FAQs for Booking Massachusetts to London Gatwick Flights
Book cheap flights from Massachusetts to London Gatwick (round-trip)
Pros: It was very comfortable.
Cons: If my actual flight hadn’t gotten cancelled. Also my tv didn’t latch, so it rattled a lot and when the people talked on the speaker, if you were plugged in, im pretty sure it would cause hearing damage....
Cons: No where in the booking was it made clear that this was a self transfer flight. Causing many headaches and hassles getting off the plane and having to recheck in all baggage and printing new boarding passes. After dealing with it I was searching for flights and checking to see if it was self transfer and even knowing it’s a thing it is difficult to see if a flight is or not.
Cons: Very disappointed in my first longhaul flight on Norwegian Air. Check in staff at Boston was snarly, the food was very average, and the leg room in economy was the least I've ever experienced on an international flight. I am 5 foot three and I do not understand how anyone even a few inches taller than me would not be in imminent danger of developing a blood clot. Horrible. This is a Dreamliner? I only had nightmares.
Pros: The crew was nice but only interacted with you if you had made a meal purchase, not included by default for an international flight nor are any drinks or snacks, or were going to make an in-flight purchase. For future reference, Norwegian Airlines is essentially Spirit Airlines with more legroom.
Cons: Better communication before booking on what was not included with the fare.
Pros: crew was polict
Cons: 4 hour delay. First class boarded first - good. Then it is a free-for-all for everyone to load all at once. Norwegian needs to implement "Boarding groups" for loading the aircraft to have a smoother process.
Pros: Zero frills. Not a glass of water, a set of head phones or glance of the staff unless you paid for it. You get what you pay for and nothing came without a cost
Cons: More leg room would have been nice. Maybe one complimentary drink for over a 7 hour flight. Don’t forget to fill up your water bottle
Pros: Nothing... terrible experience. I’m 6’.3” tall absolutely no legroom. I verything was for sale during the 9 hours flight. Not even some free water. The cabin crew members were unfriendly.... nasty!
Cons: This airline need to go out of business ASAP.... very poor customer service.
