Cons: "Boarding wasn't great. Long lines. Deask lady gave my extra leg room seat, that I had bought and paid for, away to another person which made my boarding pass invalid. Made my boarding longer. Then no overhead space avail when I did get on and I was in bulkhead seat. I got my seat back.. But it was annoying, unnecessary, and uncalled for. And the woman who did it did not apologize."

Pros: "The crew members were extremely helpful. It was a full flight and hard to find space for all the carry-on luggage, but an extremely helpful stewardess did a great job of finding space for my bag. She was attentive and friendly for the beverage service and really made me feel welcome."

Cons: "I’m getting so tired of flying American Internationally on old planes without modern norms. What international flight doesn’t have seat back entertainment or better cabin environment systems?!"
Cons: "The greed of the airlines is on full display. There was a time in the 1960's when flying was a special experience. That is all gone now. Flight attendants cold, and almost hostile."

All due to late flight crew from weather elsewhere, having them being taken offline because of long hours, trying to find new people, having a jetway break. Having to sit on a plane in the terminal for more than an hour with no air and stifling heat, taken off the plane and back on. All for a non-stop flight from Boston to LA. Definitely not fun."

Cons: "Checking-in at CDG was very inefficient, it took forever, even though it was automated. Having to put my own tags on my bag is not great, especially if they fall out. No personal screen for entertainment on a transatlantic flights? Really -it's 2017? Food was really bad - all packaged snacks."
Cons: "The plane was dirty, the window had a leak, the TV was too far away and the sound system to watch the movie was broken. When the plane is in that poor of a condition, it's time to replace it. F."
Pros: "The flight crew was professional, friendly and competent. They served the dinner as early in the flight as possible."
Cons: "This was a plane with central screens along the aisle, and the airline chose to broadcast a sci-fi action movie with almost constant flashing blue light, and violent action scenes. This was first of all a movie that many people, including me, would never choose to watch, but since it was on the aisle screens there was no getting away from it. It was also unsuitable for children, even without sound. But mainly, I object to the showing of any film in that situation - only aisle screens available, and on a night flight where most of the passengers are trying to sleep. I was awakened several times by the flashing lights. Other things: one of the bathrooms was not very clean, and the plane felt like the usual cattlecar, with just 3 seats on each side of the aisle, which is unusual and unpleasant for a transatlantic flight."
Cons: "Seat 20f It was very uncomfortable and freezing My legs were sore after the journey. Besides until 30 seconds before actual boarding time the members didn't inform about the delay. Everybody had formed lines and we see people getting out only then."

Cons: "One of the few things SouthWest, Alaska & United did was the proper queuing of people to get into the plane. AA is a free for all - those who follow regulations will fall behind. In this flight from Boston to LAX - I heard there were 80 Priority checking - are you kidding me. Group 1 does not help if I have 80 Priority seating and one family took 12 people in with one elderly. It's good to place Elderly and Military up front first - but to take the Whole entire family - that's not fair - you have 8 able bodies who should be in line with the rest of the crowd. Also who heard of 80 Priority check ins - normally, that's Group 1. Never flying AA unless I a desperate."

Cons: "People were shuffling around their seats, no wifi, limited snacks...no frills basically just gets you from point A to point B."
Pros: "The in-flight entertainment interface was well-designed. The aircraft tracker is the best, the media selections were plentiful. Having the usb and headphone plugs next to the monitor is the best. Better than Virgin for sure. But strangely, you couldn't order from the food and drinks menu like you can from Virgin so it was just a video version of the menu card. Food was good."
Cons: "Someone destroyed a lavatory so we were short one for the flight and caused a 30 minute delay before take-off. The usual spiral happened: pilot flew into bad turbulence to make up time. No biggie."

I had to get a standby flight & thankfully got on. Why wasn't that equipment checked out long before it was used?"

Cons: "Why do they always want to check bags that are your everyday carryon items (large purse, medium backpac, etc.), but allow people to carryon their larger carry on suitcases filling up the overhead bins. Those are the people they should be making check their “carry-one.” And then be rude about it on top of that."

Cons: "One flight attendant was more than curt and impatient when taking food orders. Cabin announcement told passengers to check menu in setback pocket. There was no menu. Attendant didn't offer one until another passenger who overheard conversation requested menu. As a frequent United traveler BOS > SFO, normally a 5-6 hour flight, attendants always seem to be rushing, brusque."
Pros: "The crew from the ticket agents all the way up were great. The app for iPhone is great."
Cons: "I paid for 30 minutes of WiFi to download the United app on my iPad. I wanted to watch the movies/tv shows that were available to passengers. The WiFi was spotty and slow so I wasn’t able to load the app. Needless to say I was disappointed. I also was disappointed with the seating. I am an average size person and I felt very cramped in my seat. My shoulders and neck are killing me after a 2 hour flight. I know that I chose the economy seating but I don’t remember the seats being quite so narrow or the leg room being non existent."
Pros: "Our flight was changed a total of 6 times. We spent 9 hours waiting because their wasn't a crew. When we tried to board our seats apparently we're given away to someone else. I will never be on another united flight again"

It was a full flight and was even overbooked, I volunteered to take another flight to provide room but then it turned out I was able to take the last seat. Small but clean airplane."

Cons: "Were held up by TSA in San Francisco because we were not given receipt for our dog who traveled with us. (We had a 2 hour layover in SF and took dog outside the security area for relief). Then the ticket counter in SF was understaffed and it took a long time to get the receipt printed (Once at the counter the agent was very helpful, efficient and quick). Should have a pet area inside the security of airports, like Palm Springs does."

Cons: "Flight was delayed due to air traffic control issues so I only had 40 min layover to get to my next gate. Also when we arrived we were on the ground for a long time before we could pull up to gate to unload. I have a 3 yr old & 5 yr old & had to run to make it. We made it but luggage didn't. My first luggage was delivered quickly, the 2nd luggage arrived 3 days after we arrived home."

Cons: "For reasons known only to them, United managed to separate the reservations of my wife and mine. Having paid for the trip with the Mileage Plus Explorer card, the first checked bag is free for each traveler. At the kiosk check-in at Logan, the machine wanted to bill us $25 to check my wife's bag. It took another 20 minutes to get this rectified."
