Comfortable seats. Nice service online. Short flight, so not a lot of time to enjoy.

Delta is always late. Ruined our first day of a short vacation. Timing is important. We pay to stay on an itinerary
We never made it on this flight because we missed our connection due to o delayed flight from Jackson.
We got stuck on the tarmac taxiing after landing early so we didn’t get off the plane until an hour later than we thought we would
It was okay. We were delayed for weather reasons, but the pilots and the flight control staff figured a way around the storm and were able to get us to Los Angeles safely. Not all the staff members were polite, but the entertainment on the flight was good.
The staff on board and gate was nice - a welcome change from the usual. We also arrived early, which was a great benefit, given that it takes 30 minutes plus to get bags at SRQ.
No in flight service, no explanation - FC got service, C+ did not, unsure about Economy. No turbulence to speak of, so I guess another way to cut cost, or promote health and well being of Delta employees? Also, boarding in MEM combined zones, and with overhead space already full on both flights after Zone 2/ Diamond, presents a huge challenge to find a space for a bag. Delta, other than point A to B, is no longer reasonable to fly - very poor experiences, not even taking into account the chastising at the gate and rude crews, across the board.
The seats are uncomfortable and there was no power to recharge a phone.
The Flight crew didn’t serve us until about 1.5 hours into the flight because of turbulence but after it ended it was fine to move around. They served us water only and snacks and then NEVER, NOT ONE TIME came through to collect trash until right before landing about 1.5 hours later. There was absolutely no need for that. They crew was just standing around talking and visiting with each other and really never tried to see if we might want something besides water or even try to come pick up trash. This is VERY unusual for a Delta flight but it was not what I would have expected for a 4 hour flight.
Horrible. No AC. No Air inside the plane. We had to deplane twice! It is late almost 5 hrs in total. I almost passed out and about to call 911. I asked the crew to be honest and open the door. The lady next to me was lay down in the floor due to heat and no air inside the plane. I got headaches, can’t wait the replacement flight about midnight Dallas time. I end it up rebook for next day flight and stay overnight using my own pocket in a hotel nearby due to headaches and can’t breath. I still have a headache this morning. Still not decided yes how to file this issue to AA and/or FAA.
Worst communication. Delayed boarding for two hours without a single announcement until hour 1 had passed - on time status showing until our flight was supposed to takeoff and the crew had already walked away. No one was boarding. Disgusting part of DFW overcrowded with no AC on a 97 degree day. Then the first app update is that we’d take off in 15 mins… but again no one had boarded a full flight. No announcement in the terminal so everyone is just crowded around a disgusting place with no info for over an hour which turned into two. This was an overfill flight and a disgrace to passenger decency all while likely just trying to fix their own issue of overbooking. The worst airline at the worst airport.
I’ve been on 8 flights with American Airlines in the last 2 months and 4 have been delayed.
Mechanical delay > Crew Time out. No communication to passengers. Crew time out was positioned as a surprise (even though it must have been know at the time of boarding that the crew would time out.
Horrible experience upon landing. Probably more due to DCA utter incompetence than AA.
This was a horrible experience. I’ve experienced several delays at this point and still not home. I was supposed to be home by 8:30 last night and here I sit at 7 am on a plane STILL unable to go home because of American Airlines.

they should make XXL people buy two seats. sitting next to a person that was half on my seat and could not even buckle the seat belt, so I had to lean in the isle the whole trip.
