Cons: "Keep middle seats empty."

Cons: "Nothing... great flight, uncrowded flight, plenty of extra seats to stretch out. Seat were very comfy and spacious which I loved even got a full can of soda unlike the usual half a cup and done lol. Would definitely fly Jet Blue again and prefer also. Way better than the other carriers."

He witnessed a woman move the snack s to accommodate her carry on and waited until the plane was full to reprimand here. He didn't even say please he just blurted "Don't ever do that again"! His arms were constantly crossed and legs tapping in an aggravated and defensive manner. Maybe he should ne be on the early flight. Other than that the seat backs were to short and flight media was inoperative. Then on the way out when I thanked Jay he was non responsive. I felt like he was being inconvenienced by our presence. If you ask me he was even rude with his coworkers on the phone. I'm glad it was only a 55 min flight. Two sentence's for what was good and all of this for one person that made it a bad experience."

Cons: "One of the main reasons why I chose Jetblue its because it is an ALMOST 4-5 star experience with great affordable ticket prices. Unfortunaltelly the ALMOST it is so, due such an important role such a host/hostess at the airport representing so poorly the company, EVERY TIME I leave from fortlauderdale airport. Once the check-in kiosk fails to complete to check you in (and I am ok with machines poor work) you are directed to a crew members in the counters. A host/hostess from jetblue standing in front of the counters, instead of greet you properly or showing some sort of degree of willingness to welcome you or help you tell you "yes, what do you need... ? That never fails! It feels like you are breaking in into a zone you are not suppose to be, and annoyingly you are disturbing these people. It so confusing why they have those attitudes, specially at that position, where you really need to clear up the bad weed in choosing your personnel. I think these few"crew members" can make a smooth transition to nightclub bouncers, where I'm sure will be a great fit."

We boarded, departed and the seats still weren't filled. So you're telling me you would rather have $0 from 2 $129 upgrades instead of $150 from 2 $75 upgrades. Sun Country must be a non-profit."

Then the last was extremely rude to me and told me it was my fault and everyone else made it on time so why couldn't I, them when the second gate agent was going to put me on the new flight the ride lady told her to put me as standby, the agent inquired as to why and said there were open seats, she said do it, standby. And then smirked at me like she'd put me in my place. I was speechless, never delt with suncountry employee who was rude. Really disappointed with this experience"

Really expensive especially for a college student who can barely afford it on top of the nearly 500$ ticket. Definitely not worth that especially if they scam you into paying for checked bags. I don't know if it was just this one flight but I don't plan on flying Sun Country again. Horrible experience."

Cons: "The trip is still ongoing 6 hours after it was to have been over and we still have a couple more hours to go. I understand that things happen, but most of the problems today seem to have been preventable. First, our plane in Lihue was delayed for over 3 hours because they could not get a working fuel truck to fill the plane. Three hours? This caused us to miss our connection in LA, although just barely. We had to wait onboard so that we could use the same gate that our outgoing plane was departing from. If we had just been sent to a different gate we. Oils have made our original flight. So, they put us on a flight to Chicago because there were no more flights to Minneapolis. Then, once in Chicago the incoming plane was delayed and we sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes before deplaning. Then after an hour delay we were told the crew was on the ground and we were boarded. Sat in the plane for another hour, then we’re told we were still waiting for crew members that were delayed so we deplaned again. Another 90 minutes past and we got back on the plane and sat for another 45 minutes. We are finally pulling away from the gate. Hallelujah!"

So then I had to dig through it at the gate to remove lithium batteries and it took an additional 20+ minutes at MSP to get to baggage claim/wait/claim bag. There was plenty of room in overhead storage for my bag."

These same people bring in large over sized bags that will not fit in the above compartment or underneath the seat. Charging these individuals for these violations would deter them from engaging in this behavior. You might also want to add to your instructions how to disembark the plane, some individuals think their schedule is more important and rush up the isle in front of others who are trying to get their carry on luggage from the overhead compartment. Losers!!"

Pros: "I really like having the ability to upgrade to a more roomy seat the most. I am 6 foot 1in and leg room is so very important to me when i fly, it the difference between a good experience and a great experience. For just a few more dollars i was able to enjoy a great flight."

Pros: "Fairly regular updates from Captain, approx every 15-30 minutes. Flight attendants were ok, performed duties as expected. Announcements were difficult to hear over sound system. I don't know if Captain and the flight attendants were soft-spoken, or if the volume was not turned high enough, but I could hear less than have of what was said over the audio system."

Would have been more bearable, but AA's seats are sooooooo close together, that there is nowhere near enough room to stretch legs when weather causes delays. AA's seats are the most uncomfortable (in regard to space and lumbar support) of the three major airlines."

So, AA has no problem having a First Class ticketed passenger traveling in Economy and ticketed Economy passengers flying in First Class. Well, I do have a problem with that and didn't stand for it."

Cons: "After having my flight delayed 4 hours causing me to miss my connection, I was placed stand by on a different flight through another city so I could try and make it home on time. I was the first person in line for stand by, but the flight was full so I knew it was a long shot. Waiting at the gate, I was excited because one person didn't show and they were giving him a two minute wait time before I could board. During this wait time a woman passenger came over and said she had just been given a ticket change at the gate counter. The agent at the gate was furious because the flight was sold out and said the woman should not have received a ticket, but should have been placed on stand by. She went over and scolded the other agent for this mistake. Okay, so she should've been placed on STAND BY behind me in line. After the unprofessional arguing between the two agents, they both admitted it was a mistake and she should be second in line for stand by, BUT they did not honor this and placed her on the plane bumping me. Needless to say, I missed my connecting flight because of this and extremely inconvenienced my family and in addition had to pay an extra 75 dollars out of my pocket to keep my dogs at their kennel an extra night because I arrived home 5 hours after expected. I understand that flights end up getting delayed and the agents are doing the best they can to accommodate travelers, but admitting a mistake and not fixing it to make it right is unacceptable. I notified American Airlines of my situation and only received a form letter with enough miles to get me 1/8 of a flight. I don't even care about the miles because I don't plan to ever fly with them again, I want the money for the dog kennel I had to pay extra. I was visiting my husband who serves in the US Army causing separation from our family for long periods of time and this extra headache and expense due to the mistake of American Airlines was disheartening."

Cons: "All ofd the overhead bin carry on luggage left no room atg all by the time we boarded So hence the leg room was very crowded. When will the airlines stop the ridiculous over use and abuse of carry on unchecked bags?"

Pros: "Flight was on time, and arrived about 1/2 hour early into MPS!!"

Cons: "Boarding took forever due to people's luggage in the overhead."

Pros: "Why because my flight was delayed did I get moved to the last boarding group???? I was group 2 on my original flight... I feel as though I should've kept that status. Subsequently... I was forced to check my roll on carry-on. I also was forced to wait at baggage claim in msp. I purposely traveled with carry-on items to avoid this issue! Not happy..."

Pros: "Uneventful, except for a malfunctioning getaway in MSP which caused a very brief delay."

Cons: "Budget Rental, OMG 55 min wait in the parking lot before some would check myself and several other renters. NEVER use budget again. Its not that they were understaffed. I saw Budget employees standing around doing nothing. On a side note the inside of the car was coated with a white cleaning solution, windows were dirty, and windshield fluid was empty."

Cons: "A passenger seated next to me threw up all over me as we landed. We were seated towards the back, we should of been let out first because when I say threw up, I mean he THREW UP!! And the hosts looked less than pleased and just handed us paper towels to clean it up. Just not very friendly."

Cons: "The only thing that the crew did for us was to stand and look at us while we came aboard and then show the safety demonstration and then go through the cabin once with a trash bag. I was curious why there were four of them when it seemed like they basically had nothing to do."

Cons: "While the return flight wasn't as late as the first one (7 hours), it was again late (hour and a half) delayed 3 times. In talking to the person next to me, I discovered that he flew in from a different city and was also delayed by several hours. So this is just what Frontier does apparently. For both flights, Kayak was kind enough to send us regular updates on flight status beginning 2 DAYS AFTER THE FLIGHT!!! Everything was a colossal mess."

I sat next to a family that was going on vacation and had just spent their spending money to get their luggage on the flight. I felt so bad for them! I was traveling on business, so I'm hoping I will be able to get my organization to pay, but might get stuck with that charge on my own dime since there were options that would have been cheaper. I realize now that I'd heard somewhere this is the way Frontier works, but it definitely needs to be made very clear what all the costs are when customers are making the purchase. Though I have this information for future,this experience left such a bad taste in my mouth I will go out of my way to avoid traveling Frontier in the future."
