I brought this to the attention of Kayak/Aeromexico and the flight appeared to changed for our entire party of six. When we arrived to depart from Akron-Canton there were MAJOR issues with Delta acknowledging the change on their end. We waited at check-in for an hour and half before this was resolved. This also happened when we left Cancun and almost missed our flight. Our daughter also had to put on stand-by in Atlanta due to this fiasco. We spent another two hours working with Delta customer service trying to get her a seat on our flight back to Akron-Canton. Had we not been to Cancun airport extra early AND had our flight delayed in Atlanta we would have missed both flights. This was without a doubt the worse experience we have ever had!! It should have been caught and resolved before I ever had to get involved. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service offered for the tickets we purchased. This was extremely stressful for my wife and kids and tarnished our vacation. This was totally and completely avoidable!!! You can and should do better to service your customers!!"

Delta really went over and beyond expected."

The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

Pros: "Overall, my flights with Aeromexico were smooth and comfortable. I especially appreciated the airport staff allowing me to load a zone ahead of my assigned zone so that I could easily get my viola in an overhead compartment on the plane. Lots of points earned there, thank you!"

Cons: "I didn’t like the headphones, the line to the bathroom was always very long because there was only 1 bathroom to all the plane"
Cons: "After being in the airport for over four hours waiting for the flight to depart, I was not allowed to board the plane because the airline had somehow given my seat to another passenger, even though I was sitting right in front of them. I have never experienced such a ridiculous situation. What is worse, the airline was completely obsolete in helping me resolve the issue."
Cons: "The flight was never listed on any airport screen and the gate was not provided on my boarding pass (this was after I couldn't get a digital boarding pass for no reason that was ever explained to me). Stressful and frustrating experience."
Pros: "Everything, it was punctual dispite the chaos México City Airport is, the food was awesome (first class) and we arrived sooner."
Cons: "This is not about Aeromexico. Migratory police is hard now, do not have connections inside the States or you would loose it"

Cons: "Due to the earthquakes, the film festival I was going to was cancelled. Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

Pros: "Hello, I checked in a dog in Detroit, The crew was great once they found out they can accept a dog. At first they were saying no because of partner with delta. I explain I booked the dog already and give all my required documents. Once in Mexico the documents were given to the authorities and when the crew in Detroit made copies they kept the originals and gave me the copies and they made me pay 1800 pesos for a vet to come and sign the paper.. I spoke to aeromexico in Mexico City and they said they are sorry but nothing can be done... This cause me my traveling money and 3 hours of very stressful times for me and my dog who had to stay in the box the whole time. Robin Martin"

Cons: "Flight was delayed 2 1/2 hrs in Huatulco, due to President of Mexico flying in and air space not allowed. this caused us to miss our connecting flight in Mexico City to LAX. AeroMexico supervisor in Mexico City was not going to accomodate us at all. We had 12hrs until the next flight out. We asked the supervisor to check in our luggage-this was denied. We asked the supervisor to allow us to visit the VIP lounge to rest and this was denied. Supv did not assist us in locating a hotel. We spend 12hrs in Mexico City airport, dragging our luggage around until we were allowed to check it in, in the middle of the night. We have flown AeroMexico numerous times before. In June 2016 we purchased "6" tickets for Cancun with AeroMexico. In 2017, we will NOT be flying AeroMexico. We will book on a different airline."

Cons: "It may be La Guardia Airport that is the one to blame and not AA, but long story short I was on the airplane on the ground in NY for about 5 hours. We had a domino effect of things happen that caused us to be delayed and then cancelled. First a Gate change to a different terminal after boarding was suppose to begin so we had to take a shuttle over and we're still missing 50 passengers, Engine problem that required maintenance, refuel because we were in the plane on the ground waiting for so long, deplane and replane for 10 mins because of a law, on the runway and back to the gate for all these different occasions. When they finally let us off the plane after all these hours it was because of weather (although the skies were blue and the pilot was confident it wouldn't be an issue) they didn't actually cancel the flight until 5pm, my flight was suppose to take off at 9am. They were also required by law to give us free snacks Bc we hadn't eaten all day or had fresh air--these were all chips and soda...in gluten free so I had to starve. AA customer relations said they couldn't compensate because the issue that was documented in their records for my flight cancellation was because of "weather"... my flight couldn't be rescheduled until the following afternoon, making me have to cancel work 2 days in a row and pay for multiple taxis and and extra night of boarding. I will NEVER fly AA or La Guardia again."

Cons: "There was no entertainment. The airline did not offer a complimentary headphones, and failr sure the wifi was not even working. Also was not that big of a fan with the extra long layover. Was not a fan of the extra time in the holding pattern above Indianapolis, nor the extra time 150 feet from the gate after we landed."

They mostly just stayed in the back talking to each other. The pilot didn't greet us. Just stood there when we walked in. And there was a kid screaming for most of the trip. My seat was broken and wouldn't recline. This was my first trip flying, and on the trip to Miami I flew with Delta. The service with them was tremendously better. I was really disappointed."

Comfort was good because I had paid for an upgrade which I actually thought I was paying for the international flight but found out it was actually for the Charlotte flight which was a surprise it was not very clear from the tool. So hence the Comfort was great on this flight. But the tool needs to make it much more clear as to what you are selecting the upgrade for. Food, there has got to be something else out there other than pretzels, I understand why we do not have peanuts, but a little bit more variety would be very nice. I understand there's a cost tractor, but often pretzels tend to be fairly stale. Short flights entertainment."

Pros: "I missed my flight due to LA traffic. American Airlines was very accommodating. They put me at ease and helped reach my destination. I wasn't treated like it was my fault. They totally understood and were very compassionate. Thank you."
