not particularly comfortable and only 1st 3 rows were reclinable... no entertainment, pay for everything except cup of ice, but it was an economy flight... crew was okay both ways... boarding not bad, but should allow 1. handicapped 2. veterans and 3. passengers without carry-on luggage to board and exit first"

Made getting to the air port "3 hours early" as recommended by their email alert to avoid long TSA lines - which weren't - made us waiting in the airport way too long Chicago to Seattle: Same "3 hours prior" alert (the lines again were not long) made getting to and waiting in the airport way too long. Plane was delayed getting to gate and/or they brought a "new" plane in - and had to wait to get it "cleaned up" since the agent at the desk was the only one on duty, she said. Plane left late, sat on taxiway and returned with a "sensor warning" that needed looked at. Left way late in the end."
Cons: "FLIGHT DELAYED GOING AND COMING. NO COMPLIMENTARY SNACKS, FLIGHT ATTENDANTS WITH ATTITUDES. THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!"

Cons: "We discovered at check in online that a SEAT would cost us additional $17, and our only bag $40, (carry on bags cost more than checked!) and that cost for EACH WAY of our flight. Everything is additional cost. The crew was very unprofessional, too. They seemed to not know what to do when delayed. I couldn't believe how different the flying experience was, even the seats are basic and uncomfortable. We will never fly again on Frontier. Poor folks checking in at airport had even higher costs!"
Cons: "Flight was initially delayed. Then the boarding of the plane was delayed. We got on the plane, then the computers weren't working, so we sat on the tarmac for nearly two hours."
Cons: "I was shocked that I had to pay $80 on top of a $312 flight to La Guardia in order to bring a carry on. Also, this is a stripped down airline now, with no drinks served and not even a package of peanuts or crackers. Nothing. The reps at the check in counter for baggage were incredibly rude, and a French man standing next to me did not understand that he'd have to pay for luggage, and as he had no credit card, he had no recourse. He was sent on his way to the gate with his bag, but then was not let on the flight with the bag he had no way to pay for!! I will never fly Frontier again."

Cons: "Our flight was the only flight to Denver of any airline cancelled. When we called Frontier, they said they could only put us on their next flight (two days later) or refund our money, rather than help us get to Portland close to when we wanted to (for Easter.) So, we asked for a refund and got a flight from a very helpful United Airlines and will never fly Frontier again."
Cons: "4+ hour delay do to airline fault. Very little in terms of apology. No alternative flights. No refunds. No service. Also, please be warned: this airline *charges* for seats after you purchase the ticket (if you want an assigned seat, at the very least) and also charges for carryons! I was left with a terrible feeling about this airline and will never ever book them again."

No where when I bought this ticket (bought because it was the cheapest available) did it say I would need to purchase a seat BOTH WAYS or pay for a bag BOTH WAYS!!! Honestly, that is just ridiculous. I should have just paid more for my ticket and flew American Airline like I had originally planned because flying Frontier ended up being more than that plane ticket and several other airlines."

Cons: "New seats on Frontier planes are EXTREMELY uncomfortable, don't recline, have a nonexistent tray table, etc. The crew was not friendly, but I'm sure that's largely attributed to the fact that they have to deal with angry customers who have to pay for a carry-on, any type of beverage, and the air they breathe during the flight. Never flying Frontier again if I can avoid it."
Cons: "I was locked out of the first flight due to not having the ability to get a boarding pass via the internet. When I arrived, I used the kiosk to get a boarding pass. Was directed to the ticket agent who stated I was too late to get a boarding pas. I asked if there was room on the flight and was told there was a lot of room. This was 1/2 hour before the doors closed for this flight. The agent told be to go elsewhere and that if I were to get to Miami I needed to book through another airline. I found American had a flight that left half an hour later and booked it at an additional expense of $493.10 FYI: I did have flight insurance and was told it is no good and that basically I'm screwed. I hope someone reads this and compensates me for my added expense."
